We purchased 21st centuries ROM software and have been completely unsatisfied with the companys support. The software is antiquated and cannot be easily updated. The hardware they sell you is below average and you cannot find media for it. They have been promising an upgrade which includes the software in a new coding language for the past year but it is still not available. When we bring up complaints they basically laugh it off and dont take us seriously because we are not one of their large customers. I would not recommend this software to any business.

Intuitive system and the numbers and inventory reports are always on point. They have locations on both sides of the map so we always have customer service.

If you need any kind of assistance with 21st century about your ROM sofware, firdt better get rid of their sofware and get another more reputable company.
