Id give them 0 stars if possible. I called to find out if they wrapped license decals and of course, Ramy says theyve done it many times, no problem. I take the car to some Downtown location and the old man whos assigned to the job seems like he has no idea what Im talking about. But he calls Ramy and they clarify...ohhhh, its a decal license plate, I see which was odd because anyone can see right off the bat the license plate was a bendy sticker. They say theyve done it and can do it, no problem. BAD DECISION. First of all, the license decal is $125 per sticker and it takes 2-3 weeks for delivery so its not like they can just rip it off and get a new one down the street. I can tell the guy doesnt look like he knows what hes doing AT ALL but assures me everything is fine. Long story short, it was NOT FINE. They did a worse job than when I did it myself on a different car. When I complained and pointed out the bubbles and how off centered and crooked it was, the guy responds with well, we cant take if off now because it may ruin the paint. WOW. Have you ever had customer service THIS TERRIBLE after visibly and obviously messing up on your order?All in all, the business owner is a snake and will say whatever you want to hear to get you in the door but bring your car here at your own risk. They WONT get the job done and they WONT take responsibility for it. People like this dont deserve good and trusting clients.

The amount of care that was taken to look at my new Camaro 1LE was amazing. The attention to detail and respect they used for my car was nothing in comparison Ive ever encountered. These guys no there business. I took my car in because there was stains on my Vinyl hood I purchased on July 3. I thought It could simply be washed off. WRONG I was so sad cause I thought I bought a new disaster. Chevy with their warranty was zero help so I had no choice to explore my own options. Thank God I found this place! They fixed my stains in less than 20 mins. Give these guys a chance you wont regret it.

We had a large bus that needed to have advertising decals removed. Adam explained the entire process, and did a excellent job removing all the glue without damaging the paint. It ended up being a much bigger job than we expected, but you would never have known that from Adams attitude, he did not hurry the process and finished job to the standard he promised. I appreciated his professional attitude. I would trust Exotic Car Wraps to work on any vehicle, and will contact them when we have another job. K. Robison

This guy is a Joke. Bad decision to take my truck here. I took my 2013 Gwagon here and it was a mistake. Ramy promised 1 week maybe a little longer and by the 5th week I was pissed and went to get my truck. He didnt want to give it to me, I actually had to go and pick it up at a body shop down the street that he had do some of the work; and GUESS WHO PAID THE BODY SHOP BEFORE THEY WOULD RELEASE THE CAR? YEA I DID!! There was a lot of little things were not done even the roof was not finished. He kept telling me that he needed more time to finish DUDE!!!!! you had it sitting around in your shop for 5 weeks how much more time to you need. He may do a better job for you, but he did a terrible job for me.

Just wrapped my Lexus RCF in Satin Black and painted my calipers. They did a great job. Very friendly service. You are in good hands with Ramy.
