Alpen Lily made the process very simple for us and created a fabulous design for our private member-owned Campground. As we are a mostly volunteer organization, we needed a website that would be easy for non-techie people to update and for members to find the information they want. Members love it and we do too! Renee kept us informed of the steps along the way and completed the site as scheduled. We also love the video training tutorials which will be handy when the next set of volunteers takes over. Two weeks before my moving date from Kings Beach to Tahoma in Lake Tahoe, late in the evening, I realized it would make the transition much smoother if I could store boxes of nonessential items while I get settled.I could then be more organized with setting up my new apartment and take the time to bring those belongings over as needed.I discovered the Tahoe Vista StoreQuest was located between these two locations and called the phone number on their website which claimed they provided 24/7 customer service.TBH, did not expect a human to answer, however, much to my surprise, Nick answered asking how can he assist.Nick was amazing in his professional, knowledgeable, and friendly offer of reserving the last available sized storage unit I was requesting and assuring me the on site manager would be in contact with me the next day to follow through.The next day, John, the on site manager, and I had a game of phone tag as I was extremely busy at work every time he would attempt to return my calls.Thanks to Johns obvious commitment to not only excellent customer service but taking the extra step to accommodate my busy schedule, I was able to stop by the facility on my way home from work.John, who btw, is just a genuinely, lovely, kind personGave me a full tour and explanation of the storage building and the specific unit I was interested in.I have utilized storage facilities in the Lake Tahoe region a few times of my residing in the basin for over 30 years.This tucked away little gem is the MOST unexpectedly hi-tech, modern design, (has a service elevator), impeccably maintained storage site that I have come across anywhere around the Lake.AND, John, who is the sole Tahoe Vista location manager, is just the most truly delightful (yet efficient and professional) person that I am most grateful for having the opportunity and pleasure of assisting me with my moving process.Thank you both John and Nick!!!
