I had my solar system installed by Yes Energy Solutions (YES) in Dec 2019…..and my hat goes off to Jim and his entire team for creating a culture of consumer excellence and exceeding my expectations in all fronts. I did a walk-in late Oct (appointments are recommended) but was able to discuss my solar options with Gary S. The Dublin office and showroom was small, but you’ll find an assortment of the latest and top rated / market trending panels. I decided to go with LG360Q1K-V5 NeonR Prime Black panels with the Enphase IQ7+ inverters. Personally, I’ve always felt solar panels distress the aesthetics of a home; so I went the sleek black panels without the horizontal/vertical patterns, while keeping max performance output in mind. I was able to negotiate rates with YES, but not by much. At the end, although a premium was paid, it was money well spent. YES handled all the building permits, technical drawings, organizing walk-throughs with the city, connecting my panels with PG&E to the grid, and more. Celeste and Ashely constantly kept me informed of every step and milestone. A HUGE shout out goes to the “Purple” team who worked the day after Christmas to install our system. Team Purple (Alex, Omar, Ismael, Matt) did an outstanding job; they were courteous and professional. Don’t take my word for it, look at the attached photos. You’ll agree these guys take pride in their work, ensuring installation was watertight sealed, wires perfectly organized, and panels true and straight. The customer service doesn’t end there; after setting us up with PG&E and the job was done, Franki from the office sent a few followup emails to ensure they are here for us should we have any issues. We’re able to monitor our system and see exactly how much each panel is producing. Hopefully we will not run into any issues, but if we do, I know YES will be there for us. I recommend YES without hesitation for your energy needs.

After talking to several companies to install a Tesla Wall Connector Gen 3, Your Energy Solutions was selected because of the expert knowledge, detailed explanations and helpfulness of the salesperson Franki Eivas. He arranged for the CAD plan drawing to be done and submitted to the City for inspection. The entire length of 6-gauge wiring was contained inside a metal conduit which was ran from the electrical panel through the attic and connect to the Tesla Wall Connector. Most of other companies do not run conduit all the way. The installation passed the City inspection.Another outstanding salesperson, John Darling, has has expert knowledge about solar panels installation and was very helpful.Your Energy Solutions is a great company to work with on solar panel installation and EV home charger installation. Their pricing is competitive. Franki and John are highly recommended also.

We recently got our enphase solar system installed with Y.E.S, and was working with Geno, who has been amazing!He explained all the aspects of the solar in detail, and helped us get the right solar and battery system for our current and future use.He was very patient in answering all my questions even up until and after the plan was submitted for approval. Gave clear final payment and break down on all the different charges.The 2 person installation crew was amazing (sorry forgot their names), they also pointed out some of the issues with electrical and also what they were doing and why they are doing it. The installation took 2 days and went without a hitch and we got our system up running immediately after the install was done.Geno also went over the different settings in the battery usage optimization after the install was completed.I highly recommend working with them !!!

I received many solar quotes and decided to go with a local company, YES. They weren’t the cheapest, but I’m happy with the overall install.Chris Korbus was the sales rep that helped me with the quote. Very responsive at the beginning, until contract was signed, no response afterwards, strange.Celeste was my project manager and she was awesome to work with. This review is long overdue. We got our panels since 2016 and It took me a while searching for the perfect solar installer for our 9kW system. I reached out to the big names at that time like Solarcity, Peterson-Dean, Sungevity etc but none of them could provide me the technical details Im looking for since theyre all level 1 sales rep with barely any technical knowledge. They dont even know how net metering works and how pg&e will be billing us once we have our system. But Jim, the owner of YES answered every single questions I have. Even provide me detailed technical calculations. Turns out for pg&e, if youre in ToU, you sell to pg&e at the rate youre supposed to be charged when youre producing which is awesome because we sell at peak rate (up to ~40 cents) but buy at non-peak rate (as low as ~15 cents) so technically if your energy consumption is 15kW, you dont have to install 15kW unit if you just want $0 bill because of the sell high buy low advantage.After the install, we found out that some panels that were added last minute (by my request) were underperforming and even tho its not entirely their fault, Jim compensated some of the loss from that panel. And 2 years ago, after our electrical panel caught fire, his team was very responsive and even helped with the recovery process at no cost. Ive been recommending them to all my friends and Im really glad to see that theyre doing well.

Im part of the big rush to get solar installed before California killed it with the NEM3.0. Was going with another company before a buddy asked me to try Your Energy Solutions. The system I got was more efficient, individual inverters rather than 1 inverter for all the panels and got options for different panels with Y.E.S. for the same price. The system was much more efficient than the previous quote. The service was excellent considering the obvious crunch of business they were getting. They were still able to set up and install within a couple months which was above and beyond, and it was appreciated. They did all the permit work and PG&E work, so as the customer it was stress free. I feel companies are loosing their drive for service now aways, but Y.E.S. was a breath of fresh air. No tricks, no BS. Just a good product and service.

Ive had the system for about 5 years. Purchase and install were great. Though Ive had some repair/maintenance/ and warranty issues that have needed attention and it has been like pulling teeth. I get good answers if and when I can get someone live on a phone. However, ZERO responses to emails and voicemails and I have been chasing YES to get my repairs done for going on 2 + months now. Often while my components are sitting there already delivered. Im writing this hoping someone will actually call/write me back for once.Follow up to owner: thanks for your response. I didnt use their services to install solar on my house since I have a 3-storied house but I wish I get a chance to work with Jim and his people another time. Jim was upfront about whats possible and whats not and was totally transparent in letting me know that theyd not be complying with industry/city security requirements as theyd have to rent equipment from a third party to install on my 3 storied house. He couldve so easily, like many other vendors, rented a boom lift from somewhere to only install solar panels and not offer any post sales service due to a lack of boom lift. He gave tips on purchases and walked through the technicalities patiently despite knowing I wont be of commercial value to him. This warranted high respect from me and showed traits of being a solid and trusted vendor.

My husband and I had a great experience with Your Energy Solutions. We began our project with YES in September. We were trying to get the solar panels installed this year to take advantage of the tax credit. Our project manager kept that in mind as our project progressed. Although I was initially told that installations with the company was currently being scheduled in December, we actually got installation in November and the project was completed by the beginning of December including permitting and connection with PG&E. Each step went smoothly. The installers were on time and efficient. They cleaned up when they were finished, and outside of having the new panels on our roof, you would never know that they were there. We had the same good experience with the young man who set things up for the city inspection. When a few things were called out (even one that had to do with prior permitted electrical work that was no longer to code), YES took care of the fix and our system passed inspection. We had initially planned for an EV charger, but was told that there would be an additional $1,800.00 cost for additional conduit due to the location of our electrical panel from where the EV charger would be placed. Since this was in anticipation of getting an EV, we decided to cancel the EV charger. Our project manager, Jessica, immediately did a change order and removed the cost of the EV charger from our contract without question or pressure. Final payment wasnt due until our project passed inspection. We never felt any sales pressure from the company during the entire process. We could not be happier with the service and experience we had with YES.

It took 9.5 months from when I signed a contract with YES to have an operational solar system. It was sold to me as a 9 week project. After my initial negative review they assigned Franki to assist and he really has been amazing. He provides responses when he says he will, I am not being ghosted anymore, and if it wasn’t for him, I have no doubt it would still be unfinished. But, I finally have a fully permitted, operating solar system and for that I’m happy. I wish that Franki didn’t have to shoulder the burden for what was otherwise an awful process. But, because of his diligence, I raised my stars from one to two.My first project manager (Paul) scheduled appointments where people never showed up. He went on vacation and never came back. My next project manager (Fabian) left for medical leave. My third project manager (Celeste) did not reply to emails. I would have to follow up multiple times over the course of weeks before I got a reply, if I got one at all. They had to submit my plans to the building department multiple times and they keep getting rejected, and permits denied, which just tacks on more time. Even the supervisor of the department (Earnest) was brought into my project after the first two project managers went nowhere (at month 4, when I still had the adorable hope of having an operating system within the same year I signed the contract) and he personally promised he’d make sure it would get done, and yet, despite him being copied on all emails, he never lifted a finger to respond. It’s not hard to tell a customer is agitated when they’ve sent a 3rd follow up email over the course of 3 weeks simply asking for an update and yet, he apparently couldn’t be bothered to either motivate his project manager to do their job or to reply directly. Same goes for Jim Gitas, the President of the company. He’s been copied on most emails as the months have ticked upwards and yet I never received a direct response, intervention, or resolution by him. When I literally sent a breach of contract notice and a demand for mediation (which I negotiated into the agreement), not even then did Mr. Gitas get involved, despite that the communication was addressed to him directly. So, just know, it is from the top down with this company that your experience and be uniformly awful, with the exception of Franki who has been wonderful.While they may have done a good job for others based on their Google and Yelp reviews, my experience has been mostly awful, absolutely awful. From missed appointments, to unresponsive project managers, to an excessively long period of time to have an operational system on my house, literally no part of this process has gone smoothly and has not required me to invest a frustrating effort to try and understand what is happening, why, and when.

Your Energy Solutions came out to RMA the panels we were having issues with and had them installed quickly after the new panels arrived. I had a great experience with your energy solutions. They delivered and listened and helped normal people understand solar technology. Overall I had a pretty good experience I would and did recommend to my friends and family. They were up front about cost and were on time on delivering and they were easy to work with. In the end I was happy with the work. The pm the workers and sales supported the project efficiently.They are able to do things better then the bigger companies I believe when looking at the details.

Frankie is the best. I had a fantastic experience with him. He is extremely Knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me resolve my issue.Our Solar Panels were not working properly and Frankie stayed with us on FaceTime for almost 2 hours just to help us while he was trying to Troubleshoot online on his end. I gave them 2 stars instead of 1 because their original response time was great -- fastest of the three I companies I tried. And they appeared for the installation when they said they would.BUT.The original sales person told me what he thought I wanted to hear and designed the system that he thought I wanted in order to get me to put down my deposit. But after they had my money, the real design people told me that that system WOULDNT work, and they had to go back to the original design -- less efficient and less discrete. Strike 1.Then, although they showed up for the installation when they said they would, they didnt finish the installation; at the very least, there is still the painting of the conduit to do (and I dont know what else). Strike 2.That was Dec. 4. DECEMBER 4TH!!! In the very nearly 3 months since then? NOTHING!!! I have emailed with my project manager over and over, and she keeps putting me off; I have called the owner of the company twice and he hasnt responded (he sicced some other manager on me once, but didnt respond at all to my first call). I called again this morning and spoke with a woman (she sounded like she was driving) who said she would have somebody get back to me -- nothing.Now I am in danger of missing the NEM deadline. But mostly I am just super irritated by the constant and continual delays and prevarications. I strongly suggest you go elsewhere for your solar installation.Updating my previous review: Literally about half an hour after I posted my review, I got a call from Franki in the service department. And as has been noted in other reviews, Franki is great. After nearly 3 months of delays and excuses, Franki got the permit okayed, the installation completed, and the final inspection done, in about 2 weeks. My system is up and running and all Im waiting for is the interconnection with PGE, which should happen within a couple of weeks.BUT.It shouldnt take 3 months of screwing around and then a customers negative review to get this kind of service. If you want to claim 5-star service, you need to have people like Franki at every level that interaction with customers is happening -- managing projects, for example. My project manager seemed to simply report what was happening; I didnt get the impression that she was being proactive, or advocating on my behalf. Would things have gone differently if Franki (and just to emphasize: I cant say enough about Franki) had been in charge from the start? Impossible to know, of course: maybe he just got lucky with the timing and everything was about to happen anyway. But YES needs that level of engagement and attention all the way down the line.

Y.E.S.did a great job for us from start to finish. The company is very organized and the project ran like clockwork. It only took 6 weeks from our initial inquiry for our system to be up and running. The actual installation was all done in less than one day. Even our neighbors commented on how quickly the panels were installed. Everyone we worked with -- from sales to project coordinator to work crew -- were all clearly competent and made sure that all our questions were answered and our needs were met. We had only one slight problem involving the awkward placement of the ground wires, but the company was quick to remedy that situation. Other than that, we couldnt be happier with our solar installation.

I had a great experience with Your Energy Solutions on our solar panel project. I had researched into other solar companies, and YES was the best by far. They provided detailed information before signing the contract and had continued communications throughout. The installation crew respected the COVID safety measures by wearing masks and maintaining safe distances. The installation was completed within schedule and they also helped with the painting the new conduit lines to match our house and roof. I would definitely recommend YES to others. We love that we are now running on clean energy with lesser dependency on PG&E.They also installed an EV charging station that now charges our hybrid in 2 hours! If youre thinking about getting one, I would highly recommend you have YES install that as well. They placed the charging station in the best location for our EV. There are some reviews that you want to write out of sheer gratitude this is one of them, specifically for Jim G. I called Jim to help me install solar but due to floor restrictions, his company couldnt But the help he offered in terms of advice and guidance on how to approach solar, cost per watt, the knowledge of various solar systems, experiences on companies and honest opinions on what will bring the most output for my house type. He did a satellite scan of my house and guided me every step even though I wasnt working with him, There was no contract, no payment for all this yet he spent nearly 3-4 hours on phone calls just sharing his knowledge. In this day and age where people are out looking for quid pro quo. Jim is a unicorn. I wish we could work together but if I ever buy another house the energy solutions aspect will be with Jims company. I sincerely thank Jim for all the help.

Its unique to see great customer service, quality, and professionalism, yet I have seen this mix of qualities with Your Energy Solutions (YES).The process began with the presales team Praveen with clear explanations of the solar installation process and pricing. Once I signed the contract, it had been handed over to Celeste Rosas and Fabians team to install solar panels and get an inspection from the city. The entire installation process took 40 days, from getting a quotation to installation and inspection.The Solar Installation and execution process was flawless, as my solar panels are working as expected.I highly appreciate the YES team Praveen, Celeste, Fabian, and the installation team. (Long)The overall experience with YES Solar was excellent. My first interactions was with Praveen, their sales executive Praveen did some preliminary data gathering to prepare a proposal. He then came by and explained very patiently in great detail the benefits of the various systems, the entire project completion milestones and answered tons of questions to steer us to the appropriate system that would fit our current and future needs. A truly amazing professional approach to selling and significantly contrasting from competitors (I went through several competing vendors so I could clearly experience the difference). In fact Praveen was also continuously available to answer questions as I was going through my decision making process. This experience almost single handedly drove my decision to choose YES. They install micro inverters by default which really future proofs the system from individual panel outages.Then on installation day their crew showed up on time walked me through the entire installation process and what to expect over the next 2 days of the install. Once again a thoroughly professional and efficient working team. They were also there to answer questions and left the job site very clean. Highly recommend the installation team.Lastly the back office staff gets involved in co- ordinating the inspection and the rest of the completion formalities. Here also the experience was similarly pleasant. The only 2 issues I had were1. The PGE application to turn on Solar took longer than usual due to some delays in follow ups between YES and PGE etc. In fairness it was late November early Dec.2. I was also not very happy with the location of the EV charge point, and their quote to move it a couple of feet seemed a bit unreasonable, but again we had agreed on the location initially but after I bought the EV car it turned out to be slightly inconvenient.Inspite of the above 2 issues I would overall rate YES as one of the best installers out there. A professional team with well executed plans, staring from the sales experience through installation and back office completion. I have been enthusiastically recommending them to friends and their experience has been similar.Solar is a longer term infrastructure project and investment, so going with a professional installer such as YES who future proofs the system for several years to come is reassuring.Thank You to the YES team for a happy customer.

Great working with the entire team at YES on solar for my home. Steve was awesome in the beginning helping me pick out panels & designing the system as well as answering all my questions. Gustavo, the installation crew, and the gentleman (sorry I forgot name) that oversaw the final inspection with city were professional and did an amazing job. And Franki overseeing all the scheduling, paperwork, etc for the project was fantastic as well! I have been a customer of Your Energy Solutions for over 4 years. I have done extensive research for my home solar project with multiple excel file models. At the end of the day, I decided to go with Your Energy Solutions, though they were nowhere at the bottom of the total cost of ownership. Main reason was the excellent sales experience I had with Jim and Praveen. Unlike others, Jim and Praveen were less about selling but more about making sure I am educated about solar system. 4+ years later, I am doubly sure I made the right choice. The best I liked about them so far is their outstanding customer service when I request support and their proactive monitoring of my system and taking care of any issues even before I noticed anything.Solar system is a very long term investment and saving few dollars in the short term over paying a little extra now with assurance you are in good hands is the right decision, in my view. Anyone sharing this view, I highly recommend Your Energy Solutions for your solar system needs.

Y.E.S. has been a pleasure to work with. Everyone Ive dealt with has been very responsive to my needs and questions. Six months ago they sold me a solar + battery set-up that has performed perfectly. When the city inspector signed it off, he said its unusual to see an installation where theres nothing to correct. Theyve also been first-rate for handling the registration and rebate paperwork with PG&E.

I recently had to work with them to get my PTO again from PG&E after my reconstruction due to garage fire. Pamela helped me through this VERY PAINFUL process dealing with PG&E (That’s a long story!). She followed up and always kept me informed of the progress. Her persistence and endless efforts finally got my PTO back for me! She is amazingly professional with so much patience and empathy. Our process began with calls with Jim. We were not a new installation. He took the time to discuss changes in technology and what made cost effective sense. Once we signed and our place in the queue was things pretty much like clockwork. We had our new solar solution in about 7 weeks. They have very solid guarantees that create confidence in their product. They are not tied to one provider which means a better overall price, performance, and product. Extremely professional company. Installed my initial solar panels and inverter in 2016 and then added more panels in 2019. Expert install that took only 1 day each time. After install customer service has been great. Had some issues where the inverter would trip the breaker and they came out to diagnose and then installed a new panel. Shopped around and they were cheaper than the big names. Highly recommend.

I had my Solar installed by YES. They have a really good support team. Within three months of the install one of the micro-inverters was not reporting and went offline. The YES support team reached out to me before I did and got that RMAd and went up to my roof and fixed it. I strongly recommend them.

Praveen from YES spent a great deal of time studying and explaining the different options suitable for our roof orientation and consumption. We had 16 LG320N1K-A5 panels and Enphase IQ7 Microinverters installed in May 2019. The whole process was smooth and painless starting with the sales in which everything was carefully explained to us. The project timelines were clearly laid out and all documents were signed electronically. Everything moved along like clockwork. Communication with various staff members was excellent. The installation went well and was done in one day. The install crew were neat and tidy. After the install the city came out and approved everything. We especially appreciate that they were able to get the city permit for our EV charger which had been previously installed. PGE signed off less than a week after the permitting and we have been up and running enjoying the free sunshine to power our house and car. We highly recommend YES and know that they will be there for us if we ever need them.

We loved YESs solar installation on our house. Our primary contact Gary was the most knowledgable solar rep weve talked to, and he offered us a wide range of panels to fit all budgets. I seem to have been one of the few customers who, until recently, had had some very negative experience with YES, particularly our salesman (whom I wont name).Ive had the system for nearly three years and there have been some ongoing issues (nothing major) and questions that have lingered for far too long. I made more noise in my most recent engagement and was referred to Frankie, their service manager, and my 3 star opinion of this company has risen to 5 stars. He has been super helpful and has gone out of his way to help get me where I should be.If youre researching solar, definitely give YES a look, and GET CRITTER GUARDS! Our salesman didnt even offer them to us--if yours does the same, MAKE SURE YOU ASK FOR THEM. Believe me, you will be sorry if you dont get them. The pigeon problem became an absolute nightmare at my house. Frankis team cleaned it all up and installed the critter guards (for a fee, of course) and, while the pigeons are still a problem, it is maybe 10% of what it was before. Im going to take additional measures to make my roof unattractive to them. But if we had the critter guards in the beginning, they may have never shown up to begin with.

Had two installs done with YES. The first, in 2019, went extremely well. The second was practically bait and switch. In 2019, the wiring was run in the attic. In 2022, I made the wrong assumption that they would match the existing, even after talking with the sales guy and the surveyor about it. They told me itd be an additional $2,000. I missed the difference in the newer contract, where item 25 states all conduit will be run externally (after the items talking about mechanics liens, arbitration, etc, etc). I missed it and that is my fault. I do believe there was also an expectation that someone would ask me if I wanted to change the install type and that the surveyor should have known about it. The guy crawled around in the attic and talked to me about how it would be run. In addition, I had purchased a set of CTs to monitor the house energy consumption. I spoke about having them installed with the surveyor and he said no problem, hed make a note about it and I should have them ready on the day of install. On the day of install, the installers took them and then handed them back at the end of the day. They said because I have other CTs on their for the Tesla Powerwall, I wouldnt need them. Unfortunately the Powerwall cut my solar generation in half in 2021 because of misconfigured CTs (Teslas fault here) and I dont trust them, which is why I wanted them installed. They said no problem, and the tech that was going to come for the city inspection would handle it then. They took their check and left. The next day, after explaining the CTs for the third time, they told me it would cost, you guessed it, $2,000 to run 4 wires through 10 of conduit.If youre going to deal with YES, make sure its in the contract, because if not, itll cost $2,000. 5 stars for the first install in 2019, 2 stars for 2022.

Good guys! Better price for a better product compared to other proposals. Courteous,, on schedule, and communicated reasonably well on status of project, permits, etc. A couple of minor areas where they can improve communication and better manage customer expectations. 1) We were told at the last minute to go get paint that matches our stucco color so that they could paint the conduit to pass City of Fremont inspection. 2) We were surprised/concerned at how many tiles had to be replaced. They did it but we had no idea that it would be in the 50 - 75 tile range. Lastly, customers should ask and understand the extent of work involved in the garage and outside the house.

I worked extensively with Jim and his crew at YES, and their customer service is outstanding. We had a faceted roof and it wasnt oriented in the most solar efficient way, but Jim was able to find the most elegant and cost effective solution for our needs. There was a mistake made during our installation, and it resulted in a few electrical components in our house failing (ceiling fan, HVAC transistors, and Doorbell). This was unfortunate, but what impressed me was the way that YES handled the situation. They sent their chief electrician over to assess the issues, and they fixed everything. As a matter of fact, they upgraded our doorbell to a ring doorbell. While Im sure that the mistake may give some potential customers a bit of reluctance, I fully believe that this was simply an unfortunate human error, and they absolutely made it right in short order. I am 100% pleased with their level of service, and have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who is looking for solar.

I have lived in my split-level home for nearly a decade, unable to use my home office during the uncomfortable temperatures of the summer months. Forced to work from home during the pandemic, I decided to research possible solutions to amend my situation.Through my investigation I came across Your Energy Solutions (Y.E.S.). From the first conversation I had with the owner Jim Gitas, I have been so pleased with the high level of customer attention. Due to Covid19 and social distancing measures, via FaceTime, Jim and I were able to diagnose the problem with my stifling, hot attic. On that initial call itself he figured out how many solar powered attic fans we would need to vent out the large mass of hot air in my attic.It took a couple weeks to get the parts but Jim and his team immediately scheduled the installation. On the day of installation, his crew of three arrived early and prepared to tackle the situation. The men were able to install my two solar powered attic fans in no time. The installation and clean-up was meticulously performed.The very same afternoon the solar powered attic fans were installed the difference was astounding. For the first time in several years I was able to comfortably use my top floor home office. I decided to take measurements a few days later to confirm what I was experiencing. Without air conditioning, my inside temperature was 77 degrees while it was 90 degrees outside. My attic floor was 89 degrees while the attic ceiling at the fan location was 117 degrees (nearly 30 degree difference!)I am incredibly pleased and greatly satisfied with my overall experience working with Y.E.S. It is a pleasure to write this review for Your Energy Solutions, specifically Mr. Franki Eivas. He was absolutely so helpful, positive, and knowledgeable. It is rare you find business people that are not trying to pressure you to buy their product. Franki did the exact opposite, he actually saved us money. He responded to our inquiry within a few minutes and from the jump, he explained the missteps we took and that we in fact purchased too many pieces of equipment and instead suggested what we could do for a fraction of the cost without losing any sort of efficiency. In fact, we gained efficiency with his method. He stayed on the phone for a significant amount of time explaining each step of the process. Since the solar world is all new to us, he offered for us to come to his office so he can explain to us as well as demonstrate what to do. I contacted a few different installers for quotes and details on solar panels. During this time, I also contacted Praveen from Your Energy Solutions and I could clearly see the difference from the other installers. Praveen came over to meet me with his laptop and spent at least an hour going over the various types of solar panels, advantages of using microinverters and roof mounting options and explained in great detail how the panels need to be positioned and how the PG&E net metering works. I decided to go with LG 330W AC panels which come with integrated Enphase micro-inverters. Compared to the string inverter technology used by the traditional solar installers, the Enphase micro-inverter provides several benefits that I found very compelling - including the parallel connection, safer circuit voltage and longer warranty.Praveen provided a very competitive quote and I decided to proceed with the contract. I also visited the Your Energy Solutions warehouse in Dublin and Daniel showed me how the LG panels and explained their roof mounting hardware. I liked how their team was very accessible and patient in explaining all the technical details. I appreciated how responsive Praveen was whenever I had any questions via email, phone or text. Currently, I have a fully functional solar panel array connected to the grid and basically covering all my electricity needs. Im also able to monitor my system from the Enphase web and mobile app. Based on my positive experience, my coworker also decided to go with Your Energy Solutions instead of a big name brand vendor.

It took over three months after completion to get hooked into PG&E, but it wasn’t Your Energy Solutions’ fault—it was PG&E’s fault. I would have liked to have known about that possibility before the whole project began.
