We have always loved ZAGG screen protectors. Unfortunately we bought a knock off with our latest phone. It chipped and cracked in such a mess that it made my fingers hurt to use the touchscreen. As usual, very professional, great service. The tech applied the screen quickly and perfectly. The only drawback but there’s no solution is that there’s only one person working. I understand they can’t justify having another person due to long downtime and the few times only during the day people walk up at same time.Even if u could schedule time to come in... there still might be someone in person that is getting helped. So there’s no actual solution that fits. That’s why there’s no negative on the start rating. Excellent service!Replacement today 7/21/21. Excellent again.

The exact shield I needed was not in stock, but the sales rep suggested another type I could use. It was a downgrade from the recent model. Still, it was an appropriate substitute since I needed a shield right away. It would have been nice to have been greeted by him upon approaching the counter. I waited a couple of minutes as he finished with another customer. Instead, another customer approached and helped them right away. He could directed me to the correct side of the counter for the start of the line. Instead, I felt ignored and treated like a dumb customer who cut someone in line.

I only go here for Zagg products after bestbuy botched the installation twice. The team at this location knows what theyre doing; theyre quick and efficient. I have the s21 ultra and the screen protectors are extra finicky but they always install it flawlessly, no bubbles, perfectly aligned. The $10 replacement fee after purchase is great as well and if the protector has issues a week after, they never give you trouble and replace it no questions asked.

Called to be sure the kiosk had a Galaxy Note 4 protector in stock. Was told by a very rude young man that the oldest one they carry is a Note 5. I said I was there 2 weeks prior with my Note 4 and received a replacement. He said I must have a different phone and that I didnt know which phone I had. I told him that in fact I knew exactly which phone I owned. Zero customer service. All this kid had to do was check his computer to see in fact when I was there and which replacement I received. Zagg needs to train their emoyees better. Employee I saw 2 weeks prior was GREAT. This kid needs to be fired. Ill be going to Grenada Hills to get my replacement.
