Xfinity Store by Comcast Branded Partner in Livermore

Beware - This is a partner store, and is misleading, as youre not dealing directly with Xfinity. I recently switched cell carriers from Verizon to Xfinity through this store. From lack of stock, shipping a phone to the wrong address, and lack of efficient customer service, this has been a nightmare and has not been worth my time spent in 5-6 visits trying to correct the issues. The store manager was unable and/or unwilling to provide ANY contact info for the partner company for me to speak to someone of higher authority. When it was discovered that the phone was being sent to the wrong address, this store DID NOT have the authority to re-route the phone. The manager even suggested I drive to the FedEx warehouse in Stockton to pick up the phone and return it to this Livermore store (90 mile round trip) to expedite the credit back to my account so I could get a better quality phone. The story goes much deeper, but the lack of service here by employees who have no authority to make things right has left me frustrated at best! Next time, I will drive a few extra minutes to go to an authentic Xfinity store and not be tricked to shop at the misleading, look-a-like knock off that displays an Xfinity sign on the front of the building. Formal complaint to Xfinity and my credit card to follow.....

I am so glad that this store finally open. The place is clean, the workers are very kind, they are extreme knowledgeable. I was having issues with my bill and A young man named Jesse assisted me. Jessie was extremely patient from beginning to end. I use to go to the Dublin location before but from now on will be visiting the store in Livermore!

What a great store location very convenient as well as helpful. Went in to exchange some boxes and walked out with a lower monthly for my internet and cable as well as my mobile services! Everyone in the store was super happy and helpful recommend anyone who needs help to with their xfinity to go to this location.

Good experience working w Justin at this location - much easier and faster than going to Dublin plus Justin was super helpful.
