It was a pleasure working with Zdenek. He is very knowledgeable and patient. As a first time home buyer, I was looking for a perfect agent who could walk me through the process of buying a new home. Zdenek was the one. He answered all my questions, assisted me finding the perfect home, and connected me with a mortgage broker. He didn’t just help me find the right home, but made sure I was satisfied with the purchase. People who never bought a home before may think it is a long and not easy process. At least I thought that way; however, Zdenek made it easier by keeping in contact with me, and answering all my questions. He is also very good at helping getting offers from the seller. Im glad we started the whole buying process with Zdenek. He helped us to find a faster way to close deal than our bank was offering. We were frustrated with our bank loan officer who hardly was answering phone calls. Z has very good team who helped us close escrow quicker than most of other buyers could, which gave us good advantage as I feel. We are very busy at work, so Zdenek always worked around our schedule, big plus for us. Overall Zdenek was very helpful and patient in the whole process finding home and closing on the escrow.

I cannot stress enough how happy my husband and I are to have found a realtor who has gone over and above our expectations.I am not an easy person to please when it comes to buying a home. Zdenek did a great job listening to our real estate needs and matching us with the right listings. He checked in on us frequently to inform us about houses we might be interested in; we never felt neglected. My cousin Lindsay lives in Southern California and was having a hard time finding a house. As I am in real estate in Canada, I knew Zdenek Tronicek from “Your Home Sold Guaranteed” from attending real estate conferences and networking. One thing I know about Zdenek is that his team generates a ton of leads from their very progressive marketing which gives them access to those harder to find “Off-Line” properties. Not many real estate agents or agencies have access to these homes unless they have a massive database which I was floored to hear they had access to over 80,000 buyers and sellers in theirs… And low and behold, within 3 weeks, Lindsay found her dream home and avoided into getting into a nasty bidding war because Zdenek found her a house in his database not on the MLS and she was the only one dealing with the sellers.
