Had an issue with my gaming PC where I was getting constant blue screen of death seemingly out of nowhere. Took it to Tony at Y Y Computer and he was able to fix it completely. He was very patient, helpful and explained what he did and why he did very clearly. He fixed it fast and with a decent price too. Highly recommend

Saved my PC! Tony is a genius problem solver. I did a custom PC build in April and was experiencing crashes whenever I ran a specific 3D software. I had taken my computer to 3 other repair people who all told me I needed to replace parts and when I did that and it still was crashing, I was frustrated and stumped. Thankfully my girlfriend, (feeling sorry for my months of crashes) looked online and found YY Computers.Tony treated the computer as if it were his own and was able to create the right circumstances to identify the mysterious crash. He swapped out parts and confirmed what I needed. I ordered a new motherboard and he installed it and setup Windows for me. Im so grateful. My PC has been working smooth since. I highly recommend this shop .Communication is great and turnaround was quick once the problem was found.So grateful!

Long overdue review but this is THE place if youre looking for trustworthy, capable and honest service.My MacBook Pro 2016 was having issues where the screen wouldnt turn on anymore (seemed positional and so disappointing considering how much $$ I had dropped on it when it first came out) I came in expecting to have to shell hundreds of dollars to get it fixed.The owner took a look and printed me out info about the unit having a known issue with the backlight. He told me to go to the Apple Store and show them that and they will fix it. He couldve charged me to do it.I was skeptical since the Apple care has lapsed but anyways off I went to an Apple store in 2022. And they were able to fix my baby back up! For free!Im still happily using my laptop to this day. 5 stars. Thank you so much for your honesty and expertise.

Absolutely the best computer shop I have ever been in. I was looking for thermal paste (unfortunately they dont sell it) to see if I could fix an issue I was having with thermal control on my self built computer. After a short chatting with one of the staff, they helped me think of a few things I had overlooked. To give prospective, I have been building computers for myself for a long time (+15 years) but we all forget a thing or two as time goes on. I tested out the few solutions we had come up with, and it fixed my problem. Absolutely the best.

Tony wasnt able to help me w/ my issue but I dont hold that against him. Id reached out to more than a dozen repair shops in my area &, of the couple that were willing to help, YY Computer had the fastest turnaround & best pricing. It turns out using an SD card for internal storage w/ Android encrypts it so only your device can access it. The person @ the MetroPCS store thought pulling the card prior to factory reset would be no problem. It was a problem. My phone was unable to recognize the data Id backed up & now I have no choice but to format the card & lose my backup. Tony billed me $25 for the initial diagnostic but simply returned the SD card to me a couple of days later, free of charge, because no data was able to be recovered after multiple scans.

Expertise and honest. Tony fixed a problem with my older MacBook Pro motherboard and replaced the battery. He was even nice enough to drop the computer charger off at my house that he forgot to give me when I picked up my computer.
