Jasmine the runner/owner of this business is super rude, crude, and has no business professionalism. She acts as if she is doing your a favor by doing the printing for you. I support and purposely seek out small, family owned businesses rather than big chains. We done business with this company mainly for that reason and because the prices are reasonable. However, this womans customer service skills are far from professional. I picked up an order that was placed earlier and discovered we were missing some copies and that she charged us for more copies than we received. When my administrator called her to inquire she was angry and told us that it was not true. She said rudely that she gave us everything we asked for when clearly we were missing documents. I would NEVER do business with her again and do not recommend anyone take their business there.

So far so good will have to make a large number of copies pertaining to a legal case for my attorney will see if I can email the docs to print out to them if so they will get a five rating.
