Professionally trained staff that gets the job done! Techs are friendly and professional. They respond quickly and will leave a courtesy email I miss their call. I appreciate that they leave contact info to reach them directly with my claim needs and help explain what they are doing on my computer or software install. Our company has been using ZAG services for about 2 years now and I am quite content with their service.

Zag is simply the best in so many areas--they are a key technology partner for us and have made huge improvements in enhancing/securing our network. Zag offers a wide range of services from help desk support, 24/7 network monitoring, onsite engineer and procurement services for hardware and licensing.
