2023-07-15 21:36:05Very nice customer service although the wait time cancels it out. Cake to pick up the equipment for our switch to Xfinity and there was a lot of people waiting to also be seen. Good thing is that it is nice and cool and the tab l es have chargers while we wait.

2024-06-08 20:20:34Worst customer service. Was not told that a promotion was ending in several days. Some of my family members ordered some phones that they didnt have in stock, was told we can come back later to activate and trade in all of our phones at once. Once we returned, they said the promotion ended and would not honor the trade ins for the rest of my family’s phones. On top of that, when we decided to not move forward given that they did not communicate the promotion clearly to us and said it would be fine to return later, they still charged us a restocking fee for each phone. It isnt enough that we werent able to use the promotion for the entire family, but now we also have to pay extra just to return the phones that were ordered. This is the worst customer service, would not even provide internet credit to cover the restocking fee. I am extremely disappointed and worst manager/associate i have spoken with. Manager was not even empathetic to our situation, just saying well you can keep the phones you ordered and the rest of the family can upgrade if they want, only they have to pay more, but we wont help you.

2024-02-25 17:10:33I went to the Xfinity store to shop for a new phone. I dropped and chipped my old phone screen. The repair shops wanted 200.00 just to fix it. The sales specialist, Vanessa, was very helpful and got me the best phone for my needs the Samsung Galaxy A24 Ultra. Not only did she help me set it up she extended a discount to me that the customer service representative from the Philippines call center would not. I was very pleased.

2024-01-20 22:06:47Got here at 1030am and didn’t leave till 2pm all just for a new iPhone. Ridiculous. All Fresno locations always have problems or issues with their programs and tablets. Wait times to even be seen are ridiculous. 4 hours to get a phone. Yes I’m mad.

2023-11-18 20:39:48I had to get a new phone so went to this location and I was greeted by Carmen at the front. I won’t get into any details but she overall lacked professionalism and left a bad taste in my mouth. She’s probably not someone you would want to have at the front giving first impressions for the store. Nonetheless everyone else that I interacted with did their best to help and accommodate me.

2024-03-27 20:08:36Absolutely hands down the WORST customer service by Alex today at the Riverpark store. I wanted do go home and bring back all of the DVRs, internet etc. in a box and tell him if you dont want my business here you go.

2023-09-26 21:45:33Horrible customer service and super rude. My third time going to the store to return equipment that they keep sending me wirhout my permission and when I told the girl she said “well did I send it to you?” I said no the company does and I have to go out of my way to return it again. Keep in mind now they think I have 6 Flex boxes even though I have returned them over and over again. She said to call the manager next week and the manager was standing next to her. This location really sucks! Don’t go there for help. Called Manager Brett, and left Voicemail and never got a call
