Zytech Solutions takes customer service to a whole new level. Rick and his team are super responsive and extremely skilled. They have been handling all of the IT needs for my small business for several years. Computer issues used to cause a huge upheaval, but since we’ve found Zytech it’s just a simple phone call and they quickly and calmly get us back on track. I highly recommend Zytech Solutions!

Honestly, I am surprised that this doesn’t come up as one of the best tech places around the Sacramento/Roseville area, because it really is! Lauren here fixed my laptop within an hour while 10 other places around had completely rejected my PC. I am thankful I found this place: as a grad student whose life depends on laptops, this will be my go-to place for any repairs.

I was introduced to this company because they are Lenovo certified. Had to get something replaced months ago they did it quickly. Im a small business and I depend upon my laptop. Then I went over there for a software fix and problem and they helped me in a pinch!! Awesome wonderful people very knowledgeable and skilled. They will take care of you!!

My daughters chromebook was having issues with the keyboard and I was worried about her being without for several days. I took it into ZYtech and thankfully they had a replacement keyboard and swapped it out on the spot. They also followed up a couple days later to make sure the issue was still resolved. They have my highest recommendation.
