I’ve been to a few yoga studios and this location in particular is among the best. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The studio and equipment were very clean. I took the Y6 Restore class with Niki and she was amazing!! Her flow is very easy to follow and if you are a beginner or have any injuries, she will help you modify the poses. I highly recommend!!

Out of all the yoga studios my girlfriend brings me to, this was the best experience. The studio is clean and cozy and their equipments are hygienic, including towels, yoga mats, blocks and bolster covers. The instructor, Niki, was skilled and attentive, providing clear guidance for a fulfilling experience even for beginners. The staff was also friendly and personable. Will be back!!

This was genuinely one of the best hot yoga classes Ive done! The studio is family-owned and they treat everyone with such kindness. Im so appreciative of this studio, and the class was just what I needed after a long day! Definitely worth it.

Wonderful studio! Great instructors who offer tips and assistance. Recurring classes are still unique each week. Lots of room for development and growth! The best part and most productive hour of my week! So glad I found this studio with kind staff and encouraging words. Everyone, from the instructors to the participants are friendly and engaging. I’m a yoga teacher in denver and i absolutely LOVED this studio. from the movement you walk in, you feel welcomed with love and joy. they are a great studio for all levels and the class with Nikki “power” offered poses for advanced students with modifications for those beginning their yoga journey. the kind and empowering community makes this studio stand out!

Love this studio!! Everyone is very nice and cheerful here. They provide refillable water, towels, pillow covers, cold towels, blocks, bands and much more in the little details. I love the adjustments from teachers and they are always willing to talk after class. The owner is super nice and encouraging. They do lots of fun events you can attend. The studio is cute, well lit, and full of cute clothes. Parking lot is busy but easy to find parking. Overall great studio!

This studio is the coolest place in town. After hopping from studio to studio with class pass I landed here and am in love. The vibe is cozy and personable. Everyone there is like family. Youre greeted by Georgia, the owner and immediately feel welcomed. All the instructors are very professional and at the same time they dont make you feel like you cant mess up. Their gentle way of leading you throw the sequence makes it relaxing and feel safe. I cant say enough about this studio. With a variety of classes available, there is definitely something for everyone.

Just tried yoga for the first time. I work out 4-5 times per week with weights and cardio, and let me tell you - the sculpt and flow class is no joke. Highly recommend this place, and the owner/staff are very friendly!

Absolutely love this studio!!! I keep coming back for the hot yoga classes. The room is well kept and has great ambiance. Instructors and owners are always so kind and welcoming.Started my first classes off with Maddy and she was such a delight. As a beginner, her instructions were clear and easy to follow. She offered guidance and hands on adjustments. Her energy and passion for yoga has inspired the yogi in me.I also really enjoy having Emily as an instructor as well! She’s funny, and plays great music. I always come out feeling more energized and more free after her classes.I’ve recommended this studio to my friends and they became instant regulars. Need I say more?

I love this yoga studio!! The owners are such lovely ladies and make such a nice effort to know everyone’s names and greet them, same as the instructors! It’s such a nice change from any other studio where you just don’t feel welcomed or supported. Maddy and Stephen are fantastic instructors and really kick your butt in a fun way! I used to go to a different studio and this one is hands down a million times better. I’ve even brought my mom, husband, and two sisters to some classes with me and they loved it too. Highly recommend giving them a try!

Fabulous hot yoga studio in Eastbluff shopping center! The instructors and variety of classes are top-notch. I especially love the hot yoga flow, sculpt and restore classes. The room is maintained at a perfect 105 degrees for hot flow, and a nice warm temp for sculpt and restore. It’s never crowded and always clean. Only downside is no shower, and shopping center parking lot is crowded during prime time. Otherwise, it’s a wonderful studi with very friendly staff and amenities.

My favorite yoga place!! I love coming here for hot yoga; the staff are friendly, the studio and yoga room feels nice and fun, and the instructors are wonderful. their directions are clear and easy to understand while going through poses. been going here since December ‘22. I’ve tried many yoga studios but always come back here. i only wish it was closer to me but the drive is worth it :’)

I love YogaSix. I almost dont want to tell you how much I love it because I like how small and intimate the classes are. I hate hot yoga classes where you smell the feet of the girl in front of you... Not here! Definitely take a yoga class with Maddy; shes my favorite.

After years of hopping around yoga studios in the Newport Beach/Costa Mesa area, I finally found the best fit with Y6 and couldn’t be happier! The staff is always very welcoming and all of the instructors are very knowledgeable and consistent. The studio does a great job of making you feel like you are part of a community and I always look forward to booking my classes!

I love taking classes at this studio! Maddy is an amazing instructor-- she gives really good cues to help us improve our form, and teaches us multiple levels of difficulty so the whole class can participate. You can tell she really cares about her students: she provides alternative poses for those with injuries, asks for consent for hands-on adjustments, and its one of the few yoga classes Ive been to where everyone feels comfortable to take a break or ask for help. Maddy also has the best playlist and comes up with really creative (yet still intuitive) flows! Stephen at the front desk always has a smile and is so helpful and friendly-- I plan to sign up for one of his classes soon!

Customer service here is top notch.. the team works hard to maintain a welcoming and understanding environment. I came in very stressed and rushed and they met me with patience and kindness. The class was challenging yet gentle as described and the instructor helpful and approachable. I highly recommend this studio. Its the whole package!

YogaSix Newport Beach is my absolute favorite yoga studio I have been to. They have a variety of classes, with something for everyone, my favorites are Slow Flow and Restore. Their instructors are amazing and the way they teach is better than most in the area, its gets you into an almost meditative state and they are so descriptive in getting you into the correct posture and correct form even if you dont know all of the pose names. Such a welcoming studio and the classes are not over crowded, even if its a busy class theres still enough room that you arent bumping into your neighbor. They also have cooling eucalyptus towels to wipe down after class since all of their classes are warmed which I love and helps warm up your muscles, they also offer a HOT class, but most classes are in the 80s-low 90s.

Being a member at Yoga Six Newport is such a joy in my life! The wellness advisors, teachers and owners have created such a wonderful community. I also took part in their 200 hour teacher training with Maddy, and it was one of the best things I’ve ever done for myself. Such an amazing experience and Maddy is the best teacher!

I started taking yoga classes through ClassPass and YogaSix is definitely a favorite of mine. Their Hot Yoga6 class is a weekly routine for me and my friends! We enjoy the sweat/heat and pacing of the class. The instructors are also super friendly and offer adjustments if you want! Highly recommend this place :)

This place wow, the owner is incredibly entitled and rude. I would never recommend this place, especially for a yoga shop. They should be spiritual and very nice to people, and it was the exact opposite such a disgrace. Im not even going to explain what she did. She knows . And karmas got her ‍& quite honestly from a woman who comes from a family who created/ owns four businesses. And is extremely wealthy and successful. Take notes. Be nice to people you never know what they are going thru you know I actually just got back from the hospital visiting a family member in the icu and I was at the ups store faxing papers to insurance and about to have dinner at Mutts next door bc I live here ON BACKBAY AND I walked in to use the restroom, real quick and I felt the evil eye/ negative energy, from the owner so I was going to purchase something but before I could even look around she interrogated me like I was a homeless person was extremely rude. I was actually looking to buy one of her hats. She goes Excuse me, what are you doing in here? And then proceeded to ask me how old I was. Why I was there basically to get tf out.. Number one its none of your business number two Im not gonna buy anything from you and Ill never be back with my money honey. And asking me why are you in there. It was a joke And was extremely rude and dismisses... gross. Next time Ill go to a friendly place were they dont treat people with such disgust. And I will spend a ton of money there :) . The BEST place EVER… and we are professionals in the Cirque industry.This place works because they operate more on compassion, empathy, kindness and classes are offered at various different levels. The “restore” class is extremely relaxing and healing. Then you move up to “slow and Flow”,, which is a little hotter in the room, but not too much, and you really stretch.Put it this way, my six pack came back after just four classes ..They even utilize aromatherapy as wonderful smells of lavender fill the room at the end of your practice, and when you exit, they give you a eucalyptus towel.I mean .. 👌🏽⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The best yoga studio I have ever joined!!! I have been going to yoga for 20 years snd never found such an amazing and friendly environment for my practice. The instructors are the best:) With my busy schedule I need to maximize the little time I have. Caroleena’s Yoga sculpt is incredible. I get traditional yoga, cardio snd sculpting all in one class. I love her upbeat personality. Motivates me every time! Alysha’s restore class is the best when I need to unwind snd really meditate and give my body the care and stretch it needs after many hours as a graphic designer sitting at a desk all week long. Before I started, yoga, six I had hip pain that would interfere with my running. After 50 classes, but hip pain is gone and my body feels the best it has for the past decade. I strongly recommend this gym. The instructors and the classes they deliver are the best.
