The Manager Tony is very unprofessional and behaved like a stupid team leader. He stopped other people to help me which is mistake he did with my card to add on some one else account. On every Xfinity bill the charge two times from my account one for me one for someone else account. So go back to Xfinity office last month said Tony is off and said me to call customer service. I stopped my bank card update my new card to pay my next bill but next month same happened to my two times take payment, I go again to office talk to Tony he said he busy with other customers and he started ignoring me after one and half hours waiting send to other Guys to help us. He helped us but he said need to call billing department but Tony didn’t allow him. So overall in my ranking Tony is wasting time of customers and Xfinity

Xfinity doesnt even deserve one in the review as far as Im concerned. This is the worst service place Ive ever dealt with they talk me into taking home a box for Wi-Fi and told me all I had to do is go home and hook it up and Id have Wi-Fi that day but when I went to activate it and hook it up theres nothing to hook it up to and it wont work Ive tried tech support Ive called tried calling and talking to someone and I keep getting these bills when Ive never even activated the thing. As far as Im concerned Xfinity is a bad joke. When I try to call and discuss that I shouldnt be getting a bill for something Ive never even activated all I get is chat that doesnt understand me or phone that has no way able to speak to a person.

Been here for over 30mins just to return a cable box that froze when it was updating. If you have a lot time to waste come here then. Big mistake coming here.

Absolutely the most incompetent customer service and language skills. I must inquire: Is xfinity attempting to destroy any goodwill created over years of providing service to the public? The bigger they are, the greater the likelihood of being on the receiving end of indescribably bad service. I cannot state enough my personal disappointment in the service provided by frontline sales personnel and the unnecessarily rude folks on the phone. I remain:NEVER XFINITY!!!NEVER AGAIN!!!My new motto. Life is absolutely much too short. You may want to consider if engaging with these individuals is at all worth the frustration that they will provide. The extreme inconvenience and the issues described here are not worth the disrespect or the abusive misuse of your valuable time. THINK.

He could not fix what the xfinity operator did to my account without my written consent. The operatorChanged my account to raise my landlines phone to $30.00.He said he could not change it back. He then lowered my bill but did not show me that he deleted services like repairs and other things, He had me sign without showing me the changes. This was blatant and deliberate act. Terrible service.Now I have to go somewhere else in Fresno to get it fixed. He told me there was a Corp office on E Shaw. I will try there. He probably lied about that.Kathy Vitali

This store is the worst. I visited the store to see about getting a new phone. The sales consultant, Daniel helped me with my pursuit. They were going to get me a free phone with no strings attached. I questioned why they would just give me a phone and he said it was a promotion. I asked if it would affect my internet or my phone service and he said it would not. Knowing this to be unlikely, I told them that I would think about it and get back to them. Both Daniel and the store manager assured me that if I purchased today, that I could bring the phone back and they would give me all of my money back. I went home and researched the purchase only to find out that it tied me into a 2 year contract and if I decided not to renew my internet service that I would have to pay for the phone at full retail. I immediately went back to the store and they said I would have to wait 3 days to cancel. Turns out that was the grace period and I was out of luck. I ended up returning my phone and having to pay a restocking fee. These people are dishonest and deceiving.

Went to pick up some equipment for the internet acct I just set up. I checked in and was helped within 5 min . The customer service was great, everyone was helpful .
