I love this Automotive Dealership platform, from the time Eric came through our doors, the process has been Great. I really appreciate all the effort Eric has shown us here at Oasis Auto sales because we have never had a website. Our website is Awesome and has generated leads and sales. A few months ago a man by the name Sam walked into our dealer and showed us his software called DealerSync. At first we were skeptical because we already had a website and were too comfortable to switch companies, that is until he started showing us how EASY and Simple the steps were to things as far as adding vehicles into your inventory and adding photos to each car! The whole software is so easy and simple to navigate anyone can do it! Not only is it easy to navigate they even have the option to write vehicle comments and promo text for you as well!!! Not everyone has the time and man power to do all of that and the fact they do it for you is a huge bonus. The website is so nice and easy to understand that we have honestly gone from selling 40 units a month to averaging 60-70!!! Its really a fantastic product. When we first got DealerSync, right away it started boosting our leads and sales went up dramatically. Everybody that walks in here is on their phone and thats how people are shopping. My website is so fast on mobile that other competitors cant compare. I partnered with Dealersync about a year ago, and contrary to what Ms. Dominguez says, it was the best decision I made for my dealership. Before Dealersync, I was using another company that hosted my website and also allowed for consumer applications. I had about 140 vehicles in inventory, and I was selling on average about 30% of my inventory every month(40-45 units). Also, I was seeing about 1 online consumer application a month and that was on a good month. Since switching over to Dealersync, I have been able to completely streamline my operation. I now see 1 consumer application PER DAY. In addition, I have reduced my inventory to 65 units, but, now I am turning over 110% every month. Thats an insane increase if you ask me: selling more with less!!!Yes, the owner used to have his own dealership.... a very successful dealership, but he has since left the dealership in the hands of others in order to pursue his career with Dealersync. I believe this is actually what allows him to make Dealersync so great. He fully understands what a dealership needs in order to realize any type of growth. Worst company ever, they want to charge $1000 a month for a site!!! lol... they are crazy.. and they give me a month for free and i didnt see any result in my advertisement,, so people do not trust this guys, they just want to take your money... also this company is own by a dealer, and they are the first one that see all your leads before you get them...

I changed companies back in June 2022 to another website provider from Car-gurus. Due to this we were out of leads for 4 months. They overpriced our vehicle, and we had numerous complains from clients. They still continue to bill me the full amount, I have reached out to the sales Scott numerous times, he tried, was a great person, his solution was to reach out to upper management, whom I and my employees have contacted as well. I am locked into the agreement with no explanation, contracts are slanted totally in their favor. You can give a 60 day notice but will not terminate the contract. Buyer beware do not sign the agreement. I have done business with so many companies in the past 20 years and this is a first in regards to contracts and termination. I would not recommend this company at all. They respond to all bad reflected reviews as contact sales, NEVER WORKS!!! BIGGEST SCAM !!!!!! I WORKED WITH Leeza Renee Milano - who is the director for sales and business, she set up a couple meetings, but again she never reached back out. This is absurd, inconvenient and highly frustrating, reaching out to a company who takes your money with no desire of solution!!!

2021-04-27 17:40:02Best decision we ever made was to have DealerSync manage our website, the support staff is top notch and have been able to make our website feel and look like a custom design just for us. Every person Ive ever had the opportunity of speaking with has been very helpful and pleasant. We get called weekly from other companies claiming they are cheaper per monthly but my loyalty is with DealerSync because of the staff and amazing service they provide. We even have a free website from our DMS and we still choose to stay with DealerSync for our website.

I am now a believer as JORGE was patient, professional, understanding of my short comings, never got upset when I didnt understand or had way tooooo many questions of WHAT?. Jorge called me often to ask if I had any questions, was I understanding the last communication? was I on target with my next task? or just to see if everything was great? I am very thankful for Jorge and would recommend his services to everyone. He is a role model in todays e mailing world for those of us who are computer illiterate like myself... thanks to Jorge I am a winner and everything is not 100% it is 1000% PLUS AMAZING. Thanking Jorge and his entire team for having the patience with me in the past and now.... in the future.

2018-06-02 16:09:10After using 2 other platforms which did not meet our expectations, we started working with DealerSync.Starting with Leeza giving us the first demonstration, showing us everything and being very patient and informative, moving forward with Lance giving us the training on the system and teaching us how to control each and every option and feature, and finishing with Samer how designed the website and gave us support through the whole setup, we have only good things to say about this company and staff. Thank you very much guys, I can definitely recommend DealerSync both for their platform, and for their representatives in all departments. Keep it up!!

We have worked with them for several years and their lack of customer service for the customers is something I have never seen. We were threatened by the owner Sam Hijazi, LeeZa Renee Milan and Chris Reynoso. Do NOT sign a contract with them. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE.

2018-03-02 19:50:57I have been in the car business for 15 years now and have dealt with at least 5 different website platforms and DealerSync has given me the best value and service thus far.One of my favorite things about Dealersync is that the owner, Sam, is a “Car Guy.” He understands the pain points of running a dealership from top to bottom. He has gone above and beyond to listen to our issues and provide effective solutions for us without charging more money or selling more services. I’m beyond satisfied thus far, and have already recommended DealerSync to a number of friends in the Auto Industry.My favorite part about their website platform is having the ability to create temporary and/or ongoing promotions on the back end of site without having to ask the Customer Support do it for you. If you decide that you want to mark your cars down for any period of time either by a specific dollar amount or by a percentage of the Asking Price, you can create a such a promotion in a matter of seconds and it goes live instantaneously. I have worked with numerous other website platforms in the last 10 years and none had this functionality. To make things even more interesting the entire back end of the site is fully customizeable in a very simple format, and whatever modifications you make, go live immediately.Needless to say, I am very glad I made the switch from more expensive sites to DealerSync. They have better pricing and better service.

Our website is professional and most importantly we are on the first page of google. We can now receive credit applications thru our website. I would recommend DealerSync to anybody who wants to sell more cars.
