We know Ziwen in person as a reliable friend before we choose him as our buyer agent. This is not our1st time home purchase, and we know the home buying process pretty well, but still, Ziwen was able toenlighten us during the entire buying process with straight forward opinions on the options. No doubt on Ziwens property research ability and home buying offer strategy, he is so good at problemsolving!Not all transactions are issue-free, especially when you have to deal with many different parties duringtransaction, my case is one of them. I had some issue with escrow company during transaction whichescrow made some mistake, and home warranty claim after case closing, Ziwen was able to trackeveryone down in each thread to get all issues fixed in time, and make perfect closures by maximummyself as buyers benefit.I highly recommend Ziwen if you are looking for an experienced real estate agent in Bay Area, who trulycare about his friends and clients benefit.

Ziwen is our agent when we were searching for our new home, we found him on Wechat media where he has his own media channels and makes market analysis posts regularly.Back then we decided to look for new constructed properties, which usually less time consuming on agent side for this process. By knowing that, Ziwen still spent time with us to do market research and tour for both pre-owned homes and new constructions to elaborate the pros and cons for each, so we can actually see the difference and make comparison in between.Beside this, Ziwen is always on top of his phone and able to get back to us promptly if any questions. Definitely a good agent!
