I love Zak Dental and would recommend them to any and everybody. I been with Zak Dental for 3 years and I plan on having many more years to go with them. Customer service is outstanding the front clerk shes a sweetheart. If anyone is looking for a dentist office and want nothing but quality top tier work. I highly recommend Zak Dental in Downey Ca they gone get you right.-Miua Moses

Ive been coming her since I moved to Downey. They have been excellent so far. They are always so helpful. Easy to reschedule when needed or when booking appointments. The staff is also so nice! Clean location. Would recommend!

Been coming to Zak for a while now. This particular location is great. Friendly, attentive and comforting when my son freaks out. The Dr is very knowledgeable and straight forward. Place is clean brightly lit, parking is slim sometimes but never impossible.

If I could give a zero star I would. This dental office practices predatory tactics. They go over treatment plans with you never mentioning a membership that they sneak in for $600. Both my husband and I walked in with really good insurance and somehow came out owing over $2000 upon reviewing with my insurance, the maximum that we should’ve paid was about $300. When I called to cancel this membership I got mine right away, but my husband still hasn’t gotten his. They claim that he already had services that were under that membership. At no time were neither one of us given the option to decline those services. They claim that it was recommended and that’s why they did them, however when something is recommended it is their job to go over it and ask us if we want to go through with it. We absolutely would’ve declined the ridiculous “treatment” they claimed we needed. All my husband needed was to fill three cavities and I just needed a deep cleaning and an onlay. So why they went ahead and did other unnecessary treatments without consulting us is very predatory. We are so upset about this that we are willing to take them to Small Claims Court to get our money back. If this has happened to you, please reply. If you are looking to go into this office steer away from it, you are going to end up paying for services you don’t really need they won’t tell you about it.

I had an excellent experience at Dr Zak Dental Office. The staff was friendly and professional, making me feel at ease from the moment I walked in. Dr. Toosi was thorough and explained each step of the procedure, ensuring I was comfortable throughout. I highly recommend Dr Zak Dental Office for anyone looking for quality dental care.

I am a new patient at Zak Dental twice and I can honestly say Ive received great treatment from all the staff. They have all been very courteous and answered the questions Ive had. The environment and background music definitely a plus for me. I highly recommend Zak Dental.

I really like the work that was done by the dentist however it seems that the front desk is not on top on the billing, for example I paid my co payment in advance for my treatment before my appointment, so when I check in, the front desk wanted to charge me again for the treatment, so I had to let them know that I had already paid for it. Unfortunately, it is not the first time this happen so I feel that there accounting department is not doing a good job regarding patients payments or they try to charge the patience twice to see if could get away of double charging.

After being scared to go back to the dentist for quite some time and waiting until the last possible minute because of fear I was able to find comfort in Zak Dental. Setting up a payment plan was super easy! All of the staff is very friendly and there is this strong want in them to help.

The office was clean, the office personnel was pleasant and courteous, my wait time was less than fifteen minutes. The dental assistant was very professional and Dr. Toosi was pleasant and professional. He prescribed preventative solution for my mouth, He also corrected my denture issues. I’m pleased with my overall care I received.

New AI Telephone answering system is Junk! Answer the doggone phone! The dentist did a good job, however it would have been nice if he would have explained what he was doing, as he was doing it. I didnt no when to breath, hold my breath, swallow...nothing!My prescription was not at the pharmacy when I arrived over 40 minutes after I left the office. I tried to call for 35 minutes and kept getting VM service while at the counter waiting. An hour and 30 minutes later I received a call back from the call center who had to put in a request to the office where I received services to place the order for the prescription.When I did someone from the office on the phone, they informed me that they ALL of them were out to lunch, while I was writhing in PAIN with a mouth full of gauze! They said that they would Fix it, so I asked them what they planned to do? How will you fix it?.....Crickets...no answers...The worst patient after care I have ever experienced! They were fast to take my payment, and tried to to bill for two sets of the same xrays....really?Very disappointed with service, I received my prescription, 5 hours after leaving the office. AI is not personal, it cannot answer questions or make decisions, at least not the system they use. Get your money back and hire good old fashion people to answer the phone, route the calls!
