There are good, great and the best Realtors out there. Zack was the best! He was very attentive to our needs and patiently walked us through every step. He began as our realtor and quickly became a friend that we trusted. Before we even chose him as our realtor, he sent us a box of chocolates and cat treats for our fur baby. Working with Zach to sell our home was a great experience. He also found us our new home and we love it! Zach has been very honest with me and my mother when purchasing a home. Unlike most realtors that are only looking to close and complete a deal, Zach was more concerned about our future in this home more than he was making money. Zach saved us alot of money by recommending us not to purchase a home we were highly looking to buy. There are good realtors, there are amazing realtors and then there is Zach. Zach is absolutely top notch. He is very responsive to text, calls and emails. He even help with negotiating with the seller getting my wife and I the best deal possible. As far as experiences goes I’ve never had a more favorable encounter in a customer service setting.
