One of the best schools anyone can go to for there class A, ariol and Guillermo, and his son were lots of help and take the time to make sure every student is on track! Like every school you’ll get your class A here only after you apply yourself, and this school had lots of patience with me before passing and supported me all the way through every obstacle!🙏🏼

This is the best school to get your CDL class A. The instructors are very nice and patient, i looked forward to coming here and learning something new everyday. Brian is a very good teacher and he loves watching his students succeed, he taught me how to drive a manual transmission perfectly and i had no prior experience before. Erica made sure everyone got their driving time and she was extremely helpful in the day’s leading up to my test, she answered every question i had and made me feel confident that i could pass first try.

Highly recommended school to start your trucking career everyone is very welcoming and want to see you succeed. The instructors Erica and Bryan gave me the best training possible, both very patient and answer any questions you have. Erica made sure I was confident before the test and answered every question in detail and made sure everyone got enough driving time while keeping a positive and fun attitude and kept her patience when I had a hard time with my backing maneuvers. Bryan is the best person to learn how to drive manual trucks, he is also fun and makes plenty of jokes to ease your nerves and really prepares you for starting your career and making you excited to get on the road. You will feel part of a family at zone 1.

Initially from another school in hayward. Didnt like it. They taught you nothing. My bro signed up for zone 1 and was updating me as he went while I complained about the first school I was at. I decided to come by zone 1 to check it out and it was a night and day difference. Everything was taught in a way that was seamlessly effortless. They rotate you in different trucks. They get you used to manual. They give you real life information about trucking and why you do things that youll learn. At this school you get really good confidence in your abilities. Quite honestly it was well worth the 2 hour and 30 min round trip everyday. Owner and his son are straight professionals. Never get mad or raise their voice. They got the patience of a Saint. As long as you show up ready and willing to learn youll make it no problem.

Zone 1 is such an amazing school. Whether you’re starting from Ground Zero or with a permit, Zone 1 is the perfect from school for you. The environment is very calming making it easy to learn and grasp the fundamentals of truck driving. The instructors make sure you learn and understand every aspect of truck driving. As students or new drivers we really don’t know what is needed to be successful in this field of work. My instructor constantly told me to be patient and trust the process. I am truly grateful for the Zone 1 and the instructors. I couldn’t have asked for a better school.

If there’s anything to say about Zone 1 Trucking School, is that it’s the real deal. The office staff and instructors are great and I’m thankful for everyone of them, Guillermo and Ariel for helping me and making sure I understood the paperwork involved. To Malvido/Abel/Wahid for teaching me techniques I’m forever grateful for, and for meeting some great fellow students that were a pleasure to learn and help on the way. As a student, I’m a firm believer of what you put in, is what you’re gonna get out of it, so not only did I study up, but the instructors were always there to help me out when I asked for it. I never stepped foot in the drivers seat in a Truck that big, and a little less that 3 weeks and 100 hours later, I’m walking away from DMV passed with my Class A on the first try, all because of this school and the knowledge given from the people that run it. Thanks again to all the staff and instructors. For anyone in or around the Stockton area, if you’re going for your Class A or B etc…choose Zone 1 first!

I learned how to drive a 10 speed manual transmission diesel truck and didnt even know how to drive a manual transmission car beforehand!!! If you’re deciding on which trucking school to go to look no further THIS SCHOOL is the one! Affordable prices and from what I know and hear they have the best prices in town! Memo (the owner) works with you and is a very good guy! Ariel, his instructor, is a great teacher! Very PATIENT, which you don’t get a lot of places, teach you everything you need to know to pass your test.Good atmosphere to be around! Everyone was very helpful including students that have been there sometime before I got there would help you out if you need it. There were even previous students who already got there Class A who would come back and help out every now and then so there was a lot of help from everywhere. Zone 1 trucking did what they said and assisted me with achieving my Class A license. I was able to do so on my first try. The instructors helped with making sure that I got the attention I needed in achieving my goal but made me aware that I would have to study every day and listen to the advice they provided. I cant thank them enough for their efforts and making the experience memorable. I would suggest giving them a call and enrolling in their school. Affordable and worked around my timeline. I completed the course in two weeks and got my license on the third week.

I had a Great Experience and Zone1 trucking the owner Memo is cool and the instructors Abel and Ariel know there stuff. Abel will help you learn your pre trip out on the yard and help you with Maneuvers and make sure your ready to take your test. If youre looking for knowledge and skills, this school is the one you would want to step your foot in. Both instructors are knowledgeable and very helpful. Do your part as a student and you should have no problem. Might be a slow start the first few days for the ones who are new to tractor and trailers (like me) but everything will slowly fall right into place a week after or so. Definitely had a lot of fun learning with this school as well.

I highly recommend this trucking school if you are looking to get into the Trucking Industry. The amount of respect and interactive training you receive far exceeded my expectations. From start to finish i felt like the owner and teacher had my best interest in mind and that was teaching me proper safety with the truck itself as well as how to properly navigate a truck on the road. They focus solely on giving you the tools you need to succeed. They also will go above and beyond for you as a student if you show any type of interest in success. If you need additional help or need to stay late, they do it. If you currently work and have a schedule that needs to be worked around, they do. They offer classes during week and on Saturdays so as long as you put in the effort they will help you succeed. I spent time calling all different schools trying to find one where there was no language barrier no communication problems and one that could help me with the way they were going to get paid. I called and tried to explain that the tribal was paying for my schooling and nobody understood what I was saying nobody could send out a simple email with their school information so that payment could get received. But when I called Zone 1 memo knew exactly what needed to be done with no problems no questions asked he took care of everything and the instructors are amazing from the classroom teacher Brian to the in truck instructors Abel and Ariel I always felt comfortable never embarrassed of making mistakes they were just always there all of them I would recommend this school to anybody getting there commercial license everyone at the school is amazing.

I cannot speak highly enough about this school. They may not be the biggest, but after shopping around for schools I am very glad I made my decision to enroll at Zone 1. Memo is amazing. From the start he worked with finances as well as our schedules. I enrolled shortly after and was not let down one bit. It was far from easy. Nevertheless Memo, Elsa, and Alber make sure to work on your problem areas in order to build your confidence and skills to pass the DMV test. They definitely maximize your drive time by keeping the classes smaller so there is more one on one time. This was very helpful. All three instructors are very knowledgeable and patient. Start with memo been really helpful since the beginning of the contract and very well explaining the process.Ariel it is really really patience and really good at sharing his knowledge it walking you through a step by step for you to be able to perform your behind the wheel test at the DMV when the time comes Ariel also he is very helpful pretrip inspections and maneuvers that hes mainly on behind the wheel. So when we do in cub inspection I strongly recommend to follow Ariel stepsAbel he is really good on walking you through you pre-tripping inspections and helping you with your maneuvers I know its a lot to take but also it is ultimately on every single person to be able to understand and absorb all information.

I came out with the knowledge of the whole truck from the engine compartment to the back of the trailer, and also learned how double clutch a 13 speed truck! Yesterday I passed my test and received my Class A license, all thanks to Zone 1 Trucking School. The instructors Memo (owner), Malvito a.k.a.the master and cant forget James, are excellent trainers and very patient. They are experts in the field. They will work with you as much as u need to get you ready for your test, and your new career. Classmates become like family. Everyone is very helpful and supportive. I highly recommend this school. I started this class in the beginning of February Nd got my CDL in the end of July. When I started this class I was only coming 2 days a week because I worked full time. In March the same week I got my permit (on the FIRST try) the Corona Virus 🦠 hit Nd the school had to shut down for nearly 2 months. The school opened up in Mayish the DMV was so backed up from driving appointments they had to cancel due to the pandemic that the DMV couldnt give me a full test. They had to give me a partial test. Middle of June I only did my Maneuvers Nd vehicle expections witch I passed on the FIRST try. But once again I had to wait for the DMV to open up for new drive appointments witch I got one at the end of July Nd passed the drive test on the FIRST try. Notice I stated that I passed all test on my FIRST attempt witch means all training is accurate Nd on point. Sounds like a long time but if it wasnt for the pandemic Nd me working a full time job I believe I would have gotten my CDL much faster between 4 to 6 weeks. But hey this pandemic is setting everyone back Nd at the end of all this I got my CDL. Hope your next!!!!

Be careful, they give you the tools to pass but if you dont put effort into studying at home, it will be of no use.
