Worse business ever, the guy there has a super temper. He cheats you out of your money, hell repair one thing and breaks another. Says it will be fixed but never gets around to it. Tries to throw in extra fees, just dont go here! What a sad business these people run!
Great people to work with. I went in not knowing what was wrong with my laptop and they were able to figure it out and fix it.
Had them install additional RAM to my desktop. Took about 20 mins and the price was reasonable.
Do not bring your business here. The owner will attempt to rip you off, and take advantage of people who are not knowledgeable of the technology they are trying to get repaired.
Friendly and good prices. But could not fix my computer. Had to take it elsewhere where it got fixed.

2017-06-30 18:32:42These are the most reasonable computer guys I have ever come across. Professional and friendly staff. They also can fix broken screens on phones. They do great work I dont understand why anyone would go anywhere else. Walk in and look at their prices. You will be amazed. Used laptops used Macs.They will also buy your computer from you and out it towards the purchase of a new device. Great experience. Will repeat.

2021-11-21 05:06:12I reached out the operators of this business during the course of the pandemic. Asked about getting a power supply for my Asus K60 laptop. I was told that they dont fix junk PCs. Have done business with them before. After receiving a response from the operators of the business. I got what I needed fromAnother business. For the operators, my junk PC is still running as the day it was bought. I deleted all contacts from all my device s. Will never do business with you again until your costumer relationship improve s. Have written my first book on my junk PC

The only tech shop I know that still uses paper to track their customer data base.I brought my computer to get fixed, a week later they told me that the hard drive had to be repaired. I paid, they changed it. It worked for a month. I took it to a different shop, they told hard drive I has scratches, it needs to be replaced. ( I thought thats what this guys did). I brought my computer to this Tech gurus and the guy told me without a paper receipt they wont fix. We dont babysit our customers. If you dont have a paper receipt, we cant fix it. Dont use them! Go to Pc Repair Center by LA Fitness, Oceanside .

2019-10-06 13:45:33Steve gave me a great deal on a Lenovo T460. I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for a used laptop. Steve also offered to build the laptop to match my budget, which was really nice. So far I havent had any issues with the laptop. Thank you Steve.

2016-06-08 15:51:41Shortly after purchasing a laptop for my wife we found out that it had some hardware issues. We brought it back and they said theyre happy to fix it however after leaving it there for a week nothing was done to fix it so we brought it in again. Again he said he was happy to fix it however when we came to pick it up he said that he was unable to fix it and that it was out of warranty. THIS IS WHEN IT GETS WEIRD. We thought the owner was going to have a stroke on the spot because he thought buying the machine back minus 20% the cost was doing us a favor and we asked for 10%.Poor customer service is an understatement. This man yelled at me and my wife and said to take him to small claims court if we had a problem with that. Yuck never going back. If you want to buy a faulty used machine and get yelled at when you bring it back, then this is the place for you.

2019-03-25 01:33:00Fast and inexpensive service was my experience when on vacation I dropped my laptop and broke my screen. I doubt I would have found the same at home. Great business! Highly recommended, would absolutely use again.
