Had a problem with my computer (which I was very ignorant about) and knew, from past experience that Steve would successfully handle it. Called and was able to schedule an appointment onsite. Steve responded as arranged, he was able to diagnose what was causing my computer to act so quirky, and resolved multiple issues in a short period of time.I was very impressed with how professional he is, that Steve listened to really understand my problem, and he didnt try to add on unnecessary actions to pad his fee. I was thoroughly delighted with his reasonable rates. I would highly recommend him for his extensive computer knowledge and expertise.Thanks, Steve!

Steve did an excellent job on setting up my home computer station and transferred my data from an old computer tower into my new laptop. WHY is it such a breath of fresh air to find someone who does exactly what is promised, quickly and charges a reasonable price?Steve resolved my issues with my Mac Mini in a few hours, returned it to me at home and re-connected it to be sure it was completely healthy again. Steve is personable, has a wealth of knowledge and a great sense of humor.

We used You- First -Tech, Steve Baylie, a number of times before. He was patient and answered all our questions. This time he was here again, as promised. My wife had her problems and I did mine. Every critical life lesson I have learned has been spoon-fed to me through the wonder of the Hollywood screen. Want to win the big game? You better find yourself a ragtag bunch of underdogs. Want to get the girl? Creepy stalker moves like showing up uninvited and making huge, awkward professions of infatuation work every time. Need a good computer super genius? They better be a lone wolf that works their magic in a solitary lab you will never see. A real guru doesnt show you the goods. Sorry, but thats just science. Your digital Sherpa also better not have a corporate clock to punch. Yoda didnt have a polo shirt with a multi-national insignia on it for good reason; he wasnt The Mans lap dog.Now, initially I was dubious. From the aforementioned movietime wisdom, I know that any great computer wiz is also a hygienically-challenged, misanthropic recluse who cant get through a conversation without condescension. Steve runs wholly counter to that. He was very nice while taking the time needed to explain (and, if Im honest, re-explain) all the answers to our questions. He also gave us extremely reasonable rates despite the fact that he obviously knew we were in a serious bind.After an intense 24 hours and, I assume, an 80s style movie hero montage, we had our laptop back and good as new. He didnt treat our bank account like Sasha Grey in a locker room. He didnt talk to me like I have the IQ of a not particularly bright goat (You know the goat Im talking about. Always eating clothes or getting its head stuck in the fence. I hate that goat). He didnt even leave Cheetos crumbs in the nooks and crannies of my keyboard. He just fixed everything quickly for a good price while being a really nice guy.Forget the people on the Squad. Steve is your guy.

Steve got all the virus removed from my laptop that some fake dude representing to be from Microsoft tech had hacked into my computer. He knows his stuff highly recommended for any computer problems

Ok, this guy is just a fraud. What he literally does is software repair not hardware repair. I took my system to him and he basically did everything I knew how to do and charged me 80 dollars without finding what was wrong with my computer. He knows nothing about hardware because the next person I took it to just told me to order some part for 30 dollars and he repaired the power inlet of my system. IF YOU WANT TO ADVERTISE AS A TECHNICIAN, SPECIFY SOFTWARE NOT HARDWARE AND STOP RIPPING PEOPLE OFF.
