Never use Xfinity mobile! Its totally nightmare to port an existing number to Xfinity mobile! It takes many times to get one number ported and one new number setup properly, and I was charged for 5 x $25 setup fees.Every time I had to chat with some agent and it usually took at least 30min and usually up to 1.5 hours. They usually dont get it right in one go. Then the next you ask to port the number or setup the line, they just said something was wrong and ask you to allow them to start over, which means that you will be charged for another $25 setup fee. I ended up getting charged for $125 setup fee for porting a single number. I chatted twice asking to waise the extra setup fees, but that never worked.

If I could rate this store as zero, I would. The store rep told me that he couldnt sell me a phone in person, but they had to ship it to me. Ridiculous, but ok. It took a week and a half, 3 hours on the phone and 2 more trips to the store to correct all the errors made by the original sales person. I asked for the store manager (Eddie Lopez)to call me, but it has been 2-1/2 weeks and he has not. (I asked 3 times). Horrible customer service.

Warning 🚨before purchasing mobile phones: No In-store returns are allowed. Return process has been horrible and I still haven’t received a return label from the company due to system error. The store Can Not help you, they can only direct you to mobile support via text or by calling customer support. I’m still having issues from Christmas. If your thinking about buying a gift or upgrading make sure you read the fine print before purchasing. The in house rep gave me their direct contact number in case of issues. I haven’t received any response since Dec.26th, guess it’s cause I’m not keeping one of the phones🤷🏻‍♀️ I still have 3 lines to upgrade, I will be taking my future business else where. Note: This location is not a Corporate Store. Limited Services Provided.

Worst customer service ive had in a while theyll throw attitude your way and just reply with i dont know youll have to call someone else to avoid doing their job. If you hate your job just quit.

Great customer serviceI bought a phone for my son and had to add a line through the store. Yusef was incredibly helpful, kind, friendly and made the experience sooo much better. I’ve been the Palo Alto and San Mateo stores, both are horrible, so I decided to drive to Mountain View and am very glad I did. Thanks again for making my experience an easy one.

We visited this Xfinity location to setup a new internet account. The staff member who helped us (Elijah) was very attentive and knowledgeable. He patiently answered all our questions and signed us up for the exact internet package we wanted. During the time we visited, the store was not busy. So we were in and out in less than 20 minutes.
