First of all, this will be my second review for Amardeep and team. The first one was when we purchased my brothers house. This review is for the 2nd and 3rd house we just purchased. I worked with Amardeep, Simran and Sarita and I would say that they are all professionals. I dealt with them like my long time friends. We closed the second house very smoothly. Simran was very quick and on top of everything. On the 3rd house that we just closed yesterday, there was a problem that was occurred in our end, my sister and I thought loan was going to fail but AMardeep and team did their expertise in loans. There was a couple weeks delayed but they made the loan happened. I was very very happy and thankful with Amardeep and team and of course with the Help our our realtor/agent as well. The best and lowest interest rate (honestly no one could beat that one as I did shop around and searched with 11 other lenders), also same APR, and closing as soon as 2 weeks. Weve refinanced mortgage loans for 4 of our properties with him in January 2021. Amardeep offered us very good rates for all these properties. Our primary home is refinanced with zero closing cost. Very True about FRAUD numbers, Amardeep Singh changes numbers all the time till the end.He would mention 0 closing cost and he will make you pay out of your pocket for all closing costs.
