2017-06-08 22:14:054PatientCare has been a game-changer for us!!! The services they provide have allowed our busy Optometry Practice to run so smoothly since we signed up with them. Our recalls, web scheduling, confirming, email blasts and surveys are done so efficiently and effectively. Their customer service is also fabulous! I highly recommend this company to anyone who wants to streamline their patient communications and have the latest and greatest technology at their fingertips!!

The tech support team is outstanding and provide on-call support without hesitation, with humor and with patience. We highly recommend them!

2022-05-12 00:02:31I do NOT recommend this company, too many issues, that take far too long to get resolved. Communication with major issues is very poor, and when we follow up, after they fail to follow up as promised, their response is always were working on it. These are urgent and significant (not minor) issues that have potentially cost the Practice tens of thousands of dollars. Currently, we have had to disable their scheduling software, which allows patients to schedule appointments on our website, and on Google. We had to disable the web scheduler because their software was mistakenly showing appointment times as available when those appointment times were not actually available. Now, we are in busy season, and patients are not able to schedule appointments online, which is very costly to us.UPDATE 5/11/2022We continue to have vrey costly issues with 4PC. I would appreciate it if someone from Director level or above could contact me to discuss the details.

I could not have done it without the constant innovation from 4PatientCare employees and products.Their tech support listens to me as a customer!Their new products enable me to reach my existing patient base, and acquire new patients to allow my private practice to grow!

The products are all an asset to the practice and we highly recommend 4PatientCare!! 2019-06-20 18:07:56They did not provide services they promised. Talked to management and they said they would work on issues. I have lost patients and have had many complaints from the patients that have stayed.4patientcare promised to work on issues they did for 2 months after my review and then issues got worse. they would not let me out of my contract without a huge penalty.
