This isnt an employee problem because they were super nice and helpful. No this is a management thing I believe because the organization/labeling of products is trash.I tried to find swimming trunks and shirts and I could only find trunks. Even then it was among other shorts of different kinds. What was labeled was materials and such, but I dont care if a product is 80% recycled if I cant find out whether the freak its swim shorts or regular shorts.I never ended up getting a swim shirt because I just couldnt find anything. Guys its summer. But a big old sign that says in bright letters swimwear swimshirts or swim shorts. Athletic wear is too much of a catch all. I could be above a rack of assorted materials and brands. This isnt hard. $20 bucks graphic design $20 printing if you look around well. Im very disappointed with this experience.

Pedro printed the wrong image, my personal graphic that I created on the tshirts i purchased from tshirt warehouse I provided them w two images and received a print out of the graphic to be used. They used the wrong graphic. I had to come back several times to pick up the tshirt losing a lot of valuable time. Then instead of giving me the image, my image, he wanted to sell it to me. So now, they have my personal graphic which I was trying to protect in their store and refused to destroy it. When I asked to speak to the owner, he wouldnt provide the information. Do not go here if you want to protect your rights to images you create. They dont care.I do not trust that they discarded my images on the tshirts or shredded them. When I say my image it is literally my photo with my logo on the tshirt that I designed. They said the tshirts would be used as rags, but unless I see them cut up in front of me, Pedro or any employee of Tshirt warehouse could sell the tshirt with my physical image on it. or take them home. If they were going to destroy the tshirt as stated, they would have done it in front of me w scissors, but they refused claiming my image on that tshirt was their property now. I will sue tshirt warehouse or Pedro or whomever for keeping my physical image wo my consent and wo proof that it was destroyed. It is absurd that I had to take off work early and spend time and gas to come to tshirt warehouse and get the correct image reprinted. The time in lost wages, gas and time well exceeds the cost of the 4 tshirts that they printed incorrectly. Worst customer service and illegally keeping my physical image against my wishes.
