I wholeheartedly recommend Joseph. Hes not only a genuinely nice guy but also a seasoned professional with years of experience in the business. A few weeks back, I clumsily dropped my HP laptop, causing the keyboard to fall apart and come out of place.While I could still use the computer, I knew it needed immediate attention to prevent further damage. I entrusted my laptop to Joseph, and a week later, I picked it up in excellent condition. The best part? It cost me just $275, which is a fantastic deal considering it covered the replacement part he ordered and the skilled labor he provided.

Highly recommended, Joseph lives and breathes PCs (and because of recycling restrictions, lives with them, floor to ceiling). Hes a gentleman and a scholar, and . . . does good work, of course. He rescued a failing hard drive for me, and copied it over to a new drive perfectly, it boots up just the same as if nothing happened. Which isnt wizardry of course, others can do it, but he claims none are better, and I believe it. Reasonable price too. See Joseph for your ailing machine, and youll leave happy.

My HP x360 laptop had been giving me problems for well over a year. I even sent it to HP with no results. About ready to buy a new computer, I tried this place first. 2 days and my computer runs like new at a very fair price. Joseph is an extraordinary business professional who demonstrates significant care and concern for the computer-related problems experienced by his customers. My motherboard crashed and he was able to repair and replace with a minimum of problems at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended!

Computer Business Center is the Best! Joseph has always helped me out with repairs to my Dell. He understands the pressure of a home office without a computer and does his best to get me back up and running quickly, sometimes within a few hours, and he is priced fairly. In addition to being a repair genius, he is genuinely a nice person. Always grateful to patronize a local business of such quality!

I started with this shop in 1987. I have tried one or two “experts “ since but no one does as well. Joe has built several computers for me. One has been running flawlessly for at least 20 years. Another one was built in 2006, and I continue to use it. He updated the more recent one with a solid-state hard drive. This guy really knows what he’s doing. He has a masters in electrical engineering, and years of experience. Therefore he’s very good with legacy hardware as well as contemporary. Over the years, even with hard drive failure, I’ve never lost a bit of data. He is very good at reviving computers that otherwise are dead from viruses or hard drive failures. Often he will do some small things such as supplying a cable or making a minor tweak on the computer for no charge at all.

I was in need of a PC upgrade, Microsoft Outlook installation, Gmail to Outlook mapping and he not only completed the work but also provided helpful information and education on how to do some of the stuff myself. Very customer service oriented and easy to work with. Purchased a refurbished Mac from him as well and he took care of the same set up. He has a wealth of knowledge in the both the PC and Mac, world and provides honest assessments around the products he repairs and sells. Would highly recommend his services.

The screen of my laptop was broken, and he worked with me and my schedule so that I would have as little downtime as possible as I use my laptop for work. I’ve been a Computer Business Center client since 2014, as has my brother. Over the years we’ve brought in various business as well as personal computers in for service, repairs, upgrades, etc. Joe always exceeds our expectations. His work is excellent and fairly priced, and his turn around time always meets our needs.Whether it’s a MacBook Air, MacBook Pro, Lenovo, HP, etc., Joe has extended the lives of our computers and saved us thousands of dollars in the process. Ive purchased two used computers here in the last year, and I love them. In fact, while they havent purchased anything, I have also referred four friends. The service is very casual and pleasant, though certainly different from the big box store types. Not a very typical computer store set-up, but it has worked well for me to do business with these guys.

I dont like to write bad reviews, but this was the worse experience I ever had. The gentleman that fixed my laptop said he has no unhappy customers, but thats the first lie he will tell you. Originally my laptop screens right posterior and anterior parts were separating, so I needed them to be sealed, he claimed he will be able to get fixed by the weekend. What really happened is I had to call him twice a week to remind him about my laptop and it took him about month, to do a D- job, he ended up just puting visible nails through the opening parts, and placed visible black duct tape from top to bottom and left and right to hold it together, I could of done this myself. originally I wasnt going to write a review because he claimed he lost money by giving me discount of charging me 100 instead of 125, but when I tried to video chat with my friends on facebook not only my microphone didnt work, but my camera wouldnt work either! In conclusion if you want to get someone that doesnt care about your product and brings your more issues than you had in the first place, than this place is perfect for you, otherwise your better of anywhere else.

The owner is nice, but the way they run their business is very unprofessional. They do not have a receipt or any kind of document that states you left your printer there. They stack all of the printers on top of each other. My printer came back dented and scratched when it was in pristine condition when I took it in. They dont feel the need to buy shelving so, they can prevent damage to the printers that comes in and out of their shop after 22 years of business.
