These guys are terrific. For the fourth time I walked in and there was nothing wrong with my phone except it wasn’t in the case right. Instead of trying to sell me something they just clicked the chat and said there you go. These people are honest. Kudos.

I happened to be sitting at my desk when I saw that my 3-month old HP ENVY was going through a BIOS update. Soon after I discovered my external mouse wasnt working and my battery was not charging.I diagnosed the problem to be USB drivers that were failing to update. By the time I got this far, my battery was down to 30% and I was afraid that if I continued to hack at it, I would deplete all battery power. It became time to call a professional.I Googled computer repair near me, found YucaTech and scheduled an appointment for the next day. My laptop was fixed in less than 24 hours at a very reasonable cost. Definitely recommend!

I took an iPhone in because the volume levels had decreased to a point where I couldn’t really hear that well. Apple wanted to sell me a new phone because the repair was going to be expensive. Yucatech cleaned some built up residue on the speaker and it worked just fine. Quick fix and ‘no charge’!! I took a laptop in for repair and they did a great job bringing it up to date and getting it to run quickly and smoothly. My new go to guys for sure!

Great place to take n get ur Android phone fixed where before if it wasnt an iPHONE they wouldnt bother..really snobby..like that place at montecito shopping center...expensive n w attitude.

I had a cracked screen on my Samsung phone. Price was fair in my opinion especially considering what the cost of a new phone can be. I didnt catch the name on the guy who helped me but he was very nice and helpful. Not only were they helpful but also was able to get a half day turnaround. Very happy with yukatech.Great service/ helpful/ quick turnaround/ friendly staff.

Recently, Abraham made a house call to mentor my husband on using his desktop. In addition to being extremely professional and competent, they are reasonably priced, exceedingly honest, and readily available.

I have used Yucatech for 3 of my computers, one laptop, one desktop and one custom built gaming PC.Alex is GREAT. He is knowledgeable, explains everything thoroughly and answers any questions you may have. Alex and his crew are very professional, courteous and patient. They never make you feel like you have too many questions or trying to rush you in and out just to get to the next job (like so many other computer repair places Ive been to).They are reasonable with their fees, are very trustworthy and also, they usually complete the job quicker than you would expect, but at the same time...paying attention to all the details.I mentioned above the gaming PC. I had all the parts ordered, but found it was a bigger task than what I had time for, so....I handed it to them.I was surprised that they finished the job in a much shorter time than I expected with some very good advice on parts and performance.They are my go-to for all my computer needs. I wont use anyone else from this point on. They are just TOO GOOD..!!

I walked in with a freshly broken screen on my phone and walked out with what felt like a brand new phone. The service was great and quick and the price was fair. I would not second guess myself in coming back if I have any other cell or computer issues.

Had a Samsung Galaxy S8 Active that needed a new battery. Brought it to Yucatech for repair at 9:30am; had never been there before. This shop was open earlier than all the others, and the service I received was great. The service tech who helped me was patient, helpful, and professional. They fixed my phone promptly and for a fair price. Will most likely bring my next device in need of repair here as well.

Yucatech is a very reasonable & responsible business that keeps a great stock of common phone parts. Theyre also very good about replying to emails. Getting quotes over the phone is easy too. Parking is extremely convenient too, and their location is really well placed in downtown SR.
