Beginning yesterday I was unable to upload photos to a program I use daily for work. I was looking for a computer repair technician near me and ended up finding DrPC. The technician was able to not only figure out the issue, but took the time to clean up my PC and gave me a tutorial on backing my computer up, amongst other things. He did a great and i would recommend his company

I live in the North Ranch / Westlake Village area and needed an computer technician. I asked some of my neighbors if they were familiar with any ne and received several recommendations for Dr PC. We called and scheduled an appointment with DrPC. We have now used their services twice and have been satisfied each time. Highly recommend.

I just moved into a new office in westlake village and one of three of my computers was not connecting to my network. I searched a computer repair near me and found DrPC computer repair and IT services. The technician (john) came out and was able to diagnose the issue pretty quickly (it was a dns issue) HE fixed and and I am very thankful. I highly recommend this company to anyone that would require computer services of any sort. Thank you john!

My computer was hacked. Dr PC to the rescue. John picked up my computer, wiped the drive clean while saving my data, reinstalled Windows, checked the data for contamination the reinstalled it and delivered it back to for a very fair price. He also ananlized the heath of my hard drive and advised me accordingly. The process took four days but worth the wait. Thank you John for a job well done!

One of our office pcs would only show a black screen. We looked for computer service company in Newbury Park and found DrPC. The technician was punctual and friendly. Not sure how he did it, but he had the computer running normally in a little over an hour.Great service!

After searching for computer repair near me in newbury park, we came across DrPC computer repair and IT services. DrPC was not our first call, it seems many of these repair companies dont answer their phone, DrPC did and we are very glad they did. We were unable to perform anything on our PC due to the hard drive being totally full. DrPC was able to clean our drive, save the important data, and get us up and running. I was looking for a computer repair near me in Thousand Oaks for data recovery or repair of my hard drive. John (aka Dr. PC) was AMAZING on the phone, 1st tried to trouble shoot the issue then provided honest and reasonable range of what recovery would cost.He picked up the drive from my house (WHAT A HUGE TIME/LIFE Saver!) and explained the process should it need to be escalated to a lab... which it did and he kept me aware of the steps and timelines over the period it was sent off.In the end, the data was not recoverable unfortunately due to the major damage to the drive, and although I lost a TON of data... I couldnt be more pleased with his services, communication and prices, so I gained a trusted IT professional Ill be calling on for any future needs. COULDNT recommend John more highly!

I have dealt with John for over three years, I’ve had a hard drive, crash and other miscellaneous things, and he has been really helpful, he comes to my house and picks up the computer, get it back to me in a very reasonable amount of time for a very reasonable price, I can also just call him if I have a question and he always answers the phone which to me is very important in these times of automated everything. When our computer died due to power surges in the storms we were at a total loss! Found Dr. PC and he was amazing! He was able to recover everything on the hard drive. He picked up and dropped off our equipment, good communication, great prices. The process took about a week for us but I am sure that varies. Highly, recommend this local business!!

Hello. My husband and I were having problems getting our wireless printer to work. I looked for a computer repair near me in newbury park. I called Dr PC, and spoke with a friendly technician that was able to schedule someone to come out the same day. The technician arrived at the scheduled time and was able to get our printer working pretty quickly. I run a very busy hair salon in thousand oaks and when my computers are not functioning correctly, we can have big problems with scheduling, etc. Yesterday or scheduling system went down at our front desk, needless to say, it was causing big issues. I found DrPC from a recommendation from one of my customers. I called DrPC and booked them for 9am the following morning. John showed up and immediately got to work. HE was very friendly and explained what he was doing as he worked. Turned out that the computer was no longer on our network. I also had him install a printer for us. I have a realty office in Old Agoura 91301 and I needed a local computer repair technician that could do the work onsite. I needed 2 old PCs replaced, a wireless system installed, a network printer installed and a program accessible to all my employees. John’s customer service was outstanding, and he somehow found a way to extract all the data that I had on it. His final price was more than fair based upon the amount of work that he had to do. Hello, I wanted to take a moment to thank DrPC for a job well done! My coffee shop point of sale system needed to be integrated into our existing network. I was one the phone with our point of sale technical support, but the techs instructions were not too clear and had me worried that I would not get the job done correctly. At the advice of our point of sale technicians, I googled some local computer techs for assistance and was so lucky to find DrPC. John (from DrpC) showed up when scheduled and was ale to configure our firewall for the point of sale system. Aside from being very knowledgeable, he was friendly and communicated well. Ive dealt with many different repair shops in the area 25 years plus of using computers. This place was By far the best. It seems like most places have the intention to rip you off where Dr Pc (John) just is honest, kind and respectful for your business.I was told elsewhere my laptop had multiple problems but here I was given the truth that it was one problem that was fixed very quickly and at a very fair price. I had an external hard drive with video files on it. I was unable to read the drive on my mac book pro laptop computer. It said it was unreadable.I took the hard drive to John at Dr PC. At first it looked as if we were going to be able to get the files back no problem. But then it became more complicated then that.John diligently spent hours and hours until he was ale to solve the problem, aware that I was trying to retrieve the files without spending a fortune, and aware that I had an important meeting and needed the files as quick as possible.I would recommend John and Dr PC to anyone who has this type of issue, but also because of his professionalism and great service.
