2024-05-16 17:48:13Very poor service if you need help. Clover continued to take 14.99 a month for 12 months after account was closed due to owner being diagnose with cancer and then deducted 2 payments of $495.00 from our account. No response. Reported to BBB and local media. ABC news is next. Clover owes $1,169.88 to Cogs Convenience of Hampton NH.

2024-04-01 12:21:18One star is too many. Fees were too high. I ended service 2021. They are still billing and accruing fees on my behalf for over 3 years since business quit. I ended service yet they still count me as a business asset owing them money. Stop trying to bill me and say that I owe you any balance whatsoever. I have called in several times to resolve this, yet it never ends in resolution. If this is how you do business, I am inclined to believe your assets are false ones like the balance you pretend I owe you.

2024-06-06 16:48:28When I signed up with Clover, they didnt mention that the 48-months contract for the device operated by Fiserv Harvard Services is crucial information for any business owner, especially if you want to switch providers or your business might not be operating long-term. When you cancel the merchant services, youre still locked into the 48-month contract for the device. This important detail is buried in fine print that most business owners might miss.Then You end up with separate accounts for the merchant services and the device itself, which adds unnecessary complexity.When I canceled the merchant I had to make another call with another number for the device, and in most voicemails, without lease # and MI numbers handy, the call gets cut off, making the process very frustrating.They will not send the tag return and aggressive tactics and threaten collections. This approach feels excessive and unfair, especially given the initial lack of transparency.Overall, my experience with the Clover device and Fiserv Harvard Services has been negative. I recommend that other business owners read all terms and conditions carefully and fully understand any long-term commitments before signing up.

2024-04-25 22:39:51After signing up with Clover and leasing two devices with multiple year contracts, Clover eliminated the monthly software plan (29.95 plus tax for up to 4 devices) on the devices and said that the plan was phased out. The replacement, which they said was based on my leased equipment, is now cost $49.95/month for 1 device. Additional devices $19.95/month.Amount $79.85 +tax. Thats an increase of $49.90 a month! I dont have any options as I still have the devices under lease contracts. We are stuck paying this shady fee just because they wanted to eliminate our cheaper plan. CORPORATE GREED! Clover should have let us keep our plan until our contract ran out. They said we cant break the lease even though they changed the plan. This is some bad business. Could you imagine Verizon making you pay for the Iphone for the whole contract and doubling your monthly plan in the process??? They wouldnt. They would let you keep your plan until the phone is paid off. Stay away from Clover. The leases are bad anyway. You end up paying triple the cost of the device and have to turn it in anyway. Beware of this company!

2024-05-30 22:10:01Clover suddenly changed plans, taking away features wed paid for for years and moving them to a much more expensive plan.Clover is also not ADA compliant - the website implemented use of CAPTCHAs that are inaccessible to our visual and audio impaired employees.Clovers customer service is terrible - calling them never resolves problems.Best to avoid this point of sale system.

2024-02-25 16:56:23Was told I had a 60-Day risk free trial. Use the equipment for less than a week and returned the equipment months ago. I have been charged thousands since then and have even been threatened with collections for money they say I owe. Unbelievable. Good luck with customer service.

2024-04-02 16:55:31Every reviews higher than 1 star are definitely FAKE or out subject. This company is a bunch of scammer, you start at Interchange + 0.08% then suddenly with no warning you go over 5 time higher. The Cloveflex machine is trash too, the Paypass bug 2 time out of 3, the printer works whenever it wants, you then exchange it for a new one and same issue after only 1-2 weeks... unbelievable.Then you want to cancel everything after 4 years and they say they will keep charging you until they receive the machine back even if your whole account is canceled and no more being used. They want you to send it back AT YOUR OWN charge, never seen that before...If you call and ask for French dont even think about it, youll probably just get transfered to a English person anyway. That is... if you manage to get someone over the phone as its a true maze where you have to type 60 numbers with no mistake, re-explain your issue to everyone youre being transfered to when youre lucky enough not to get transfered into a voice mail, wall or hanging-up. Its 10x worse than calling the governement!!! Never I thought it could be possible.I changed to Elavon Canada with a GoDaddy device, 10x better. I was a loyal customer for almost 5 years, they still scammed me and now that I want to go away the service is being even worse. Watch out also for useless application automatically being enabled and charged monthly even when you dont ask for it such as Wireless Manager.

2024-02-05 18:20:05Customer service resolution is horrendous. One month and one week waiting for the tech support team to fix a glitch in the system. I have 3 stations and they are not communicating with each other. I tempted to reach a higher up authority however, its been nearly impossible to do so.Please do yourself a favor, look for another POS provider. Currently looking to get a quote from Square.

2024-02-22 18:47:11Worst idea to get this pos, as it is a POS! Im working on my BBB complaint as we speak. They are liars and thieves! They will take your money at any point if the want. Still trying to steal my money, but I shut them out at the bank directly.
