I come here for all of my WIFI because of Mario. He always takes super good care of me and takes the time to explain all of the different plans and shows me the best deal. I plan on coming back to transfer all of my cellular service here as well. It makes my life a lot easier knowing I can come into the store and get help from a person rather than waiting on hold all morning. Thank you Mario for making my life easier!

Sad to say Im not the only one upset about how this local spot treats loyal COX customers. The one star I put down goes to the employee Jenny cause aside from that this place gets a FAT ZERO!. I do not even know where to begin to be honset. This all started about two weeks ago when the local COX guy was outside my home doing service. I noticed everytime they come out internet goes down so I approached one of them to let them know and after some back and forth they end up inspecting my modem and let me know its an outdated modem and I should contact COX as they supplied the unit and they would replace it at NO COST!!. Sure enough I call and they agree that it was time for the unit to be replaced. I set up the replacement and they instructed for me to either wait for a new unit by mail or pick up a new unit at my local store. My roommate works from hom, so I let them know I needed the unit now as my roommate was at home working and the internet is down. They let me know that I can just have my roommate go pick up the unit at the local store (this place) and get back online in no time. I asked if my roomate needed to be added to the account for that to happen and they said it wasnt needed as long as he took the equipment in with his ID showing the same address, all good. Roomate gets there to exchange, gets treated by Jenny who was willing to help out but then Kass who later is revealed to be the manager refuses to release the equipment because my roomate was not an authorized user? Kass made a big deal ab it for whatever reason. Customer service ended up adding my roommate to the account after the fact, but all this time was wasted for what reason? The most ironic part of it all is that this Kass manager was more worried about closing the blinds at 620ish PM when the place didnt close until 8:PM! What a SHAME!!.Im sure the sun wasnt blinding throu.Companies wonder why one would rather purchase services online rather than go into a store? Why go into a store? to deal with poor management like Kass? Shame on you Kass. I hope u closed your blinds early enough to waste loyal COX customers time.

I want to give a shout out to the Cox technician that comes out to our site to installing the equipment. His name is Ramos Oswaldo. He is very knowledgeable and go all the way to help us install our new device. He spent time answer our questions and gave us really great impression about how he loves his job. Ramos made sure we are satisfied with the set up and offered help along the way. He is what makes the company great and I’ll do business with Cox for many more years!

DO NOT use Cox! Look on their website and try to find a way to communicate with a human! The phone number on the website was useless because our situation involved trying to cancel for a dying friend for whom we hold power of attorney. The chat was also worthless because we couldnt get a live person.We tried for several hours to cancel our plan and were unsuccessful. Today, finally since we were no longer paying, we were able to cancel. It only took an additional hour, researching on Reddit to find an actual email, which said we can only cancel over the PHONE!!!!

CANT SAY FAULTS ADVERTISING BECAUSE OF THE FINE PRINT. We purchased 500 mbs, only to get 250 (on a good day). Try to resolve it by calling, then go into the store, after no improvement. Only to be told each time, you want to upgrade to higher speed? It only cost $$$ more. Me More? i only want the 500 mbs im paying for now! If you cant give me the 500mbs, how are you going to give me higher speed? After digging more, I asked cox online via message the question he/she couldnt talk out of. I have upto 500 mbs service now. What is the minimum speed I would get with that? After I pushed him/her, I was finally told there are a lot of factors to consider. I continued to push the same question but added a worse case with all the factors. Whats the worst case would i get with 500mbs service? He/she finally told me the minimum would be 50 MBS. WHAT A SCAM!! Its the up/to crap thats misleading. To be honest not deceptive it should say 50mbs-500mbs. Not upto 500, READ THE FINE PRINT!!!

This is the most average company Ive ever dealt with. Never go above or beyond, the customer is never right, and anything to make it less convenient this should be your moto! Slowest internet Ive ever experienced and last night nothing recorded properly on the DVR. I know 2 seperate systems, however, one Company!! Really dont like this Company, its provided automatically by where I live and I dont want to have to pay 2 cable companies.

I was ready to be disappointed and annoyed in setting up new service, but it did not happen.I have never had such stellar service from a communications/internet/tv service company! To my amazement, I was treated like a queen at this Escondido location. I came in to set up Japanese television for my mother who is in an assistant living facility. Ryan and Reema were rockstars.Their customer service skills are amazing!!!!Thank you for a wonderful experience!!

The guy who sold me the internet service, convinced me to switch to the cox mobile service. I had Verizon and he switch me to cox mobile service. Little did he know I was still paying off the phone and now he messed up my account.I didnt ask for mobile service, I came to get internet only.

I had a really positive experience coming into this location. I was dropping off some equipment and was seen right away on a busy Saturday. The gentlemen helping me credited my account for all the equipment, and happened to mention a deal they were having that would lower my bill by $20/month for the exact same service. I just got my bill and he was 100% correct! Great service, I would much rather just come into this location than calling Cox customer service :)
