I had never been to an urgent care facility before, and I was pleasantly surprised. Seamless appointment, I was in and out of there in less than 30 minutes. I registered and loaded all of my information online and was able to walk up and be seen promptly. They treated my extremely sore throat with antibiotics and the next day.m, I was feeling 100% better. They also sent all of my prescriptions to my pharmacy which was also a seamless pick up. I highly recommend Express urgent care and I have already told my friends and family.

I needed a sports clearance done for my daughter and panicked because the CVS Minute Clinic was all booked up. A friend told me about this urgent clinic and I was able to book an appointment for the next day. They had plenty of appointment times available and when I arrived staff were friendly. The facility is very clean and the doctor was great. They had the best price as well. I highly recommend this clinic.

The staff helped me fill out everything, answered all my question and guided me through the registration process. The doctor was incredible. She explained first options and most importantly other options that I was more comfortable with. All in all, I was quickly able to get the care I needed in an efficient, caring way.

This is our local urgent care, we’ve been many times, this visit was excellent. The wait was not long, the check in process was easy and the Dr. solved for the cactus needle embedded in my toe, with minimal pain. Much to my pleasure! I was pleased with the overall outcome and facility.

Arrived here before closing time. Did the registration two ways app and paper because app didnt work so then had people come in last minute get seen and gone home who came in after my daughter and I. ONLY to sit there about 30 y 40 min to head home with out being seen by doctors because they could not the system up to verify insurance. Way to go 👏 go some were else better off next time.

Xpress Urgent Care is the BEST.Typically I do not like Urgent Care. Or at least the ones Ive been in the past usually do not prescribe any meds or take any x-rays etc.Xpress doctors and nurses are usually super nice, understanding and are willing to treat you as if you are the most important person in the room. Usually within 2 to 3 days somebody is calling you and checking up on you. Typically if you are doing a walk in theres usually not too much of a wait in my past experiences, maybe 15-30min depensing on how buay they are. But I do highly suggest that you make an appointment if you can.My only criticism, if you will, would be the front desk . The girls tend to be a little on the cold side and a little too chatty between themselves to the point where sometimes they dont even acknowledge you when you walk in. In the past few years weve been to this urgent care probably six or seven times between my whole family and usually the front desk is not exactly cherry and welcoming.However I will always go to this Express Urgent Care because my experience with other urgent cares around the area have been horrible and thesw Drs and PAs ans nuraes care!

I believe I saw the PA, I forgot his name but he was absolutely great! Very attentive and listened to all of my concerns. He made sure to look at my chart thoroughly and explained everything so well! I felt very well taken care of. The onsite staff were amazing as well. Great customer service and professional! If I ever have any urgent matters I’ll definitely be returning again. I can’t stress this enough, do not go here for a cough or cold, was charged $175 for the walk in visit, insurance didn’t cover it so I had to pay that amount…I told them exactly what problem I was having and what medicine worked for me last time…the medicine they gave me wasn’t the same…and was not working at all, so instead of giving me an alternative medicine they tried to charge me for another visit! $115!!! Thanks a lot for nothing! My birthday is tomorrow so looks like I’m going to continue to be sick on my birthday. My sister is still recovering from cancer and chemotherapy so she’ll have to stay away for my birthday! What an understanding office 🤦🏻‍♂️

Came here for a scheduled pre employment drug screen. They had appointments available for the next day which was very convenient due to a short window for the test.Online form allowed for a fast and easy appointment. Ive done 1 other test, and this place was faster and easier.

First timer.They dont have a ultrasound.Card only.$150 visot only + any else you might need.The front desk customer service was great shout to Juan friendliest guy.I went there on a Saturday the wait wasnt bad very reasonable for the amount of people.I was helped by a woman physician she was friendly told her why I was there and what I didnt like was she said I dont know more times than I could count. Dont get me wrong I felt heard but she seemed like she was guessing more than sure on her diagnosis. I did like that she gave me multiple options for my treatment. Finally went for my prescription come to find out its just generic Aleve. She could have just said that in the office but w/e. Definitely wont be going back.

Everyone in there was polite and helpful, the only complaint was that when I went to get the results for my TB test I got read a wrong positive and it delayed my job start date and I almost had to pay out of pocket for an x-ray (since I had insurance they were able to cover it). I am sure the person who read it was not 100% sure they were right since I overheard them talking to others outside. Maybe they need more training in reading the results. Because I work with kids I regularly update my TB and this time around it looked the same as it always does; even the next day the redness had disappear completely. That is the only reason I am giving it 4 stars, the wrongful reading messed my paycheck for the month, it could have cost me my new job if it had taken me longer to get an x-ray, so it was an unpleasant aftermath.

I came in to the urgent care at 7:30 and they closed at eight. After a few minutes. The receptionist told me I may not be able to be seen, but I could wait if I wanted to.My daughter and I were trying to figure out what I should do, I was having a severe allergic reaction with two or more symptoms as an RN. I understand when people work all day, but the “ doctor” came out and told me she could not see me because she had worked 12 hours when I told her I understood because I am an RN and I was having a severe allergic reaction. She did not address that issue at all. She just said that she had been there working 12 hours and would not be able to see me so I would never recommend this urgent care because they are unethical.

Super easy check in process online, and was seen within 15 mins of arrival. I could hardly walk due to sciatic pain; the doctor prescribed anti-inflammatories and gave me several tips to help me while I see my primary doctor. The staff at the Tustin location was friendly, kind, and compassionate. Highly recommend them.

The check in process was painless and simple (you can save time by doing it online before arriving which I didn’t know to do), the space wasn’t at all crowded (Thursday around 5:45 pm), and I was seen quickly. I only wish I had some stronger answers to my questions and recommendations for my situation but as the PA suggested, if it happens again go to the ER. But they were kind and attended to me right away.

DOCTOR HANRY IS A DIRTY DOCTOR, DO NOT GO HERE. HE acted like everything was fine, after the procedure was done he ALL OF A sudden he said I had an infection. Which was probably done by one of the nurses putting too much pressure in the area. He tried to prescribe me unnecessary medication after just to make a quick buck.

I called prior to arriving as I was having an asthma attack and needed treatment. Despite being clearly short of breath and wheezing, I was asked to fill out paperwork. The nursing assistant also was slow to get the doctor despite me sharing that I needed a treatment. She kept doing the vitals,etc. when I had to get a steroid shot, another random guy came in the room and did not introduce himself. I had to pull my pants down for the shot and felt uncomfortable. I asked who he was and if he was staying while I dropped my pants for the shot and he said he was shadowing. I would not have minded if he had (or the assistant had) introduced himself to me. The doctor was amazing and immediately knew what I needed and did not waster time given it was a breathing issue. She said she was going to talk with the front desk and assistant as I should have gotten taken back before a baby with a spider bite. Fortunately, I had a steroid shot, 2 breathing treatments, and rx called in and left feeling much better. I almost left to go to the ER as I waited in the waiting room. I did appreciate that the gentleman at the front desk knew which retail rx were open 24/7 which enabled me to get my meds on the way home!

The online scheduling of the spot was fairly easy. I had to wait about 15 minutes past the appt to be seen, but everyone was very efficient and professional. And helpful!! I was out and on my way to the pharmacy for the prescriptions in another 10 minutes.

I wish 0 star was an option! Honestly, not sure if the good reviews of this place is even true and legit by real people but here is my horrible experience! First off, I called a head of time just to make sure they do take x-ray because my teen girl hurt her pinky at school during PE and she was not able to move it and it was bruised and in so much pain. I asked the girl who answered the phone, if I can make an appt. I was told yes we do have the x-ray service, just go online and make an appointment which I did. I got there on time, checked in and one of the staff took us in. The lady who did not introduce herself which I guess was either a medical assistant or NP came in and checked her hand and said, Well, you can go home and come back tomorrow morning since our X-ray person is not available or if you like to wait 30-40 mins until he gets here and do it for you I looked at her as if hello this is urgent and cant wait till next day and thats why I brought her into an URGET CARE! Long story short, I chose option B to wait for the Doctor to get there and she said just come back in 30 min and hell do it for you. We left, killed our time outside and came back and told the front staff which sounds like very disoriented and didnt sound like knowing what they are doing, and I was told that in Just a Minute they will take us in for x ray which was a lie. We waited for another 30 mins and I got so pissed and asked them again how long more and I was told He (my director who is a Medical doctor) is on his way and should be here by six oclock which was already 45 minutes to six! At that point, we left and would never ever going back there again...So my advise to new patients: please read all the comments and dont look at their high start reviews! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!

I was not overly impressed with this Urgent Care. The prices are more affordable than others, and I appreciated that, however, I needed labs done (urgently) hence the visit to urgent care. However, I did not receive follow up or a link, email, or other communication regarding my labs for over a week. I had to call multiple times to find out what was going on. Only after I had called two or three times did they send the correct link to my labs. Then I had to figure out my labs myself. it was not as though the doctor or nurse got on the phone with me and said everything was normal. They just give you the labs and let you figure it out. They also only allow you to go in and discuss one issue with the doctor. So if you have multiple concerns you are SOL, you will have to pay for a second visit. Additionally, I have been incessantly hounded multiple times in my email by this company to leave a review. So here it is.

I dont recommend xpress urgent care. I went in and should have been put on flu meds but instead treated my cough. I went to my personal urgent care and they went above and beyond, iv fluids, antibiotics and more. Xpress didnt seem to care about the human interaction and instead focused more on a transaction.The nurses level of detail and bedside manner was below average. Front desk was helpful though will not be coming back here and dont recommend for others if you care about the level of human health care you deserve.

This was all around great experience (except that I had an infection and my face and eye were closing up), not a long wait, maybe 10 minutes. Doctor was great, sent me on my way with antibiotics (which I had filled 20 minutes later). Back home with the medicine in under an hour!

I have been a patron at two branches of Xpress Urgent Care, two of their most busy branches, per one of the representatives. They are quite efficient. Like any human institution, some employees are friendly, and many are strictly professional, which is fine.My wife had a laceration on her finger, and the medical professional was quite skilled in stitching up the wound, while chatting to reassure my wife of the care, in about an hour.Once, during the recent Southern Californias biggest storm in 84 years, the office manager decided to shut down all branch locations early, due to a fire near one of the locations. The office manager was concerned for the employees safety on their way home and/or for other reasons.At around 5:45pm, I had made an appointment for 6:25pm. And, I even arrived 10 minutes prior to the appointment time, at 6:15pm, as is suggested. Then, I was told by the receptionist that the manager told him to only finish helping the ones who were already in the lounge, and not to accept any more patients.So, after failing to reason with the receptionist and that branch manager, who told me to wait for a call from them next day to go over the results of MRI, I was sitting in my vehicle readying to go home.Then, I realized that something was not quite right. So, I called what I would consider the senior manager, the one one would call if the patient is not received even if s/he came to the care center prior to 8:00pm (closing time), and reasoned with her.After some exchange of ideas and information of what just took place, I made sure she knows that I understood the reason for her decision to shut down all Xpress Urgent Care Centers early that day. However, I let her know that from the perspective of patients, it was not quite right. If they were to shut down early for the safety of the employees, then they are to care for the safety of patients, as well.I believe that there could have been two options.1. Contact the system administrator, and ask her/him to adjust the appointment maker, so that no appointments could be made by a patron, online.2. Call the patrons with the current appointments, and inform them of the situation, so that they would not have to drive through rain to commute to a care center.So, after reasoning with the senior manager on the phone, sitting in my vehicle, she said that she would call the branches, and ask them to call those appointees, in attempts to have them not drive to the care centers in the rain, putting themselves in danger, with no avail.At this point, I had thought that I had spent enough time and effort in this matter. So, I quickly moved our conversation to end it. And, I was carefully on my way home in the rain, trusting that the senior manager would follow through on her response to my concerns for the evening.Then, I received multiple requests to leave a review for Xpress Urgent Care Centers. I initially chose not to leave any. But, this morning, on Labor Day, I received a personal request from the senior manager, so here we are.I still recommend making an appointment prior to arriving at the care centers, for a xpress service! I was so sick recovering from Covid. Having breathing issues at night. I was treated unbelievably poorly from an angry provider. She asked me why I didn’t take over the counter meds for my issues. I have kidney and liver disease and diabetes. I just don’t “take” anything. She was incredibly rude and told me to go to the store and get some meds. She did not even examine me. I told her I could not breathe at night and have insomnia for two nights no sleep. Could not work. At that point she finally checked my heart and gave me some steroids and antibiotics. And I asked her if it would help me sleep and she just could not be bothered with me anymore. I will NEVER come here again. The worst service I have ever encountered. My provider glared at me and made me feel even worse than when I went in.

Came in and did the online appointment which was super fast and easy and I didnt have to deal with it once I got to the actual office. There wait was not long and the doctor saw me immediately once I was in the room. She was super nice and attentive and listened well. Was great experience overall. Could have given 5 stars, its because of inexperienced medical assistants who draw insufficient blood, that i had to come back and re-do and almost delayed my papers. Need to get assistants good training in drawing blood. Other than that i loved the clean facility’s tustin, newport and cypress. Keep up the good work

I’m sorry but I work in healthcare and unfortunately this is not a very appropriate place. The front desk is all over the place and so vulgar when talking about things. They have no respect for their patients/ clients. I made an appointment just to end up waiting almost an hour in the waiting room. After asking how much longer they said they would call me back soon but all the rooms were still full so it would be a while before I would actually be seen. I honestly think this is just bad time management and not the best staff members to be greeting patients.

I would recomment Xpress Urgent Care to anybody who is looking to be in and out with a positve outcome. I scheduled my appointment online and then drove to the clinic. Upon arrival, I was checked in quickly. Probably within 5 min at the most, I was in the waiting room and less than 1/2 hour I was out. I am grateful for this place as it is much closer to where I live. The staff super friendly as well. My meds were sent to the pharmacy and I was on my way to recovery. I wasn’t feeling good so I went and made an appointment to be seen the same day. The registration process online prior to the appointment it’s very easy and user friendly. When I got there they moved pretty fast to see me. So far they were great, typical urgent care procedures. What impressed me the most was that within 30 min of my chest x ray they called me and told me I have pneumonia, sent the new prescription to my pharmacy, went to explaining into detail my condition and what to expect, and they continued to call me every day to check on me to see how I was doing. I’m more than satisfied with the level of professionalism, knowledge and care expressed by the doctors and staff at these facilities. I’m so happy I now found my new place to go where I feel they really care about your well-being. Thank you very much for doing such a great job. Already told all my friends where to go in case they are ever sick

0 review wasn’t an option, so … I went there for a dog bite … waiting line was long and had to sit there for 2 hrs … July was the person saw me and when I told her what happened she just put a bandaid on my hand and sent me home. They didn’t ask or offered any vaccination for the bite. When I called to ask why they didn’t ask me about my vaccination history they said they’re gonna call me back and never did. I do not recommend them to anyone . Worse experience I had with them. So unprofessional and they don’t know anything

Took my son for a sports physical. They are walk in but advise to schedule an appointment online. The next appointment available was in 30 min. I booked it, got there, signed new patient paperwork, and waited a few min. Was taken back, the MA took vitals & weight, roomed us and we waited no more than 10 min. The visit from arrival to existing the UC was about 30 minutes, if that. Was super smooth and seamless visit. Definitely returning.

This is a follow up from my previous review… as it turns out Xpress refused to refund me. Luckily my credit card company was able to fight on my behalf and win. This company is one of the worst I’ve dealt with and that’s saying a lot because I never provide negative reviews.Had an appointment at 5:14pm (Yes… 5:14pm) and was finally seen after a half hour. Not a big deal I can understand that.What I can’t understand is paying for a 1 hour test @ $225 and never received an email, text message, or phone call of the results. I recently visited this urgent care center, and my experience with the Physician Assistant (PA) on duty was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I stepped into the facility until the time I left, I was impressed by the level of professionalism, expertise, and genuine care exhibited by the PA.Also, I was imprissed with their, user-friendly check-in experience. Waited over an hour in waiting area, with an appointment, once people who arrived after me with no appointment started going in ahead of me, I asked the receptionist. They had not processed my paperwork and left it sitting on the desk. They apologized and moved me up to the front of the line. I then made it into the doctors office and waited another 30 minutes or so for a doctor to see me and then was rushed through my diagnosis, I was told I was fine and found out from my second opinion with a different physician that was far from the truth. In my experience, the 3 words that make this companys name were not present in the service i had received. The waiting rooms and offices were very nice, clean and comfortable. The staff was mixed, with some employees who were noticeably apathetic towards patients and their duties, while there were others who were holding the entire operation together with their kind hearts and warm smiles.

I went for a rapid Covid test with the hope that it would be a quick turnaround. I found Xpress through my insurance portal so my visit was completely covered outside of my $35 copay. I scheduled the appointment at 10pm for the next morning at 9am, I was so happy to see a telehealth option that wasn’t going to be days away. The provider call wasn’t at the scheduled time, but with it being telehealth I didn’t mind since it wasn’t like I was waiting in an office. And I think it was only 30 mins later than scheduled. I talked to the doctor on the phone for a few minutes and my prescription was filled an hour later. Really pleasant experience which is not typical for US healthcare!

The day I walked into this clinic I was a wreck having gone to two places trying to get assistance. The first didn’t take my insurance and the second was—well a nightmare. I walked in and turned back around and left. Worst experience ever.I went in for a TB shot, the nurse who did it was was shaking and having trouble giving me the shot. She left and said someone will be with me shortly. After 20 minutes, I receive a call from the clinic asking where I am because I need an ear test. I told him I was still in the room. My husband went in for stomach pain 2 weeks ago. Doctors here diagnosed and treated his stomach infection but, more importantly, they did blood work and discovered his a1c level was at a dangerous level . I waited in my car for about 10 minutes before they called my phone for a quick questions and had me move my car to the testing area. The front desk was very nice but not as informed as they should be. This review is for the rapid covid test only.I made the appointment online that morning. When making the appointment, you need to give all your insurance and ID info. Igot there 10 minutes before my appointment time, checked in and waited outside for them to call me to get tested. 30 minutes later I got a call and was told to drive around to the side of the building to get tested. I walked over since I rode my motorcycle there. The online portion of the registration process was not smooth. People were complaining of appointments being cancelled and I could not get the system to work either HOWEVER the staff were lovely. The PA I saw (I believe Mr. Hall) was kind, hilarious, and had the best bedside manner. 5/5 would get sick again just to have him as a provider. Also the wait time for a walk in appointment was impressive.

I had an intestinal bug that had gone on too long. Im from out of state and chose to go to Xpress Urgent Care because it was covered by my insurance and close to where I was staying. I had a great experience. The wait was reasonable. The facility was clean and modern. The doctor was excellent. He quickly assessed my situation and provided the appropriate treatment. Beatrice was so nice. When the system glitched and one of my family members appointment got cancelled she was able to still get my son in even when he didn’t have an appointment anymore. We go here frequently to be covid tested for school, travel and business and they are always nice to us even when the place is super busy and you can see they are overworked. The testers that come to your car are all so sweet, kind and patient. I highly recommended going here.

Quick, efficient service! A friend recommended this place to me and now I’ve recommended it to others. I utilized their services for a Covid-19 rapid test. I made my appointment, uploaded my insurance and identification easily, and when I arrived for my appointment, I was seen fairly quickly. I waited in my car which was nice, all things considered. Received a rapid covid test here and it was a great experience. Check in then go wait in your car, they call you when its your turn and have you put your hazard lights on. I would have loved to give this place a 4 star, but when they wanted to charge me $200 (with insurance) to put a splinter on my kids little hand; I was convinced they were more interested in money rather than providing care. They also didn’t notice a fracture when they dismissed us so that’s two negatives. I’m thankful to have found a great specialist in Orange Ca. I had a snowboarding accident injuring my right shin. I had extreme bruising on both shins, but i had a 2 inch abrasion on my right. I came in to see if I needed x-rays and for a doctor to explain why the area was completely numb.The lobby was clean and organized. The front desk was friendly. While in the room, I met a very young male doctor and two female students studying to be nurse practitioners. They were all friendly.They examined my right leg and decided it was best to clean and dress the wound. I wasnt sure why they wanted to bandage my wound, because I remember the doctor telling me to keep it dry.The only problem was that the doctor couldnt tell me why I was numb, which was my initial concern for visiting. Its been 4 weeks since my accident and the numbness is still 100% there.

My first visit to Xpress Urgent Care went very well. They got me in and out for the 15 minute result COVID-19 test within 30 minutes. They took my insurance and everything went smoothly. However, when I tried to return 2 weeks later to take another test, as the nurse there had instructed me, they would not take my same insurance they had taken 2 weeks prior. To make matters more difficult, they did not let me know they would not accept my insurance until I got there for my appointment. I wish this miscommunication could have been avoided because my first experience was pleasant.

There needs to be a negative star option.The Tustin location needs to be looked into. I went there Thursday afternoon. The young lady that took me from the lobby to a room was the only person I spoke to. She asked me what my symptoms where ? She took my vitals and walked out. Ave came in about 10 mins later took a nose swab and handed me a follow up reminder. At the lobby they asked for my pharmacy info. They instructed me to go pick up my prescription. Prescription for Edgar the Dr. Never came in to see me. I went to my pharmacy to find out they never sent it over. When I called them from the pharmacy they told me to have the pharmacy call. When the pharmacy called they got the recording saying they were closed. The following morning I came back. They had records of me signing in that was it, no vitals no prescription no swab. I was instructed to call another location because they were extremely busy. So I called the Los Alamitos location. I spoke to the Dr. He was shocked that the Dr. at the Tustin location never came in to see me. After he asked me a few questions I was finally to get a prescription to my pharmacy within minutes.

The Xpress Urgent Care website lists Monoclonal Antibody Treatment as a service. I made an appt, showed up, and checked in on the tablet with no further instructions. I waited 15min, and asked the receptionist if I also need to check in with him even though Ive checked in on the tablet on the counter. He said please wait, were really busy. I understand youre busy, I just want to know the proper process of checking in since there are no instructions. I saw another patient ask how long the wait would be, and the receptionist didnt know. Theres not a list to go by, depending on each persons service. The phone rang & the receptionist would sigh. Finally he called my name and told me they dont offer monoclonal antibody treatment there and the FDA took it down. Well why isnt your website updated? It allowed me to make an appt, complete registration online, and check in in-person at the urgent care. He said someone should be calling me during my appt time. Well its 30min past my appt time, and I have not received a call. What a waste of time. Terrible! (UPDATE: when I completed the online registration, I got a message that showed Thank you! When you arrive at Xpress Urgent Care, please bring the following - id/insurance. they called me 5 hours later to do a telehealth consult. I did not bother continuing).

I came to this location on a Monday afternoon for my COVID-19 test. I went inside to check in, where I was greeted by a friendly woman behind the desk. She promptly checked me in, instructed me to wait in my car, and told me to expect a phone call when they were ready to approach my car for the test. I waited in my car about 20 minutes before someone came to take my test, but it was a busy afternoon so this was expected. Unnecessarily long wait. My son had a head laceration and we waited for so long before being seen by the doctor while he was bleeding from his cut on his head. My son called it the “UNxpress Urgent Care”. The check in process was arduous and the front desk person was unfriendly and unhelpful. The doctor was accommodating and answered all my questions but seemed very unsure and not at all confident. While bonding the cut on my son’s head, his hands were shaking. Would never go back.

July 6th between 11:30-12:30. I came to the office asking if they are doing a specific blood test that my doctor requested. A lady in the front asked if they can see my insurance, she was very nice and very attentive. She sat on the right corner walking into the place. Then she told me that we might not accept your insurance. I was like okay then she double check with the lady next to her. This one stood up, looked at my face, looked at the insurance and said this is HMO then rolling her eyes and then she said we don’t accept that. I was like okay can you please let’s me know how much would it cost. The nice lady said $150. I told her I will talk to my husband and come back another time then I asked them can you please name me a few of medical groups that you accepted so I know in the future to enroll to those since your place is very close to my house. The lady who rolled her eyes at me earlier said “ we can’t there are a lot of them”. I told her “ I just need to know a few common one so I know for my own future reference” and she insisted not to give it to me. I was like what is going on. I want to work with you but it seems like you don’t even want to work with us. Isn’t it because I have HMO insurance. I don’t know much about medical bill and stuff but we pay a lot for our HMO Platinum. I can’t believe they treated people like that. Very disappointed and disgrace. This specifics medical personnel shouldn’t belong to the medical field. She is mean, condescending on people. Horrible.

The online registration process was a bit daunting but I was able to get someone on the phone to walk me through it. It helps if you take photos front and back of your drivers license and medical insurance card and have them ready on your computer desktop before attempting it. Just one person was manning the Cypress office during my visit to pick up my medicine for covid so he was stretched a bit thin but he handled it well. All in all a good experience.

Easy, professional Covid testing. Three of my family members have been tested here. The office is good about only allowing one person inside at a time. They mostly schedule next-day appointments, but wait times can be up to an hour. Workers come to your car to swab for tests, and are relatively gentle and patient, even with children. When I entered the clinic the person at the front desk was not friendly at all when I explained the paper work had not been filled out. She seemed rather irritated and not helpful when I had a few questions about the paperwork. She didnt give me any information and just said go wait in my car and Ill be texted. I was able to pay out of pocket for a 36 hour COVID-19 test without having any symptoms. Really appreciated being able to do this in preparation for a family trip. Waited outside for a few minutes as only one person is allowed in the lobby at a time. The tech was polite and performed the test efficiently. I had the deep nasal swab. I needed results within 24 hours but was not guaranteed that time luckily the 2-3 day test came in 24 hours later. Still had to get a separate test . Do NOT waste your time with this place. They lie to you and do not honor appointment times. I called beforehand to make sure that they take my insurance, and was told that they do. I asked about it again when I checked in for my appointment at the front desk just to confirm. I waited 1 hour and 20 minutes before finally being called up for my copay. A woman at the front desk (the same one who told me that they take my insurance when I checked in) said it was going to be $150. I was astonished. She then explained that they dont take my insurance, despite being told by her and one of the other employees that they DO. I told them I had called in and spoke with a male and they accused me of lying saying Look around - we dont have any males that work at the front desk here. You couldn’t have called our office. I then pulled up the phone number that I called and asked them if it was their phone number, and they said it was, so clearly I called the correct place and spoke with SOMEONE (I later saw that there were multiple males working in the back answering phones) at their office! Ive never dealt with more incompetent people at a medical facility. I reluctantly paid the money since I was in agony and had already waited a VERY long time to be seen. While I was sitting there, TWO OTHER PEOPLE had the same issue with their insurance! Its extremely unprofessional and inexcusable. I believe that this place is intentionally deceptive when it comes to their communication about what insurance they take!!! STAY AWAY IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME, MONEY, AND SANITY!

3 days ago, I was miserable. I am recovering from COVID, and didnt think relief was possible from lingering and new developments. I call COVID the gift that keeps on giving. I made a telehealth appt on the advice if a friend who had used the telehealth urgent care service. So glad I did. Got appt for next morning. Had a great experience. My 13 month old was showing signs of fever and flu. We arrived around 9AM on a Saturday. Upon arriving and completing paperwork, I was in the waiting room in under 15 minutes. I am so happy I found cypress urgent care! The receptionist was so kind, caring, and friendly. She helped me with the billing to my insurance carrier so I wouldn’t need to pay out of pocket. They offer both rapid and reg covid testing. The gentlemen who helped us with the swap was so friendly and personable. He was gentle and made some conversations with my son to make him feel comfortable (he’s 3years old). This should be called a covid test site instead of Urgent Care... I went in to clean my right ear from earwax the over the counter procedure was done. I was expecting a doctor to clean my ear remove all the wax with a device but it wasnt the case. The message sent for my appointment added that i should check-in when I got there. regardless of appointment your still going to have to wait outside in a line. I do not have a primary care Dr, although I have wonderful insurance, as I am very healthy. I tested positive for covid and got very ill very fast although vaccinated and boosted.I chose this company for their advertisement of monoclonal antibody treatment and Telehealth evaluation.I made a Telehealth appointment online and received confirmation of the appointment. I followed directions to “wait for a call” which I did. After and hour of waiting for a call, I called the clinic and they were very rude stating how busy they are and I will get a call when someone was available. I received a call after 1.5 hours from a very rude, very rushed NP I assume, she never identified herself. She states they don’t administer monoclonal anymore and reluctantly prescribed Pavloxid to me but I had to drive to Cypress in person the next day to pick it up. The telehealth visit was a joke. I can barely talk and walk and was treated like cattle. I received zero instructions for covid.I gave up and made an appointment with CVS MinuteClinic. Night and day. Face to face Telehealth via webex, spent over an hour with me, received a full aftercare report in My Chart.Do yourself a favor. Skip this company at all costs. I called Xpress Urgent Care when I was first diagnosed with Covid right before Christmas. Because of my preexisting conditions I was approved for the monoclonal antibodies and within 2 days I received the treatment. Wouldnt recommend going here, go elsewhere. I went on monday 12/27/21. Had a 5:12 pm app. I got there 20 minutes early, there was a long line. You need to wait in the same line even if you have an appointment. The line took about 30 minutes therefore i did check-in on time for my appointment. They told me my insurance does not cover the rapid test. Ive been tested 6 time before with the rapid antigen test at various places. It was always covered by my insurance. Im not sure why this place is different. They said it will cost $225. Thats crazy. Or i can do the standard test which takes 2-4 days which isnt really helpful since im getting tested for work so i could be working positive for 2-4 days. I opt for the standard free test. 50 minutes later im still in my car waiting, so i call them. They inform me theres still 2 people a head of me. Thats crazy. I mention i had an appointment, its been almost an hour and i need to leave by 6:30pm for my work. So by 6:11 i receive a phone call stating they will be out shortly. By 6:15 im out. Im not embellishing, i have all emails, texts, phone records to prove it. So if you want to make an appointment, get there 30 minutes early, and then wait an hour after your appointment time, and possibly be told your insurance doest cover rapid antigen test, this place is for you. I dont blame the workers at all. Its directly the owner/managements fault for the terrible service. This facility is not worthy of their appointment system.
