Jon and Shannon sold my home and vineyard recently and found a home in Serrano for me to purchase. The help and work they did for me was remarkable. Im more than satisfied with everything they did to make the selling of my home and the buying of my home go very smooth. The presentation and marketing of my home and property was outstanding. So much so, it sold in a very short time. They worked tirelessly finding the home I wanted with all my boxes checked for the amenities I was looking for, and did it with patience and professionalism. Their knowledge of the area and the Real Estate business was a wonderful experience. I benefited from their expertise and I trusted them completely. They did their due diligence above and beyond. Even after the close of escrow they continued to help me. We were empty nesters wanting to downsize our home but wanting to stay in El Dorado Hills/Folsom. Shannon showed aa number of homes, felt she understood our needs. Through a connection with another agent she was able to find us the exact home we needed at a great price during a time when multiple offers for the type of home we wanted was the norm. She also made the closing process a low stress process.Finding the home we acquired was a life changer for us. We will forever be grateful for the hard work she put in to find us a home. When we signed up with the Yoffie Real Estate Group to sell our Home in El Dorado Hills, we had high expectations. Jon and Shannon had sold our parents’ home in EDH in one day for full price and basically handled the transaction turnkey.They did not disappoint. Within two days, we had multiple offers including an offer that was higher and better than we had asked. Again, the Yoffies handled everything from assisting and advising us with pre-listing activities, staging and then the actual move-out. When I was planning a move to Sacramento, my sister put me in touch with Shannon and Jon Yoffie of the Yoffie Real Estate Group. She had called them when she was looking for a house, and was pleased with their intelligence, hard work and diligence, and their ability to negiotiate. I was too. I was out of town, and I think I must have had Shannon traipse around to 30 houses before she found the right one for me.
