2024-05-31 20:14:26I went to this place to drop off the Comcast flex box. I did this for my another account in Sunnyvale 3 years ago. It was simply a matter of getting receipt right after dropping off the box.But this office is different. First of all, there is no indication of how to get a person to serve you. So people just wait around the front door. Finally a male employee showed up to give each of us a appointment time.I was the second one to be served. During the time when he put my name in the reservation list, I complained that I just needed a receipt for the flex and asked if I could get it instead of a later reservation. I thought that customer can always give input to them. But I was wrong. This Xfinity employee’s face turned to blue and he immediately asked me to leave without confirming my appointment time. I pointed out that you should confirm my appointment time by a confirmation. But he totally ignored me and jumped into next person in the line. What a rude employee and bad service!

2024-04-17 01:53:40Nashae helped me navigate as soon as I walked in. Then helped me confirm an order and walked me through further discounts. Then every time I raised a question Nashae knew exactly what I was asking and things to watch out for when it came to billing. Very knowledgeable and speedy. Great experience.

Well explained about the process and she helped offed me a great deal for a Superfast internet. Overall excellent service and the staff are very nice and friendly.

2023-08-17 17:13:56Had a smooth experience at this store. We went to get our routers for xfinity and got our token numbers. We had to wait for 10 minutes or so before we got our xfinity router. The staff members are quite friendly and answered our questions patiently.The store is maintained well and would recommend this store to anyone.

2024-01-18 21:44:12Went in looking for troubleshooting help. After calling the customer service number multiple times, I waited for an hour, met with somebody, then waited for two weeks for the technician to get back to me after bugging him multiple times. Only to be finally told that I need to reset my phone.No apologies. Completely disrespectful and unhelpful staff. I lost business waiting for these people to get back to me with a solution. Please please do not waste your time like I did!!!

2023-12-14 21:24:57Horrible experience every time I need to contact them. DO NOT RECOMMEND. I spent hours of my week on calls and with the live chat to get absolutely nothing resolved and it was all due to a mistake on their end. So upsetting. And responding to your response below: no, I will not click on the link after having spent 1 hour and half in the chat with your assistants already today. I am done with waiting, I’m sorry.

2024-03-13 00:31:49Good luck dealing with this company. I can’t even tell you how many problems I had with Xfinity internet. If you can get away from it just do. You don’t need cable either; I haven’t had it in years, you can stream everything now.
