Yoga Bear has been a fantastic local resource to help deal with our computer issues. Weve used them at least 3 times in the last few years for problems with both our mac laptops as well as a PC gaming computer/tower. Their response time is wonderful and I generally get a callback from one of the owners minutes after leaving a message. They have responded after hours and on weekends equally fast. They have always fixed our issues at minimal expense. I never got the feel that they were overcharging and they were knowledgeable and forthcoming about what would be covered under warranties if I were to go directly to Apple, etc. These guys are experts and I highly recommend!

I first hired these guys when they first opened years ago and their service was amazing and now after all these years I needed their help again and their services is once again amazing! Theo did an amazing job, thank you Yoga Bear Computer Repair!

My laptop got fixed and looks almost brand new. Ken did an amazing job, was very communicative, and fun to talk to. He’s the type of guy you’d meet at the dog park and stand there for an hour chatting. He also didn’t fake his death so that earns him a few points in my book. I’d go back and I’d recommend him to any friend having trouble.

Kind and professional. No fluff just facts. No ups selling or misleading information. These people know what they’re doing and don’t take it vantage of their customers. I was really impressed with the turnaround time. They came in the evening and came back in the afternoon with a fixed computer. I would suggest using them for any computer related issues.

The team at Yoga Bear Computer Repair is awesome. Michael is a super communicator, corresponding with me via text and email to order parts and schedule the pickup time. My MacBook Pro was in need of a new battery and it also had some fan noise that didnt sound so good. The technician who picked up my laptop was Tim, and he took it, fixed it and brought it back. Turns out I didnt need a new fan! Tim found a piece of a cheerio in there, cleaned the whole thing out and didnt charge any extra. So my bill was actually LESS than the estimate. I really appreciate it! Something else to point out is Yoga Bears rate to replace the battery beat the Apple Genius Bar rate. Michael also gave me a choice of two different batteries, one economy choice and an upgraded choice. I will definitely use them again if I ever need to. Thanks Yoga Bear for the excellent quality and prompt service.

I moved across country and my desktop computer did not like the trip. Connections came loose in the computer rendering my monitor useless. BestBuy said the did not do hardware but one person there gave me the name of Yogi Bear Computer. I called then and Ken came over the next day and picked up my compute to troubleshoot it and give me estimate on repair. He communicated clearly about what the problem was and what it would cost to repair. For minimal additional cost I had my hard drive upgraded. Within week I had computer back and it has run flawlessly since. I would recommend them to anyone since their pick-up and delivery service as well as good value for their work was a very satisfying experience. Ken was very professional and easy to get along with. Definitely five stars.

Yoga Bear was extremely easy to work with. They were quick to reply to all my inquiries, and everyone I worked with was very friendly.I had cracked my computer screen on my laptop and going through my credit card insurance to get it fixed. Everyone else I called wanted to take my laptop before they would give me an estimate were as Yoga Bear was able to put one together over the phone.The work was completely timely and the screen looks great. They picked up and dropped off my laptop and were there when they said they would be.No complaints.

I have been doing virtual training during the pandemic and had experienced slow start-up with my laptop. My go-to computer support is Yoga Bear and my usual tech is Tim. I always get a prompt response and my computer needs are always addressed. Tim was able to download software and provide other hardware to make my computer run fast. I thought I would have to purchase a new laptop but now my laptop will last another 3 years at least. In addition, Tim synced all of the devices I use with google calendar in coordination with my business phone system and showed me some tips to using my gmail more effectively. Wow! What a bonus. Great expertise and always worth the service fee.

My experience with Yoga Bear Computer Repair was absolutely great. I spoke with Matthew the day I called, his tech Theo pick up within the week and I had my laptop back, fixed up in a couple days. Their prices are very reasonable and he doesnt up charge for parts! You have to love any repair shop that more than lives up to their reputation! Thank you Yoga Bear!

Working with Yoga Bear was a fantastic experience. They were communicative, friendly, and incredibly professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone having any computer related issues. I had the pleasure of working with Ken for my particular issue, and I was blown-away by his knowledge of computers and professionalism. A 20/10 experience, for sure. If you are in the Sacramento area, these should be your go-to guys.
