My old website looked great. It was a plug-in-play design that looked pretty custom, but ....it was awful for clients trying to book from Apple phones. I met with Scott and he listened to the issues I had and my expectations for the new custom built website. - He delivered! My new website closely resembles my original, but it seems refreshed (like new furniture in your old house). The website works for desktop, tablet and phones (android and Apple!). Plus, he is here in Palm Springs, so when I need tech support, Im speaking to a live, easy to reach, English speaking person. If theres a breakdown in communication, I can go to his office! I am sincerely thrilled with what Scott has built for me. There was a big snag we found at the end of the build. He went back to his office and spent days working with his code writers and fixed it. I could never have gotten this from my old site (tech support was in Iceland). Concierge Barber is better because of Scott and his team at Desert Digital Design.
We have worked with Scott on multiple websites over the last five years and he is truly the best. He is a fantastic designer and graphic artist, and knows Internet technology like no one else I’ve encountered. A personal trainer, Ted Guice, recommended Scott Tambling to assist me in reaching my goals. My tech skills are still rudimentary, and I needed expert help. I got far more than I expected. Scott is organized, up-to-date with evolving technology, detailed, articulate, and he’s a go-getter. He has a higher degree in public relations. 2017-11-17 15:46:01I could not say enough about Scott and his business. He took on my project and in typical web fashion the project continued to expand in scope. Each challenge and issue that popped up during the process was met and solved at an incredible pace. Scott completely over delivered on my project. We met early on and decided to band-aid an existing website that I inherited and simultaneously build a new website. Scott walked me through the process from changing servers to a new and better email system. I continue to throw new projects at him because of the quality of his work. Likewise, he has come back to me with new ways to enhance our new site. We are about to enter into a second phase and scope of work. I am happy to write this review because Scotts one of the good people out there. I dont have the expertise with coding and web building and I feel he has my back.
