Treats warehouse employees like trash and will let you go regardless of performance, while other stand around and steal, they will fire you for being a few min late without working with you. They do not care about you, show it back to them.

I haven’t started working with YouBar yet but in comparison to a few other co-manufacturer and co-packers I recently spoke with, I’m so far impressed with YouBar’s quick and to-the-point response to all my questions. The Owner Emily not only answered all my questions quickly and efficiently, she cared enough to email me a few week afterward to connect asking for any possible unanswered questions. Emily sets the bar high with her professionalism and her mannerism in comparison to other options out there. It gives me confident that I’m in the right place.

I have been working with YouBar for 2 years now. I work with many Co-Manufacturers in the food industry and have yet to find a firm with the quality service culture or the quality product culture that YouBar exhibits. From the start of a project to the finish it is all hands on deck with service and quality assurance, and this is key in the food industry.It is so refreshing to find a company that is client - centric and accountable. What really excites me is the willingness to try the impossible and create innovative formulas that really stand out for their clients.With all the noise out there in the industry, corner cutting and competition, YouBar is on point with quality ingredients, quality formulations, a high level of customer service / quality assurance. If you are in the market for a top shelf nutrition bar product, in my opinion, YouBar is the last stop.

Every new idea is met with positivity and professionalism! When developing a new flavor, the team is always willing to adjust and re-formulate until we are fully satisfied with the taste, texture, and nutritional value. What a GEM! This gang produces amazing quality ingredients for the food bars as specified by ME. I have been so impressed by the customer service, and the quick response time to my (millions) of questions. I just love that this is a family owned and operated shop- they have a shorthand and rapid communication stream that is born of working together for a lifetime. Their concern about the highest quality ingredients for my product concept has been an education in how things get done RIGHT the first time. I couldn’t recommend YouBar more highly. I worked with Emily Vencat and the YouBar R&D team for 2 years on creating many new high protein / high fat complicated-to-formulate bars. Emilys team was able to creatively formulate many new flavors for my company, providing many options. We worked with them both at their facility an through samples sent to our office. Their R&D team provided an Innovation Session for my company, with new ideas for our brand.

I have worked with YouBar as a supplier of packaging for almost 8 years.Its been amazing seeing this very niche company grow from makingbars in small kitchen near the LA Farmers Market to a realstate of the art manufacturing facility. I was first impressed with Anthony ( co founder ) as a person, than as a entrepreneur and now running this wonderful growing business. I would be remised if I dont mention the rest of YouBars wonderful staff. Dennis, head of manufacturing and Joel in customer service. Bottom line, great company, great productsgreat people!

My experience with YouBar was over the top. Everyone was super professional that I was in communication with. My account manager Emily was the best. Everything from pricing, the process of production, samples, and deadlines was communicated from the start. I can’t recommend their team enough.

I had the opportunity to visit their facility and try their products. First of all the people are amazing. They have a real people first culture. This isnt that contrived stuff that you see on the walls of many organizations. I mean a real genuine care for people and improving lives. I mentioned that because it permeates their products. People who feel like they are valued put that value into their work. High quality ingredients and very well made products. I am not the most health conscious individual so I will alway default to a candy bar, but for my friends and family I am recommending many of the products that they produce. If you are in the market for partner for a product solution you would be in good hands here.

This is not a reprutable company. They lie and will cheat you out of your money. You will never reach bring a product to market using this company. Please believe me. These review are fake and from employees most likely. They took over $6,000 from me to create a formula and would not share any costs along the way. They then wanted to charge me $2000 for the recipe i just created. And when it came time to produce the protein formula, they tried to charge me $33 per 740 ml bag. That did not include shipping, packing, and fees. They were cagey about sharing any pricing information but happily took my money all along the way. They charged me $600 for an ingredient that one of their other clients was already sourcing. Never work with this company. There is so much more. Read the BBB reviews. I am not exaggerating.

I am writing this review as a food science consultant who has helped entrepreneurs work with Youbar as their nutrition bar manufacturer. Youbar is a company that helps entrepreneurs bring their energy/nutrition/protein bars to market. They have a great team of food scientists and developers on staff to help both small (and larger) start up companies to market. They are a great co packer choice for companies looking to produce smaller volumes and are not quite ready for 50-100,000 bar minimums that other larger manufacturers may require. Their costs are reasonable but it is important to make sure you (the entrepreneur) are clear on the various fees that they will charge. Youbar has documents and spreadsheets that offer up that information as well as great sales team that can answer all your questions. I know that some entrepreneurs have complained here on google about fees - but those entrepreneurs should realize that they are paying for the opportunity to produce small bar runs- which most co packers will not do. I highly recommend Youbar as a food bar producer for small start up companies.

Very unethical company. Overhead expense was not displayed upfront. They charge you 2000 to begin process and there is a charge there after for every little detail. They refused to refund money and did nothing to encourage to continue with business once they were paid. Reported them on BBB website. I will do everything in my power to let others know how fraudulent Youbar is as a company.

Not COVID 19 safe. Employees are constantly sick and lacking ppe and hyegine procedures. workers constantly take bars home so I wouldnt even hire them to do a small batch cuz they will leak it before release
