How do I even begin? Zac was incredible with responsiveness, being our advocate, and being so mindful about understanding what we wanted in our next home. He pointed things out at every home that we would have easily overlooked but could have impacted our future there. He’s got the perfect balance of being laid back and easygoing along with being a fierce advocate for us when needed. He helped our family tremendously and still is, long after our home has closed. He also is great with kids and our small child may miss him the most! Zac comes highly reccommended for a reason. He makes home buying as smooth and uncomplicated as possible. He started by meeting with us to explain the real estate process, getting a sense of where/what we were looking for, and answering all our questions. He then began to send us listings and was very flexible with scheduling showings around our schedule. When it came time to write an offer, Zac offered his honest and expert opinion on the best price and terms to get it accepted. In one of the most difficult housing markets, we were able to get our offer accepted, even though the competing offer was higher, all because of Zac’s recommendations on terms. Zac also has great contacts for financing, home inspections and other related services. If he does not have a contact for what you’re looking for, he will do the research to get you one. We give Zac our highest recommendation and appreciation for helping us find our first home!
