Could not be happier with Ben and his work. My laptop was running about as slow as it could and he fixed that problem, fast. Now, my laptop works perfectly and with amazing speed. My son recommended I take my computer to Ben as he has had great experiences with him. Loved the service I received from Ben and could not have asked for anyone better. I took my computer to him because it was running crazy slow and what do you know, he gave me the solution and now my computer is lightning fast, it’s a speedster like The Flash! Ben is a superb professional. When my old PC became inoperative, Ben helped me pick the new model and cloned my old system without any loss of data or functionality, so that the transition was totally seamless. Excellent service. Now I know whom to call with any computer problems.

Horrible and do not recommend. Within 60 days my printer is not working again to which he replied that as long as its working when it leaves hes done his job although he was fully aware of some maintenance I needed to do on my printer to keep the ink from drying (which I self diagnosed). He does not stand by his work, isnt thorough nor gives advice to not keep him at your house. He basically wanted me to pay him again. He is useless, unprofessional, cavalier and smug. Dont waste your time, hes incompetent.
