Dan and his group at InfoTech helped me purchase new computer equipment for my business. He gave me great advice on what the computer should include and was able to get me a great price on it. Best part was the service afterwards... the team was able to seamlessly transfer all my files, programs and settings from my old computer and were available to answer any questions I had. While most experience a day of unproductivity when getting new equipment... I lost about 30 min, maximum and was back to work. Id refer him to anybody.

I just wanted to let you know that I have not experienced such stellar customer service in a long time. I brought my daughters computer as we started having problems where our screen would not come up. They tested it and it worked for them, very strange indeed. We picked it up (no charge as they could not find anything wrong). We went home and had the same problems immediately. We called them up and spoke to Jerome as he was the tech who helped us. He spend 20 minutes at least trying to help us on the phone, again without a charge. Could not figure it out. He suggested we bring it back in and we did. Let me tell you, he was the nicest person to work with as he is courteous, upbeat and really wanted to help us. We brought it back in, and was told that Jerome just went to lunch (we were crushed), not only did he stop his lunch, but spend the next 30 to 40 minutes trying to figure out what was wrong and the whole time was just as nice as could be. We wound up needing a new computer, but again he didnt charge us. He just wanted to truly help my daughter with her problem. Now let me say, I do not know anything about how computers work and he was patient and knowledgeable and did not make me feel like the computer dummy that I am. He explained everything to me in a way that I would understand it. Along with this is the person who was at the front desk is named Christmas and she was the nicest person, she remembered us and our issue and was upbeat and very friendly, and seemed to truly want to help the people who came in. Let me tell you I will be telling everyone I know about this place and how helpful they are. I will be going back to this place even though it is a 30 minute freeway/street drive to get there and there is one very close to my home. Kudos for finding them and I am extremely grateful for such a great experience.

I was working on a project when my computer suddenly wouldn’t come out of sleep mode (AKA it was dead). I tried taking it to an Apple Store, but they couldn’t help me and said it could take weeks to send it out for service. On top of that, they also informed me that I might lose all of my data if I hadn’t backed up my system lately. Of course, as luck would have it, I hadn’t. So I started searching for somewhere that could do data recovery as well as repairs. I reached out to multiple locations before finding The Mac Studio. I was super nervous about leaving my computer with them, but Anthony assured me that he could fix my computer and save my data.On top of that, he said he could get it back to me quickly. He kept his word and had my computer repaired, and data restored the very next day. I cannot tell you how much sleep I lost over this problem and to have it solved in less than twenty-four hours was incredible. I was absolutely blown away by their speedy service, commitment, and dedication to their customers, along with their problem-solving abilities. These guys are the secret pros you’ve been looking for! Literally from now on, if anyone I know has a computer problem, I will not hesitate to tell them about The Mac Studio. I was there for an hour doing some computer stuff and he really helps people out.So many rude people come in with a mean attitude and he is so calm and helpful to them regardless. He treats everyone with kindness and great service. Such a rare worker. Give him a raise!
