This course has had everything that I needed in order to learn what characteristics are vital to being a great leader. this course clearly outlines exactly what I need to do step by step to effectively lead others, in my personal life or in the office. There were so many things that I was doing that were preventing me from getting compliance and production from my organization. After completing this course, I feel empowered to be the competent leader I need to be in order to take my office to 10X levels of production.

I have been a client of CBA for 2 years and I am grateful I got started with them. They bring solutions to every doctor at every stage of their practice. I have seen consistent growth and organization to my practice and continue to benefit from their conferences and coaching!!!

I have had an awesome experience with CBA! I have expanded my practice and learned how to run a business. The information has given me the tools I needed to be a better business owner and leader to my employees. It has also given me more freedom and time with my family!

We were not happy with any of CBA’s services. Before we signed on, we went into great detail about what type of practice we have and how we run it. Their sales person assured us that CBA is not a cookie cutter approach and could adapt to our needs.Getting training on how to handle new patient calls for our Patient Coordinator was our highest priority item. Despite continual assurances that it was on the very top of everyones list, it never came to fruition. With our first consultant, we felt we had to defend what models have become our best practices over the last ten years in business. Our Patient Coordinator felt she not only had to defend our position, she also felt that the consultant pitted her against us (the owners). The calls were filled with frustration, not value add for our company. We were ready to end our relationship with the company, the manager of the consultants stepped in to take over our account. Again, we discussed then that it seemed like CBA was not the right match. We detailed our practice again, how we handle new patient calls, that we are not a hundred patient a day practice, that we are a cash practice, that the Atlas Orthogonal specialty leads to a different kind of patient base, etc. We were very direct that it seemed like we were not a good match for CBA and why. We were assured again that they would be able to adapt their models to work for us.Their videos did not meet the needs of an electronic practice. The information was outdated and focused on the needs of a paper-based office. Their manuals had the same issue. The training for the front desk was unacceptable. There were spelling errors. It was written from the doctors perspective, not from an employees perspective. The responses listed for a challenging patient questions were things I would never have an employee of mine say. I had to re-write the material to salvage any value from it.When the manager of the consultants agreed that they were not meeting out needs, they did let us out of the contract. Yet they would not refund any money to us, even with their admission to not being able to be a value add to our practice. Instead, they offered us a credit for further services. Why would we want to waste further time when we did not gain any value from their services? When we wanted to appeal to the upper echelon for a refund, we were stonewalled from speaking to the executive board. CBA is in business teaching best practices, yet they did not use best practices with us. Unfortunately, there was not anything from CBA that met our needs or expectations.

You guys are amazing! The education is invaluable, if you want to run your practice instead of your practice running you, you need to spend some time with CBA their staff is amazing! In Chiropractic College you learn how to be a doctor but they dont teach you how to run a business, CBA picks up those pieces and shows you how to not just be a great doctor but how to be a great business person.

If theres one thing that Chiropractic Business Academy was good at it was talking. They never stopped telling my office about how great they were. The problem was that I never saw it. I and a staff member attended their academy and were never given any instruction beyond some old workbooks that had not been updated since their takeover from the prescott group. Many of the pages were just photocopied over, and both of the courses that we took referred to old brochures that CBA no longer even produced and even though they were a large part of my course I was told to just ignore them because they didnt use them anymore.Beyond the Academy they promised to guide us through their processes they sent me files that did not work on our system and were unable to provide the tech support to get the files working properly. The manager supervising our practice was changed multiple times without any notice and they neglected to call us for weeks on end because of this turnover. We attempted to hire a marketer and determined to give CBA a chance we tried to implement everything that they suggested to the letter. Even paying to submit an ad for the position that they wrote for us. We got exactly 0 responses from their ads. After telling them multiple times of our concerns they still never followed through. After telling them that we were no longer interested and letting our subscription lapse they still continued to call us and even sent emails telling us that we were enrolled in their latest course and they looked forward to seeing us. The emails and phone calls continued even after asking them to stop and unsubscribing from their emails. They may help some office, but they did not help ours and were in my opinion a waste of our money.

I started with CBA 1.5 years ago and have loved it! My coach, Natasha, is fantastic and helps set me straight every session I have with her. The report of findings taught by CBA is the the best! The entire CBA staff is wonderful, feels like a family to me, and they are all genuinely invested in my success. Love em!

By far the best coaching and support for chiropractors!!!! As long as you implement what they recommend you will see dramatic improvement in how you run your office and of course your numbers. The structured training, policies, and coaching regularly keeps you on your toes and helps you to excel.

Dear Ethan of CBA,Thanks for checking up on us I cant believe its has almost been a year since we did the in-office delivery. We are doing outstanding and have implemented almostall the tools that were given to us by your training and they are working great. If I had to single out what has been the biggest change for me personally since the in-officedelivery it would have to be the staff and their awareness of their roles and duties which is clearly defined in the organization board. This allows me to focus on business as whole insteadof putting out small fires on a daily basis. Each individual is an executive of there division and are taking on the responsibilities of that division and making decision that notonly make their division run smoother but the clinic as a whole runs like a top. There is also this feeling like Im not busy enough which is kinda weird because I use tospend a lot of time putting out these so called fires especially when I would walk through the door first thing in the morning. By the way that usually would piss me off!! So Iwould start off almost everyday pissy, not good for moral. Now I come through the door and its good morning doc and off I go to the communication center where Iretrieve my CSW (Completed Staff Work) or Memos that let me know whats going on and what we need todo or what we need to do to fix it, whatever has come up.So for me I cant imagine what my life would be like if I hadnt taken the plunge and purchase the in-office delivery it has truly changed how I conduct business on a day to day basis.Oh and big thanks goes out to, Breena, for pushing me over the ledge to purchase it LOL:).So thank you again Ethan, from my staff to my family we truly appreciate everything you have help us with. Keep on rocking bro!!!!!!!!In Health,Dr. Stately
