I had a truly exceptional experience with Dr. Calder, Isabella, and the rest of the team at Ziering. After more than two years of of extensive research (on competing HT locations in California, NY, and Florida), and getting excellent reviews on Ziering from other HT surgeons) I decided to go with Dr. Calder. I could not be happier with my decision and the results.Dr. Calder had a great vision for what I wanted to accomplish with my HT procedure and he is an exceptional surgeon. Hes also a very kind man and he and the team of nurses and staff could not have treated me any better during the procedure. It felt like a spa day. Isabella also provided excellent support and made herself available anytime of day throughout the weeks leading up to the procedure to handle my questions and shepherd me through the process.If you are looking for a world-class HT experience, just call Ziering Medical. Dr. Calder and his team Isabella are exceptionally awesome with their work. I just wrapped up my year FUT follow up surgery. I was suffering with over 20yrs of traction alopecia and now it has grown in so beautifully. Its given me confidence in how I style my hair. Healing from the procedure went smooth as well. They really take care of you there. I would definitely recommend this place 💯.

Hello! I am getting married next year and my biggest wish is to have a full head of hair for my wedding photos. I went on a stressful journey of hair transplant research and ultimately landed with Ziering Medical. I am currently on day 8 of post-op and I am feeling great! The entire experience has been exceptional so far. Isabella was so kind and wonderful to answer any question I had at anytime of the day. She eased my worries completely and was knowledgeable about the whole process. Dr. Calder was a total professional and knew exactly what he was doing. He listened to my desire of a widows peak hairline and executed it perfectly. His excisions work was also flawless. The team of talented technicians who performed the harvesting and implanting were amazing. I was nervous when I found out it wouldn’t be Dr. Calder doing those parts, but those ladies were spectacular. Everyone there knows what they’re doing. From the front desk to the surgeons. I learned about Dr. Ziering’s services through an associate, a notoriously tough-to-satisfy customer, who raved about his experience and results.Now, a full year after completing the process myself, I am also a fervent believer in Dr. Ziering, his team, and the service.The day of the procedure is long but the treatment and service is top-notch and every effort is made for your comfort. My recovery was consistent with what was explained in the consultation and procedure.Visible changes and growth appeared within three months. I had a great experience working with Dr. Calder and Isabella. I went back and forth with having hair restoration surgery for YEARS. Ive tried every cream and oil on the market and nothing was working. A friend of mine had mentioned Ziering Medical to me a while back.I finally took the leap and made the investment in myself. I do not regret it one bit. All my friends who knew of my hair line struggles are amazed at my results. This is the first half of my review, I will post a second one at a later date with the updates on the outcome of the hair restoration once that is all done. Overall we had a great experience so far at Ziering Medical with the people who work there, as well as the process on the surgery day. I wanted to share how wonderful our experience with the Ziering medical staff has been because we really appreciate them. We are still waiting to see how the end result of the hair transplant turns out and I will update on that once everything is done.A member of my family went to Dr.Ziering for a hair transplant in 2022 and we have had an overall great experience. When we first came in for the consultation, we met with Chelsea and it was honestly her warmth and care that made us know this was the office we would choose. We had read that Dr. Ziering is the best of the best and that he is just incredible at what he does, so we knew this going in. However, before committing, we needed to know that we were in an office where we wouldnt be treated like another number, which can often happen in offices selling high priced cosmetic procedures. Chelsea is the reason why we were certain this was the office for us. Chelsea was so kind and she really genuinely cared and did everything she possibly could to help us in every way. With Chelsea we really felt like we had an ally and we never once felt like we were dealing with an office just trying to sell us something. Chelseas care and help is what really sealed the deal on choosing this office, she is amazing. Heather was also amazing with all the procedure questions we had as well as follow up care. She always made herself available to help us with procedure questions, post procedure questions and product protocols. She is so amazing and helpful and also incredibly knowledgeable about everything. She has been there to help us every step of the way and she continues to answer any questions and help us. This is a big deal to me that Heather cared and still helped in every way she could despite the fact that the procedure was over and they got their money already. Also, the day of the procedure was great overall and the staff was wonderful. Dr. Ziering is a great guy and he was definitely very kind and and great to interact with overall. We are still waiting to see how the end result of the hair transplant turns out and we are hoping for a positive outcome and that things turn out really well. I love my results. The procedure was relatively painless for me. Dr. Calder made me feel relaxed, he kept me comfortable and answered all my questions. Quick recovery. It’s been 10 months since I had it done and I am amazed at how different my hair line is and how far it has come. Isabella Vu gave me all the information I needed to make an informed decision. I was very apprehensive of a procedure that could leave a scar in the back of my head. If unsuccessful, I would not be able to wear a shaved head. That being said, I did a ton of research. I landed on Ziering Medical. I reached out by simply filling out a digital request form including pictures of my androgenic alopecia. The following day Isabella followed up with me. She was very patient, answered all of my questions, and educated me about the different options and procedures. She also pointed me to sites where I could see pics from previous clients. After further research and consideration, Isabella helped me set an appointment. My first appointment was the procedure. I arrived early morning as it would be an entire day procedure. I was greeted by a friendly staff. After a short wait and some quick paperwork, I was taken back to begin. Dr. Calder was very friendly and also very informative. He had a great bedside manner that made feel comfortable and confident. The staff ensured I was comfortable and after some numbing injections, Dr Calder immediately got to work. I was blown away with the amount of staff that it took to complete the procedure. I had Dr Calder and 3-4 assistants the entire time. I was there for 10-12 hours. My procedure was 6 months ago. I was hesitant to leave a review until I could give an honest opinion based on my results. So, 6 months out, I can honestly say, it was a great decision. Well worth the cost. If I could do it over, the only difference I would make is that I would have done it sooner. I look better, feel better and don’t have to wear a hat everywhere I go now. I highly recommended Isabella, Dr Calder and Ziering Medical!!

Recently I had noticed thinning on my frontal hairline. I gave Ziering Medical a call and spoke with Isabella, who invited me into the office for a consultation with Dr. Calder. Upon walking through the door, I first noticed the modern interior design elements and really sleek lighting. The front desk staff was very welcoming and friendly.During my consultation, Dr. Calder assured me I didn’t need a hair transplant just yet. I ended up bringing a couple bottles of their Kerafactor solution home to help with my follicle miniaturization and thinning. If I ever need a hair transplant, Ziering Medical will be my first call. When I first heard about Ziering medical Hair restoration I was a bit nervous but once talking to the staff in person they made me feel comfortable and told me they can help me regain my hair loss. I also did my research and noticed they did excellent work. The staff here at Ziering medical was very open and honest about how they can improve my hair loss. My procedure was awesome they treated me really well and was able to keep me calm more importantly make me feel comfortable throughout the surgery and provide me with food of my choice. It has been over a year since I had my procedure and I have been happy with my results. I feel more comfortable then ever because my confidence was low once I figured I was losing my hair. Last but least people do not even noticed I had the procedure because it looks extremely good. I saw the team over at Ziering Medical about 3-months ago. They were all great. Starting with my consultation with Isabella. She was very easy to talk with and makes you feel very comfortable. This helps because I (like most I assume) are already nervous about seeing someone about hair loss and thinning, but she made me feel comfortable and helped guide you through how she and the team can help build my confidence back. Amazing staff, service, quality and care. After consulting with Dr. Ziering I was given options and pricing for my procedure and chose to work with Dr. Calder. Dr. Calder and his staff were welcoming and made the experience very easy and enjoyable. The procedure itself is a long day, but they made it easy and time flew by. 10/10. I specifically asked for Dr. Ziering himself to operate on my FUE surgery in Beverly Hills Location so I can have the “best results” instead of going with another doctor. He did 2500 Grafts which came out to $25K! We agreed on concentrating on the side temples and the front of the hair. Until this day I have ZERO temples and all I get from people is ‘What happened to your hair? It’s gone’!I made an appointment with the doctor to see what they can do, the doctor didn’t even bother to check or ask about his client, he made his secretary call and she only offered 20% off that was valid for the same month only! Ridiculous! BE CAREFUL all they care about is Money!! Worst experience and choice I’ve ever made.

I had thought about hair restoration for a few years and finally made the decision to move forward. I asked a family friend who is a plastic surgeon where to go and he said Ziering Medical. Dr. Calder has done a great job and is great to work with. He has fantastic bedside manner and good energy. Last night at dinner my Dad who is a retired plastic surgeon was looking at my hair and said what a great job Dr. Calder did and how natural it looks. Isabella has been amazing the whole way through and likely responsible for me not waiting even longer to have to move forward with the procedure. She is absolutely delightful and has helped with questions and coordinations is also a pleasure to deal with. I wish a had someone like her for my practice. As a 66 year old woman experiencing hair loss I was researching various options with a specific interest in exosomes that would work best for me when I came across Dr Ziering’s practice. From the time I called in for the appointment thru today I’ve been very happy with my experience and the results just three months into treatment. I noticed my hair loss at the age of 23. Unbeknownst to me, my hairline had been creeping backwards since late high school. I hated the way I looked in photos, but could never identify why. I realize now that it’s because the way I looked in photos and in the mirror didn’t match the person I envisioned myself as.Ziering Medical helped me restore my self-image. I had done significant research on clinics both inside and outside of the country, but chose Ziering Medical for its tremendous track record and treatment of high-profile patients. I do not live near the clinic, but this was not at all an issue. Isabella was kind and understanding, answering my questions and guiding me through the process. I had a virtual consultation with Dr. Calder where we had a discussion about my goals, and he provided a recommendation for the number of grafts for my FUE procedure. The proposed number of grafts was very reasonable, preserving my donor supply and ensuring that the transplanted area was not overcrowded (overcrowding may cause follicle death) while still providing the look I desired. I scheduled my operation shortly thereafter.On operation day, I arrived and met Dr. Calder and the team in person. Everyone was welcoming and professional, doing the utmost to ensure I was comfortable and at ease. Dr. Calder proposed a new hairline, and we adjusted the border based on my preferences. I noted that his proposed hairline took a different shape from those I had frequently seen on YouTube, but that it fit my face much better than a generic line across the head. I was impressed by his artistic and aesthetic sense.They provided a slew of snacks for me to munch on at any time, a choice from a menu for lunch, and control over ambient music and television if I so desired. In my case, the time flew by as I slept through the entire operation, waking only for lunch and to turn over for graft implantation. The operation went smoothly and without incident.I returned the next and fourth days for cleanings and the complimentary laser treatments. Connie was extremely gentle and ensured I left with everything I needed to stay comfortable during my recovery.Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my experience. I had the standard swelling over the next few days, but this rapidly dissipated. I experienced no infections, I’m sure thanks to the post-operative antibiotic regimen they provided me. Now, nine months later, I am proud to report that I can once again look at myself in the mirror and like what I see. I plan to get a second operation later this year to increase density in the transplanted area.Yes, there are cheaper clinics out there. But if you want the cutting-edge in hair restoration, the confidence of a world-class, experienced team, and the highest levels of patient care and professionalism, then Ziering Medical is your clinic. As you search the web to research the best place for FUE, it can be nerve wrecking because you really just never know when it comes to these things and you dont want to get permanent work done and it be horrible. Im writing this review to let you who are inquiring this procedure that Ziering Medical is honestly the best. Im 7 days post and Im feeling so good about my decision. I booked my consultation with Dr. Calder and was paired with Isabella for my orientation. She provided a whole presentation on my options which was incredibly helpful and informative. Recently had a FUT 2250 graft hair procedure by Dr Calder and couldn’t be happier with the process including the pre procedure preparation, surgical day and post procedure care. I am currently 3 months post procedure and already starting to see results. The staff was awesome from Isabella coordinating all the details and answering all of my many questions to the surgical day staff that were friendly and helpful. Low pressure and gave candid thoughts and advice. She also took the time to follow-up post procedure to see how I’m doing and was encouraging with my progress. At the end of October 2021, I had a FUT hair procedure done by doctor Dr.Calder. He was very professional and knowledgeable of his work. I was skeptical of the outcome, especially being an African/ American. So far, the results look great; my hair is growing back nicely. I had no complications after the procedure. Pain management was excellent. Isabella was my agent. Prior to the procedure, she explained everything very well. My experience with Dr Ziering and his whole team was amazing. Even upon the initial consultation, they not only gave me my confidence back, but really educated me and broke down the whole procedure and made me feel very comfortable. Chelsea was so great to work with leading up to the day of the procedure. I highly recommend working with Ziering. I just completed my 2nd procedure and it was a success just as my first. After a year I decided to return to Ziering because I wanted more density. There are many Ziering five star testimonials here, and I agree with them all, but I wish someone had posted what the actual game day procedure was like, to demystify the process and put me at ease, so Im doing that. Hope this helps someone.First off - Ive had this procedure done twice.I had my first procedure 6 six years. Today I got the stitches out from my second procedure, which I had last week.Heres the thing, this actually works. I was pretty much bald. I hated the way I looked. It was hard looking in the mirror. I didnt look like me. I didnt feel like me. I would see other men with great heads of hair and I would get annoyed and angry.Now I have A LOT of hair. I do. Its crazy. I have so much hair that people in my life still laugh and say, Its insane how much hair you have.THIS WORKS - thats the most important thing. And it lasts.As for the actual procedure -- my big thought is this -- Its actually much LESS of an experience than you think. When people ask me how was the procedure and recovery, I answer, genuinely, It was no big deal. Its local anesthesia. I was awake. I was listening to podcasts. I watched some Netflix, it was actually kind of fun. Especially the last 4 hours as three very fun and professional woman put the follicles, one by one, into place, on my head. There were snacks. They got me a great lunch. I havent been to many spas, but Ive been once or twice and thats the vibe: A super-professional, high end spa where you get a new head of hair.As for the recovery, because that was a part of my hesitation --also MUCH LESS than I thought. They gave me pain meds for 4 days, I only used them the first day. Theres a simple cup-hair-wash protocol to clean the grafts, some Bacitracin, but thats it. Very little pain. I was perfectly fine that night. And they give me a one-page chart to X off the post-procedure home care instructions (which is mostly spraying two solutions that help heal the grafts and some ice packs if you have swelling, which I didnt.) But the chart is very helpful and makes it easy to walk through the minimal steps. And its always satisfying to X things off a chart.To me, whats best about the procedure is that its gradual. Its not like the next day you suddenly have a fake looking shelf of hair that looks like bad plugs. It takes several months to grow in and thats the best part. Its gradual. I still have friends who have never said anything. Never noticed. And I was bald. And now I have a lot of hair.As for the second time, (last week), I had always wanted to have it done again. Badly. The front of my head looks great (I had 3000 grafts) in round 1, but I still had baldness on my crown and wanted that filled in.I returned to Ziering and this time spoke with Isabella. Shes the best. Incredibly knowledgable, warm, easy to talk to, plenty of laughs, easy to get a hold of, a pleasure to work with.Dr, Calder came into the room and we discussed at length the best way to approach the crown of my head. He put a lot of thought into what I wanted and weighed that against his very experienced opinion of what would work best and how to achieve the best results.I wasnt nervous this time, knowing what to expect. This time was more just impressed. Everything is just incredibly pro. Front of house staff is terrific and friendly. They pamper you through the intake. There are nurses, technicians and support staff everywhere to attend to your every need.Again, it was no bid deal. The procedure was most of the day but again, went by incredibly quickly. Snacks. Lunch. Podcasts, did a little work on my phone and got to know the technicians who were just the best. Good laughs. They care. They want you to look good.So if youre nervous, to say it once again, in all caps, because I wish someone had told me before my first time -- Its NO BIG DEAL. ITS LESS THAN YOU THINK. DONT BE NERVOUS.And a few months later you have actual hair. Your own hair. Taken from the back of your own head.And they validate parking!!

I found Ziering hair clinic after doing my own research first. I have an outstanding Hormone Replacement Doctor and I pick his brain as to what the latest trend in preventing hair loss were. He told me about the various growth factors that have come out. He armed me with a list of questions to ask the hair clinic to ensure they were not quackery. When I hit Isabella with the questions she knew the subject matter inside out and was able to articulate exactly why the products they use are superior.I was skeptical but definitely too terrified to give a go to hair implants. I was told that the procedure I received would show benefits at about a six month mark. My barber told me, and he is not one to lie to me, that he was noticing growth in my hair. After struggling with hair loss for 10 years I was looking for a simple and easy solution. I just posted pictures of an injury I got about 15 years ago. I had previously been told that I could never grow hair here… Dr. Z head other ideas. In the picture you can clearly see the little sprouts of hair that were planted… And I am patiently waiting for them to grow. I had been thinking about hair restoration therapy for the past 15 years (hard to believe). I had done my research with all the competitors and consulted with a few doctors. I finally chose Dr. Ziering and the robotic folliclular unit extraction method because Dr. Ziering is one of the few doctors who performs the robotic hair restoration therapy. I didnt want to have the scar in the back of my head from the traditional strip extraction method. I also learned that Dr. Ziering helped developed the robot that performs the hair extraction. That was a big plus.I had a free consultation with Dr. Ziering where he and his staff explained the two-day process. Financing was a breeze. On the first day of the surgery, I checked in the afternoon. The front of my scalp was numbed and the incisions for the hair follicles were made. The process took about 3 hours. On the second day of the surgery, I checked in at about 8 a.m. The back of my scalp was numbed and I was placed in the robotic FUE machine. I then fell asleep for about 3 hours while hair follicles were harvested from the back of my head. I woke up around noon and had my complimentary lunch. Then, Dr. Ziering and his staff began transferring the hair follicles to the front area of my head where the incisions had been made the previous day. I was done by around 5 p.m. I drove myself home and went to work the next day.There is a little pain and discomfort for a few days after the surgery, but the beautiful thing is that I dont have a strip scar in the back of my head. I am now about 2 months post-surgery and am eagerly waiting for my new hair to grow. I highly recommend Dr. Ziering. He is very knowledgeable, funny and makes you feel comfortable during the surgery.
