I must say customer service there was on point as soon as I arrived and walked through the doors I was greeted and helped with quickly. Thats what kind of service that Im talking about. #You guys rock!

Love it! Get in and get out in less than 5mins. I went after work hours to drop off equipment. The customer service was A1..meet and greet. Simple and cut to the chase.

I had the best experience 2 months ago and today. Renea I hope I spell her name right. She helped me when I was so frustrated with other carriers. She put me at ease and I got first iPhone. I came by today for Apple Watch and talk about my home services. I did that and ended buy iPad too. She very knowledgeable caring and goes above and beyond. The associates here are absolutely amazing. I will be return for all my Xfinity needs. Better than calling cs for sure.

I requested Xfinity mobile to install an account for me and transfer my number from Verizon. The transfer did not go through and Xfinity is blaming me for the problem. I now have spotty cell phone service even though I requested service from at&t. AT&t is still locked in to Verizon and Xfinity. And according to all three companies its my fault.

Disgusting work of the employees. I bought a router and said that I needed all this to be connected to me. Over the course of a month, 3 different technicians came to me, no one could do it, but they sent me a TV box, which is absolutely useless. And now they are asking me to pay for the Internet, which I could not even use, since Xfinity was never able to provide me with this service.The support staff do not understand at all what is happening and how to answer my questions. They answer in a stereotyped way, without even trying to figure it out.

Came to Xfinity because I couldnt get my problems solved over the phone, was passed to the manager when she knew it would take the managers assistance to solve my problems. He listened with concerns about my problems. I can in angry and left calm with feelings that he solved my problems. I THANK him very, very much...

Upon entering, I was told that due to my being second on the list, it would be a couple of minutes. I decided to start my phone stop watch to ascertain how long it actually took. It took 25 minutes before my name was called. I also saw three employees stop working with their customers to go assist a fourth employee.I told the manager (the one who told me about a couple of minutes) about my observations. I also told him it would have been better to be honest about the waiting time and stop following a script.

Josue spent time with me today fixing multiple problems I was having with my new phone. I made an 11:30 appointment but got there early and he helped me right away. It was a very complicated issue that had to be done in person. He was friendly and nice, fixed everything and I left a very happy customer!
