I ordered the combo plate via DoorDash and the meal was great. The issue I had though, is that I also ordered the new boba drink which was 5 dollars plus tax. My drink wasn’t filled up all the way. I felt like they were greedy with the drink. I have ordered boba from different places and they always fill it up to the top.

Service was super friendly. Took a little bit longer than I thought it might, but not too bad. Got a combo of beef and chickeb. Beef tasted as it should. The chicken was tough and tasted a little stale (?) if thats even an applicable adjective. Not like really bad but not like Im used to from Yoshinoya. The lychee boba was really tasty, though.

Allways disappointmenting this yoshinoya, very very poor portions and looks used chicken is only legs, is not worth pay 11.14 for a combo bowl.with soda.Portions of rice and meat have been decreasing so is not worth to eat in this Yoshinoya.I update with a chiken chiken combo in second picture from Downey and you will see the big differenceI just discovered why people still coming to eat here and is because they got cuponsParts of the chiken are raw!!!

Spent $60 bucks last weekend got 2 extra teriyaki with a smile. Only spent $30 had to pay extra for teriyaki. Also cant follow a simple request. Orderedy xl combo with brown rice. They offer it. Its on the menu. I guess its too difficult for these young retards to follow directions. So they nickel and dime you for a condiment and cant get your order right. Thats what I get for not going to my regular place which is not yoshinoya.

Really good deals with the coupons. The chicken and beef are always fresh just had a minor problem with the not so fried rice, it was over cooked and hard in some places.Update: they overcharged me for my order and I didnt realize it until after I left the drive thru. The got my order correct but charged me for somebody elses order.

I cant believe this is Yoshinoya! Portions were really bad. Good thing I asked for extra teriyaki sauce on everything. Made it look full, somewhat. Ice machine for fountain drinks was out of service. The music is blasting in the lobby, made it hard to have a conversation and enjoy my meal. Not that great, like most Yoshinoya restaurants.

Service stinks!!They have a bit of an attitude when serving people who walk into the restaurant. NOT GOOD!!The dining room was dirty, and they hadhalf of it closed down due to a leak in the ceiling.Food was so so. Was not happy about it at all.That should have been a free meal and not pay over $20.00 For that service we received.

1 star Cause i cant give 0 stars Went thru drive thru placed my order paid and then was told to park until my order was ready (a chicken veggie bowl and spring rolls) thwn didnt wanna mess up there drive thru timer i guess so i waited parked for about 15 mins and no one came out so I went in to see what was up and to get a refund if my food wasnt ready which it wasnt 4 people working no one in charge 2 people just kept wiping tables that no one used I person in drive thru window taking orders and 1 person making the food no one had a reason for the delay and all seemed lost when asked about my order no one could give me an 800 number since there was no manager to speak to and it took another 10 mins to just get a refund at that point my order was ready but I didnt want it. once the drive thru cashier stopped taking orders and finally helped me giving me my money back never have a been to a place so crazy and unprofessional and so I went and spent less at the Chinese takeout next door instead

Came to this location not that long ago, was missing an item, thought about coming on here and expressing my frustration but chose not to. Today is different, just went through drive through and asked for no Skin and no sauce, what did my Chicken bowl contain? Chicken with skin and teriyaki sauce. Done with this place, actually done with Yoshinoya all together.. almost $10 for mediocre chicken bowl. Not anymore.

It is a cold night 10:51 p.m. it was a Cold Food. Noodless were sticky and raw. Little and small cold bowl for almost $10. Yeah cause I got 9 cents back. Never come back here. If you get noodles instead rice you will be charged $1 xtra. No warning.

Food GoodService FriendlyNormally what you would expect from yoshinoya. I arrived Friday night at 10:00 and the naughty night crew gave me some really hard disgusting salmon. On top of that theyre supposed to close at 11:00 p.m. and they coned off the drive-thru at 10:30.Spoke to the manager Iris who said she would look into the night crew closing early and no excuse for food not being fresh especially salmon.

By far the cleanest Yoshinoya I’ve ever been to and for that matter most fast food places. I always dine in, get something different and use their apps whenever possible. Staff is very good and I made sure the manager knew what a great job they were all doing. 👏🏽👍🏼

Check your items before you leave. When they hand you items they don’t communicate with a “thank you for coming”, or “I’m still waiting on one more item”. The last time I went all they said was “here” and that was it. I’m sure like anything, it’s the one bad apple that messes it up for entire business.

By far the worst food I have had in a long time! Told the lady it was our first time trying this place you would think she’d have good food but nope!!! It was horrible the shrimp wasn’t shrimp at all! My husbands chicken and steak bowl was horrible. I had a steak bowl but mine was a different color than my husbands. I will never go back and will get my teriyaki from the place I get my Pho!!! A one star is too much!!!

The assistant manager was super super rude. Yeah I get that there’s only one person working but what? Make us wait while you take only the drive thru orders. This Yoshinoya is the closest to our home. We went by tonight and in our order we got BBQ Ribs instead of Asian BBQ Wings which sound very similar! This was about 15 minutes before closing time and we went back to try and see if we could get the wings and Josh was more than happy to fix our order no questions asked. A super friendly employee who was more than willing to correct our order with a super positive attitude despite it being near closing! Thank you Josh!

The food was good, however my cashier didnt ring up a coupon correctly for my order. Not a big deal, I asked if she can take a look at it again for me. She took it back, and corrected the transaction which is all well in good. But when she gave me back my card with the refund, there was no further explanation or apology for the misshap. Just a, here you go kind of response. No asking if I needed anything else, condiments ECT... Just weird customer service. Then she just leaves the window without indicating we were done with the transaction. Like I said... Just weird.

Randomy decides to close today at 625. Claiming to only have the drive thru open as people are clearly gathered inside. Some at the resgister barely ordering. Usually i let their mistakes slide but this one was a waste of time. Maybe update your hours on here and plan ahead instead of just randomly locking up at 6. So people can know in advance.

Stopped for lunch at yoshinoya on telegraph Rd. Tried the combo bowl which is Ina foam takeout tray. Original beef,sweet chili shrimp and not so fried rice (.50 extra). Rice is good,original beef is good also. I think the shrimp would taste better if they werent deep fried. Added chili fake to meal for a little kick. Out of 10 Id give it an 8.5Good eats stay healthy!

I used to love Yoshinoya when they first opened. Since changing and revamping their menu, it hasnt been the same. Now its a decent place for a quick bite to eat, but has lost any of the original feel and flavor since American-izing the menu thats now offered. Bring back the Japanese Pickles and Miso Soup!!

The person who was at kitchen today as March 3, 2021 at 2:56pm was very rude and bad actitud with customer, I order LG Beef and vegetables and 6 pieces of boneless wings, on the menu doesnt said those wings comes with spice sauce, when they gave me the order I told them that I didnt know they put spice sauce, and that my kid cant eat hot sauce, she got upset and came to the front and pointed to the menu and said its said right there, I said, no it doesnt, it says boneless wings it doesnt specify and replay to me you should know, I said I order what it said on the menu and you saw it doesnt said come with hot sauce, then after she noticed she grabbed the food and said to me now I have to dump it, I said is not my fault you have a bad advertising menu, then she was saying something that I couldnt heard because she went to the back but I dont think it was a good thing because she was very upset, I told her thats not a good customer service and that she needs to change her actitud and the way she speaks with the customers, I had record everything on my phone and if management wants to hear everything I can provide the audio to them, this lady needs be retaining in order to work at this faciliti.The lady at the register name was Juana and she witnessed everything.

I love yoshinoya. Nice staff, pretty easy parking, has a drive through, recently remodeled. Drive through seems to be busier than walk-in. Typically a lunch time rush, dinner not so much. Other than that, its your typical yoshinoya.

On 10/13/2023 at 4:37 pm. I am a frequent customer who likes Yoshinoyas food, I go in normally to buy my food as always and I find the manager named Sara yelling at the cooks who dont speak Spanish that this was America, the problem there were customers, she had a terrible attitude, I know most of the employees and they are all very friendly, unfortunately difficult times are coming and with these types of people where are we going to go, if we want to have a strong country and continue being #1, we have to change Attitude will be better every day, I am trying to speak to the corporation with no response, I will continue trying.

I work nearby and I go out to eat at 9 at night they say they close at 11 but when I arrive the staff is inside and they dont serve someone, one is waiting in the car to see if they will serve you and they dont say anything I get out to see and ask why They see that one is there and pretend they dont see you. The person in charge of the place should see what time they are closing and set the time. I wasted my time to be able to go somewhere else. If they close at 9, then set it and that way I dont waste my time. Now I went and other times I also had the same turn as this one. closed at 9 at night

Before, they didnt put chopped onion on top of the chicken. After several years, I returned to order chicken teriyaki and when I saw the onion on the chicken, that was disgusting.
