I came in unannounced at 7:46 on a Saturday night (super desperate for my child with conjunctivitis to be seen). They close at 8pm. I’m so thankful the staff was up for the challenge of making things happen swiftly, as we were rapidly paperworked and processed, assessed by a wonderful NP, and they even helped me find a 24-hour pharmacy for the Rx! Super professional, and it was a great experience overall. I’ll return, and have recommended this location to many friends and colleagues since our visit.

I came to this location for a pre-employment physical, tb test, and drug screening. Nice, clean facility with friendly staff and everything was done in a timely manner. I will definitely be returning for any urgent medical services in the future.

Wasnt too busy when I went in so I was able to be seen by the NP pretty quickly. The NP was really nice and prescribed me some meds to take care of the issue. They also called a few days later to follow up. Overall a good experience.

Whoever is working at the front desk right now is completely insensitive . I was trying to tell her I had a time constraint (some people are both sick and busy… if anyone can relate) and was trying to see if they could work around my time frame or I could find out their time frame so that I could work around around them. I feel like she was negative helpful from the attitude that she gave me.

Horrific experience. The facility smelled awful when you entered. They took my insurance information and charged me the co-pay fee. After about 20 minutes of waiting - refused to treat me. I was in need of stitches immediately for a profusely bleeding cut. Terrible experience. I ended up at UCI Fountain Valley who were professional and immediately treated me.

This facility is the best I have ever been to. They are very friendly and efficient. I cut my finger so bad it wouldnt stop bleeding they saw me right away and I was out of there in about 40 minutes. I dont live around here but I will drive here again if I ever need urgent care again

Came in with what I thought was some sort of eye infection. Not pink eye. But my eye was very red and sore. The doctor was terrific and identified my eye issue as a scratched cornea. She prescribed steroids and an antibiotic just in case (eye drops). Oh and dropped a little pain reliever in before I left. She was terrific. I called ahead, there was no wait so I came right over and waited less then 1 minute to be seen, and received excellent diagnostic tests and treatment results!

Super happy with my first telemedicine appointment! It was a success. Got an upper respiratory issue and tried Xpress... Got a Zpack and cough medicine and albuterol inhaler prescriptions within minutes... Way better than trudging to the doctors office and waiting... Im a fan now 😁

I was feeling miserable from being sick, so I decided to go to my closest urgent care. Once I got there, they got me in, got checked out and picked up my medication within 2 hours. Unwilling to help…ended up going to the ER because they would not see me. Insurance was good to go but their insurance portal said otherwise. Refused to call insurance to verify what I was saying was correct and what their portal shows is incorrect and outdated. Basically they said pay us cash or leave.

I can honestly say very promp very quick and efficient to get right to the point they send your your prescriptions to the your choice you have no problem getting them Ive never had to call back and say I didnt get it if theyve always been there when I call my pharmacy and I really like the doctors theyre very nice they dont waste your time theyre quick and response for an urgent care I recommend them to anybody and I do recommend them

I recommend Express Urgent Care of Huntington Beach because I found them to be friendly, professional and they work quickly to resolve any issues that may be ailing you. My only gripe, which is not their fault, is that they do not have a licensed doctor on hand to prescribe any pain medication other than Tylenol or Motrin. Other than that, I would highly recommend them for minor medical issues that do not require hospital equipment or hospitalization.

My experience with Xpress Urgent care, and the PA who attended to and treated my grandma during a telehealth visit, was by far the best experience I’ve ever had with an urgent care visit. He was kind, professional, very thorough, understanding, and patient. The whole experience was a tremendous blessing and such a breath of fresh air, and a relief on a late evening realizing my grandma would have suffered with a UTI that was getting progressively worse by the hour. I used to go to an urgent care affiliated with one of the large hospitals in the area, but have been disappointed in the patient care lately, so I am now a new forever patient of Xpress Urgent care! Very highly recommend!!!

Everyone in the office was awful. My husband took my daughter for yet another ear infection and they were no help. +1 star for being quick. He asked them to send the prescription to CVS (maybe3 or 4 doors down) and the receptionist didnt know where CVS was located. On top of that the prescription wasnt actually sent there. They saw he had his hands full with a screaming toddler and a diaper bag and they just unlocked the door and walked away. Didnt push it open didnt offer to help nothing. Why are urgent cares the worst? Is everyone that miserable? A little kindness to my child would of been extremely appreciated since we were all up all night while she was screaming. And next time you wanna do some fancy test make sure you let the patient know you will be charging for it.

Xpress Urgent CareThe service I received at your Edinger facility in HB has been OK at best and at worst unacceptable. I’ve recently been to your facility on Edinger twice.My best experience was on Saturday March 2, 2024 I went to your Edinger facility having accidentally cut my hand. It was my first time and I noted that the waiting room was small and dirty. Thankfully I was the only person in it and took care not to touch anything. I was assigned to an RN who removed the temporary bandage/antibiotic ointment I had applied. She cleaned my hand, applied antibiotic ointment, stitched up the wound, applied a bandage and gave me a precautionary tetanus shot. She told me to comeback in two days to have the wound inspected and get new dressing. She was competent and friendly. The room in which she attended me appeared clean. So, reception room bad, but the nurse was good. Over all I’d give it a grade of OK.On Monday March 4, I returned to the Xpress Urgent Care Edinger Facility at 11:25 AM as instructed to have my wound inspected and dressing changed. A simple enough procedure which presumably any of your medical staff could do. When I arrived, I was the only person in the reception room and by definition was the “next patient” in line. In the ensuing hour, 2 prior patents left, and 4 new patients arrived (not including myself). None of the new patients had appointments, all were asked to fill out forms and none were a “medical emergency”. Two of the new patients exhibited flu like symptoms, one had a bandage on his toe and the final patient was there for a pre job medical clearance. As stated, the waiting area was confined and small, no one was wearing a mask, and frankly I felt at risk for catching some airborne disease from either of the two sneezers. Of the four “new arrivals” two were admitted in front of me (one sneezer and the guy with the bandaged toe). As it had been at that point over an hour, I went up to the receptionist to complain. She countered my complaint saying I was “next in line”. I told her that I had been “next in line” twice in the prior hour and that status had not yielded admittance to the treatment area. I also said I wasn’t happy with being stuck in a small confined area with the unmasked sneezers. I told her I was leaving, wouldn’t be back … ever, and intended to lodge my complaints with anyone who would listen. Actually, I’m lodging it, whether you listen or not.I intentionally bought the most expensive healthcare package from United Health Care as I want excellent medical care and am willing to pay for it. This ain’t it. I’m now headed over to Hoag Urgent Care and don’t ever intend to return.

Came in on Thanksgiving day with a case of food poisoning. Staff was very helpful and pleasant from my doctor, nurses, and front desk employees. It’s never fun going to urgent care but the staff was so nice and really did their best to make me feel comfortable and were so understanding. They really went above and beyond and made my visit as easy as possible. They took me in as quick as possible and even gave me pedialyte as I was waiting. Thank you so much to everyone on the staff who helped me that day.

Quick in and out. Loved being able to check-in online before heading in. The office is tiny but clean. In the peak of winter break illnesses (and covid), it was shocking to see nurses unmasked. Personal preference of course, unless youre working with other sick patients as you touch and tend to other patients. No one took my vitals except for my blood pressure; no temp check. The PA who saw me was extremely kind and took his time tending to me which is where the stars come in. I was able to get meds sent over quickly to my preferred pharmacy. I would suggest the nurses be more considerate of all the patients they cross-interact with.

I was extremely satisfied with my visit. There was no wait to see the Dr. The Dr. was so friendly and addressed my issue and prescribed medication. It was on a Saturday I was having problems with the bandages and splint on my ankle and leg 4 days after surgery. She assured me there was no infection and was healing well. The Dr rewrapped the splint back onto my leg and it felt so much better. I then saw my surgeon immediately and he assured everything was fine and the Dr at Xpress Urgent Care did a great job. So relieved I went there! I recommend. The front desk was very friendly too.

I took my daughter for a HS sports physical. It was quick & easy. I filled out an appointment request online & they got us in and out within 30 min for the whole process & itvwas just $35. The receptionist was polite and helpful, the nurse (I think he name was Melissa but cant remember for sure, sorry) was so kind & compassionate she eased my daughters fears of what the physical was going to include. It was really basic & comfortable for my 14yr old girl.I DEFINITELY recommend this place for sports physical!!!!! Beats going to the general doctors office appointments.

I went to get a COVID test as I needed a negative COVID test to go back to work. I made an appointment online and when I got there, i was the only person in the waiting room. I was surprised to see that several of the front desk staff were not wearing masks. When I got into the room, the nurse who came to take my COVID test also was not wearing a mask. You’d think medical professionals would want to protect their patients, but apparently not. I was in and out in about 10-15 minutes. They were good and quick and efficient.Once they got my results from the COVID rest back(about 4 days later) they called me and the nurse was very condescending. She asked me in a very rude tone “well why did you even need a COVID test?” And I told her I needed a negative test in order to go back to work.Definitely quick and efficient but customer care, and customer service are not priorities. Staff should protect their patients by wearing masks, and should not be rude to them.

I went to the Xpress Urgent Care for two issues. Pink eye and a respiratory infection. A prescription for eye drops was given and cleared it up quickly. I gave detailed information regarding the respiratory infection, but was told it would probably clear up on its own in a couple of days. Well, it didn’t so I visited another healthcare provider who prescribed antibiotics, which finally cleared the infection.

Just after the Christmas trip I did not feel well. I made an appointment online for 8 am next morning. I saw a great doctor at exactly 8 am that took her time to talk with me. I had all tests done on spot and the results in 15 minutes. The treatment was sent to my pharmacy immediately. Very efficient and good quality medical care!

I honestly couldn’t be more impressed and pleased with the services that Xpress urgent care provided. I happen to need care early in the week and they were speedy and efficient. They saw me earlier then my Scheduled appointment and gave me a quick diagnosis and my prescription was in my pharmacy within 20 minutes.Later that week my daughter fell ill with something completely different and once again she was seen and taken care of within an hour. The doctor even took extra measures and prescribed her plenty of medicine while making helpful suggestions of over-the-counter medicine we should used too. Between the speedy service and thorough diagnosis I recommend everyone use Xpress urgent care- by far one of the best urgent cares I’ve ever used.

The never called me with my test results. The tests they forced me to get... The PA warned me- He said, it would probably be a lot faster if you just called LabCorp yourself. To this day, I have never received a call with my results. Waiting for the bill so I can happily argue the multiple charges. DONT GO HERE! I had to take my son to another doctor and all he needed was just a simple antibiotic. Still waiting in his lab results 6 months later...

Overall, I had an excellent experience here but there is a discrepancy of info on their website which is I didn’t give it 5 stars. I had a family member who had pain after an injury but didn’t have time to drive out to their primary care doctor’s office and there were no appointments available. We decided an urgent care was the best option just to help rule out any serious concerns such as a broken bone, etc. I came across Xpress Urgent care as it stated that all their locations have X-ray onsite. I selected this location as it was nearby to us. The front desk and healthcare provider were all very considerate in checking us in and sharing information with us. However, after getting to the examination room, the provider mentioned this location actually does not have an X-ray onsite despite their website saying so. She referred us out to another location that did. We had to make a drive out to the other location. Despite this inconvenience, the provider did keep in touch with us about the results of the x-ray promptly and checking in with us a few days later.

We were visiting from out of town, and my 4 yo kid was sick (and getting sicker). Suspected a sinus infection. We got in within 10 minutes of arriving. The doctor was great, confirmed the sinus infection and checked ears to make sure they were clear. Excellent bedside manner. Got antibiotics prescription sent to the pharmacy across the lot, and 15 minutes later, we were set. By the time we flew home, she was doing way better. We paid the cash rate, as we were turned away from a different urgent care for having medicaid 🙄. Saved us from spending the day in the ER.

I liked how easy & simple the process was. I made the appointment online after filling out the necessary forms. Waited about few minutes for them to call me in to sign some additional papers. Then got swabbed. The whole process took about 7min from the time I got there til the time I walked out the door. They helped me make my appointment. They were very professional and wearing their masks. The website is easy to use on your smart phone. I got to my appointment 10 minutes early as is requested. They took me in right on time. The test I had was administered quickly and privately. My test result was sent to me within 24 hours. I was expecting 3 or more days. I was very pleased with this experience.

I recently used the Xpress Urgent Care in Huntington Beach while I had the flu. They made the process of getting an appointment online very seamless and had a lot of availability to get me in that day. I was happy with the treatment and services I received there by my assigned physician. I was extremely sick and one of the prescribed medications was not able to help so I reached out to the doctor I had seen and she put me on something else (which was extremely helpful).I appreciate them taking care of me and would use their services again in the future.

Recently moved to HB and my PCP is in SD. I had a last minute emergency and needed to see a health care professional fast. I was able to book an appointment in the same day. After easily creating my profile online I walked and was seen right at my appointment time. Everyone was friendly and extremely helpful. They were able to do blood work and prescribe me medication that day. They also followed back with results in a timely manner. Amazing experience during a time of great stress and demand due to Omnicron and the holidays. We were searching everywhere for a practice that would allow us to use our VA benefits and provide same day results prior to a flight (which required testing within the 24 hour window). Covid test visit - The staff was very clear and accommodating and there was plenty of availability for accurate rapid results tests. The test process was very quick and easy. However, I was told to wait 15 minutes in my car for the results. After 30 minutes, no one had came to my car and I went inside to see what was going on. The results were ready and they simply never came to my car 15 minutes away. Plus there was no version to have a digital version of the results. Would recommend this place but you gotta be on your toes to get your results back apparently.

I went in with a 10am appointment. Despite being COVID positive there was no waiting for a specific set-up, they took me precisely at 10, checked my Vitals, started the IV, and gave me the monoclonal antibodies in about 20 minutes. After watching me for another 20 minutes, rechecking my Vitals I was on my way home back to my own bed. I would highly recommend them. And everyone from the front desk to the NP were really sweet and caring. They didnt even realize that I was a RN that came in for treatment. So I paid attention to all the little things and they did them right 👍

Great experience with Xpress Urgent Care! I went in for a COVID-19 test (nasal swab) and was surprised with how quick my whole visit was. I made an appointment online and was able to get my test done same day. When I arrived, I checked in with the front desk and was immediately put into another room for the test. Within seconds I had the nurse in there to take the test (they swab both nostrils). And then I was done! I spent a total time of maybe 5 minutes there and I got my results within 3 days of my visit.

The staff could definitely be better at greeting people & maybe explain what to do as people walk in. Nearly every person that walked up looked confused & received no direction, unless they asked. The customer service overall definitely needs improvement. The employees were super confusing and not very friendly. We had 5 appointments spanned out over an hour of time for just our family & asked if we could all be seen at once and they told us no, because they were too busy & throughout the time we waited, got tested & then waited for our results, only one other family of 2 showed up. That part was very frustrating, so we ended up cancelling 2 of our 5 appointments since we couldnt be seen all at once. Which also means we had to go to another clinic to get the other 2 family memebers tested. The results only took 20-30 minutes at Xpress Urgent Care, which was fine but the rest of the experience at this clinic was not the best. We also had to get out of our car & go inside this clinic to check-in & again to be tested (risking further exposure). At other local clinics, you can remain in your car for the entire process, which is much safer. The rapid testing prices for people without insurance were much higher than other local clinics as well. This clinic charges $240 for a rapid test that is only $110 at another Huntington Beach clinic, for people without insurance. That is a much higher cost for lower quality service. I would not recommend this place if you have a choice. If you do not have a choice, they will get the job done but you will pay less and get better service at a different clinic.

It was honestly too good to be true. I wasn’t feeling well all week and I thought I should just get tested to make sure it wasn’t COVID before I went on a trip that weekend. I didn’t think I could find a place that did the same-day rapid tests with an appointment available within a few hours of searching for a place but I did. I certainly thought there was going to be some sort of fee for the convenience of this because even the appointment booking process on their website was seamless. I uploaded a picture of my insurance card around 10AM that morning on the booking tool on their websites and my appointment was at 2ish. I also kept pushing the time back since they send you a link through text in case you need to reschedule. I walked in for my appointment at 3:15 and I did not have to wait and I was shocked that there was NO fee whatsoever. They didn’t ask me for anything when I arrived because they already verified my insurance before I got there. On top of that it was super clean. My results were ready 20 min later and they gave me a paper to confirm. I should note that I have an Aetna PPO plan so just check your insurance before you go to make sure which tests are covered. Kudos to the CEO for over delivering on such a convenient customer experience. Also kudos to the web team for a seamless online booking tool I used on my mobile web browser. It sounds like I work for this company but I don’t. I wanted to give a thorough review since they made my life so easy that day. Also, this was the Huntington Beach location. They have a few places in OC. HIGHLY recommend.

I visited Xpress urgent care recently when my son broke his finger. They were clean, kind and courteous. I booked online and the process was easy, my only hiccup was I booked it at a location that had an X-ray machine but should’ve called ahead to verify, they did not have an xray tech at that location that day. I am only mentioning this incase someone finds themselves in a similar situation, the NP at the first location did a quick evaluation and promptly sent us to another location for the X-ray with orders in hand, we waited a total of 5 mins for the X-ray and the NP called me with preliminary results before I even left the parking lot. She followed up again with the final radiologist report a couple hours later. Going to urgent care always sucks but xpress made it quick and easy and really took care of my son. They claimed that they took my urine and cultured it and no sign of UTI. Went here only because there were no appointments available at my medical group. I arrived, completed paperwork and was shown to an exam room in a prompt amount of time. The nurse took my pulse and I think my blood pressure, but never took my temperature! Before the nurse left the room, she asked where I would like any potential prescriptions sent, I told her Walgreens Westminster on Beach Blvd. My visit was for swelling inside my right ear, along with fatigue and some sneezing. The doctor came in and sopke with me then looked inside my ear. She was nice, but I didnt feel too confident about her exam/assessment. This feeling was evidenced when I explained that I had a concert that night and asked her if I could/should still wear earplugs. She asked me why I needed earplugs for the concert. Uhm, because concerts are LOUD and people should protect their hearing. She was shocked by the mere suggestion. As I left, she asked me where I wanted my eardrops sent, I informed her that I told the nurse, but I reiterated Walgreens Westminster. She stated she would send over the RX within 10 minutes. I called my pharmacy about 20 minutes later, they hadnt received the prescription yet. Waited aabout an hour, still hadnt been received. I called Xpress Urgent Care and was told that my RX was sent to some pharmacy inside a Target store!! Not even close! So I ended up waiting another 1.5 hours for my meds to be ready!! Adding insult to I jury, the girl who answered the phone at Xpress was very curt, apologetic about the mistake but stated she just got in, so it wasnt her fault. Honestly, I didnt need the attitude. Lastly, I woke up the next day with my other ear swollen shut too! I had to call my regular doctor to get new ear drops and pain meds. I was miserable. I question these things:Didnt take my temperature to see if it I had any feverSent RX to wrong pharmacyNever checked other ear.Next time, I will go elsewhere for my urgent care needs.

Convenient testing but the check in process is one at a time and can take upwards of 20 minutes (or longer) They have a mobile check in and gives the option to add your insurance cards, information and identification and they still ask you to check in when you get there which can be an issue if someone’s check-in is taking a long time. There are two doors located at the office and they should be able to check people in if one side is vacant although they only use one side for testing. Management should resolve this as I will no longer be getting my tests done here due to this experience which was extremely inconvenient. If they need to have you sign, you should be able to do it at the testing room and not have to do another check-in (after already filling everything out online.) after speaking to a provider inside the office she replied “don’t you have to wait at your doctors office?” Not a polite response and also this isn’t a general doctors office, this is called Xpress urgent care as if to signal the speed

We have been using urgent express for Covid testing all through the pandemic. They take our insurance so we haven’t had to worry about paying for a test. It’s easy to schedule an apt on line when there isn’t a surge there is usually same day or day after Apts available. My only suggestion is for them to set up a table to swab outdoors not inside the room area and to allow to book out future Apts more than just two days. Otherwise we have been very happy with their services.

About 6 hours later I had to take myself to ER for relief. My experience alone wasn’t enough for this review but the billing practices are the straw that broke the camels back. It’s been 2 months since my visit. My health insurance has already processed the claim and issued their payment. However, I still haven’t received the refund for the amount over my $40 copay that I paid. Would not recommend.

Usually my insurance cover this type of urgent care visit, surpsiringly i paid full amount to them. And They dare to ask about my feedback. I just called them to see my result after a week later. I had to get medical exam done with a very short notice. I searched many many clinics, and Xpress Urgent Care is the only one thats available within the same week. The whole process went extremely smoothly. The staff is very organized across all locations. I had blood test done at one location, and needed to get my results at another one. They communicated with each other and allowed me in without going through the hassle to make appointments/ waiting. The front desk always picked up the phone and delivered accurate updates regarding my exam status. I appreciate all the hard work and attention to each customers need!! I visited Xpress Urgent Care NOT for a COVID19 test, and they were able to offer the service I was looking for even though they were overloaded with COVID19 tests.A HUGE thank you to front desk workers, nurses and doctors that are so committed during this challenging time. Went for a rapid Covid antigen test, scheduled appointment and pre visit paperwork on their website. Was seen within 10 minutes of arrival, had the test and results in my hands 20 minutes later! The staff made me feel very comfortable and explained everything very well. When the burst took my blood he was perfect at his craft. I didn’t feel the needle at all. The dr was thorough and she listened to what I had to say and made me feel at ease. If you are a veteran this is where you need to go. It is part of the network. My daughter came down with a cold and missed school. I thought it best if she was tested for COVID to rule that out. It was difficult to find a place with same day appointments but Xpress had them. They had us in and out in 10 minutes for the testing and 20 minutes for the results (which were negative). So now I can rest easy that it’s just a cold. Super fast and super easy.

I was amazed at how fast and efficient I got tested for COVID. I used my cell phone to make the appointment and all the necessary information gathering was done quickly right then. Came in for a laceration on shin that should have been stiched. Front staff was courteous, but could not give a real idea how much stiches would cost (just sait $250 and up). Doctor would not stich up laceration because it had stopped bleeding. So she put on 4 steri-strips and charged me $285!!...for 4 skinny bandages??? This is why people complain about the health care system! Afterwards, I saw 3 different doctors (for different reasons) who each saw my shin, asked what happened, and asked why I didnt go to urgent care and get it stiched. Will never go there again.

This place is no longer an urgent care. They have become a hands-off mill for covid nasal swabs. If you need anything beyond that, google it because thats basically what I got. I had an ears/nose/throat complaint and logically expected the doc would look at my E/N/T but she stood in the corner of the room, had me put my mask back on the then only gave me her thoughts based on my symptoms (same as google did 30 minutes earlier). When I asked if she was going to at least take a look, she made me readjust my mask and only then did she put a scope in my ears (at arms length). Nothing more and left. I wasnt infectious or contagious. I didnt have a temp and had no signs of covid. Im disappointed that this doctor is so freaked out that she cant even do a comprehensive medical exam. Shes in the wrong line of work if shes afraid of sick people. Sad.

They took me in without a problem, maybe it had something to do with me finishing all registration papers online on the day before my appointment. I just went there yesterday with my family, and the service was ok. The employees seemed overworked and rushed. The employees were not very nice. The one exception was the employee that did the swab covid test she had a great demeanor.I went back after the test to ask a question and I was kicked out because someone was in line. Instead of asking sir do you have a question, because the person had just saw me leave. I could always have gone to the other side of the clinic but that was not an option.Yes they did the testing quickly, but their customer service is horrible and they definitely need training in that category. Theres many other Urgent Cares in the area, I would say go to another one.

IF YOUR LIFE MATTERS TO YOU, DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. I went there for an important blood test. The results were promised to me within 2-4 days, but not delivered timely. When I called for the result, I was informed a result, which later turned out to be just the opposite of mine. Basically, Michelle, whom I spoke with, assured me that my result was negative. I asked her to double-check because that was alarming to me and she confirmed to me that my result was negative. Based on that information, I rushed to get treatment the same afternoon. Only after receiving treatment, did I receive a copy of my blood test result from Xpress and it was positive. If they cant pay the very basic attention, read and convey critical medical information accurately, nobody should trust them with any medical procedures. To add insult to the injury, when I called to inform them about what happened, the person on the phone was rude to me. I asked her to have the manager call me. One would think that, under the circumstances, the manager would jump on this and call me ASAP. Its been two days. Nobody has call, and I am not holding my breath. This must be business as usual at this place. It should be shut down and never be allowed to touch anything related to public health.

The web-site was confusing to get signed up for the test. There were two parts: An initial part, after which I got a confirmation e-mail (thinking I was done), then a 2nd part with five more steps, including uploading documentation of ID, etc. The trouble is, if you close your web browser after getting the initial confirmation, there is no apparent way to get back to it to continue the application process. Finally on the 3rd try I got fully signed-up.I got a text about 2 hours before my appointment, that it was getting close to closing time, and inviting me to show up 30 to 60 minutes ahead of schedule, presumably because they were running ahead of schedule so I could get my test earlier than scheduled. So I show up 35 minutes ahead of my appointment. A waste of time, because I just had to wait in my car until my scheduled time anyway. I hate being lied to, especially for the purpose of making me wait more.When I got called on my cell while in my car a couple minutes before my test, the staff seemed confused, not sure what test I had signed up for. They had the information, but it wasnt right in front of me.When I finally got called inside, I waited a few more minutes. The person taking my sample was confusing in explaining how I would be notified about test results. My wife said she had a similar experience; the staff were inexperienced and not always acted professional.The test was quick, and I got results back within two days.

Made appt for my son and he was sent two confirmation texts. When we got the facility, they refused service because they didnt see it on their side. Admitted it was an error with the registration, but they use a third party, so too bad. Despite having the proper confirmation texts and having uploaded all needed documentation, they still refused to honor it. I asked about being placed on a waiting list and was told they would not do that. Honestly, the complete lack of empathy or help from the staff was just mind blowing. Terrible experience! It started with the rude request to wait outside. I missed the sign on the window restricting the lobby to only one patient at a time.. One would not see the sign when looking at the door to enter. Next, the receptionist asked me how I would be paying for the visit. As instructed, I had previously uploaded my insurance information. “Didn’t you get my uploaded insurance information?” No, you checked self-pay. I explained that I did not and through the website, there is no way to verify what was successfully uploaded. Taking my insurance was obviously a burden to the receptionist.Next to the medical assistant who took my history. When that was done I was not given any instructions. I am standing there waiting for what is next while she has a social conversation with another staff member.Finally, the medical assistant enters the room and gives me an instruction. With my poor hearing and the assistant’s mask, I could not understand the instruction. I explained my reduced hearing and asked the assistant to repeat the instructions. He pointed at a sign rather than repeating the instructions. I explained that I did not have my reading glasses and asked for the instructions to be repeated more loudly. Worst urgent care and waste of $300 we want our money back. They said he had Achilles tear and will need an mri and surgery. My husband was freaking out. This was not even close to what it actually was when we went to emergency and the doctor almost laughed and said this is just a calf tear and will heal on its own. And there’s no need at all for an mri he could tell just by looking at it. Not sure this girl at this urgent care was even a doctor or a nurse? We would honestly like our money back.

Upon my arrival I asked if it was possible to conduct the tests together, rather than having to drive back later in the day with a 2 year-old and wait. Xpress Urgent Care accommodated me. I also ent in thinking I was going to have to pay out of pocket but the gentlemen at the front desk assisted me with submitting the request to my insurance company on the spot. The test was easy and painless for both my daughter and me which was great.
