Lovely library! The employees are all so helpful and nice. Just don’t forget to wear earplugs because the little ones who cry downstairs and the older ones who chit chat and giggle are heard loud and clearly throughout the entire building. Thank goodness do the study rooms!

This is literally the best place in the whole world. The staff is so helpful and kind. The place is very clean and beautifully organized. If you haven’t been here (I’m sure everyone has) you gotta come check it out. I can tell you now that when I enter the ylpl I feel an instant calmness. I could sit there for hours and hours and never leave. The library constantly has new book orders and has practically every book. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Coolest library I’ve been in. There are video games, a seed library, and a passport office. Staff were very helpful and they helped me get a library card in around 20 minutes! Had I known you could rent video games here, I would’ve come a lot sooner! Definitely a cool library - and clean too of course. The place you’d come to study if you had the opportunity.

Really spacious library. Their childrens area is huge with plenty of books and places to sit while still socially distanced. I like that many books are on display throughout the library to be taken and read. I found myself taking one of them rather than searching for one in the many aisles and reading with my child. The abundance of natural lighting adds to an uplifting mood. There is great area to learn more about the history of Yorba Linda complete with artifacts and images. Aside from the multitude of books and DVDs you can also borrow board games, vinyl records and even ready to go book club in a bag. These book club in a bag includes a set of books complete with a printed summary and several discussion questions. Searching for resources is easy and accessible using the many available digital search stations. Even neater, you can also take away various vegetable and fruit seeds from their catalogue. The library also has a small store that sells various used books and DVDs. There are plenty of study rooms tucked away and scattered throughout the library. Self checkout stands are available.

Like walking I to a spacious Barnes and Novle with friendly staff and a true campus feel! Easily one of the best libraries I have ever visited. We visited because during our stay in Yorba Linda we became enamored with the town and wanted to know more about its history.The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, in a long lost friends kind of way, and soon we were seated with a number of local history books and a gracious offer to help further if we wanted more.

Love this library ❤️ Its usually pretty busy, its big so its seems not so crowded. They have nice outside sitting area, and fun fountain by the front. The bathroom are clean 👌 its well organized and has helpful ipad throughout to help look up a book.

It’s been awhile since I’ve been in the library. I love this place! It’s organized, roomy, easy to check out books on the kiosk! The people who work there are friendly! With so many negative and sad things going on in the last 2 years, I need the inspiration to read and get my mind off of things. This place is huge and I will go back to explore with my kids too! Besides the beautiful structure, it’s a calm and wonderful place to just hang out and read!

Very nice, there is a lot of parking for the cars, and they hate have a quiet study area that is really good, free WiFi for sure, kids area is good for families, and the front disc are so nice and helpful, the only bad thing there is the restrooms, they are not clean.. but the place is great, they have a lot of variety of activities and library books for rent too. They also have a seed library for donations and use if someone needs to.

We love the Yorba Linda library! The staff are always so kind and helpful and there is a huge selection of books available. The kids section is our favorite and we spend lots of time there :) !Today we had the BEST experience with 3 librarians from the childrens section Lucy, Kelsey and Alison. My oldest son had a a favorite books series that he loved but I couldnt remember the author or even the title. I only had very few details and a very vague outline of the plot. I asked the librarians if they could help me and they got to work trying to find what my son was looking for. They searched all over the Internet and the library bookshelves to find the series I was talking about and they found it! My son was elated and was so happy to finally find his favorite books again :)

I have lived in this area for over 20 years, and I have always loved this library until this week. My youngest daughter and I visited the library last Tuesday because we need it to renew our passports.The Asian “lady” named Joy or Joyce that was at the front desk was supper rude all the time during the process. She treated us like we were delinquents. Acting like she was suspicious of us because we are Hispanic. I decide to take my business someplace else because I did not want to give my business to a place where there is not respect for the citizens.Today, I went to a nearby post office and applied for the renewal without any fuss or rudeness from the great employees from the post office in Atwood. If anyone needs any service related to passports, I recommend this Post office, no one there will treat you like garbage and service is fast.
