KEVIN here is truly the best. When I contacted customer service online and via phone, I was getting tossed around between the mobile department and the internet department. So I was pretty upset and ended up going to the store myself. Kevin was patient and calm throughout the whole process and he was professional. I was on the verge of canceling my business with Xfinity, hadn’t I met Kevin today I really would have.

Customer Service Rep (David) at the Store location was friendly and professional. Went there to pickup my new XB8 equipment and he was super helpful with explanations. Went back again to drop off my hold equipment and David was there coincidentally to help with closing my old account. Great service no complaints.

I guess my review is more service-oriented, whereas my problem was not addressed professionally, correctly, and was put back on me like it was my fault that they charged me a late fee. How can you have a late fee when you have automatic payments set up. They said it was my bank fault, but they were the ones Xfinity that is that tried to take the money out of a closed account where they had been taking money successfully for the last 20 years. I will have to go back and try to plea my case. One more time with more facts available.

It’s zero security. Someone applied for a service under my name and I got charged for service I have never applied for. I’ve been in a hassle with customer service for several weeks and no one could help. Worst experience ever.

Returned the cable box In-store because the site kept crashing on different browsers and I still get charged a monthly fee. Its literally out of my hands. For an internet company, you should have a better website.

Visited this Xfinity store related to my Internet connection issue. They were able to resolve it quickly. The staff members were nice. The store was very nice, clean, well organized and has nice seating area for waiting. They have all the Xfinity devices for display there. Its located in a popular shopping complex with many other stores so parking gets difficult sometimes.

The customer service here has become pretty bad here. I have been a customer for many years. This day I walked in the guy at the front desk was casually chatting with a colleague as I stood waiting at the door and when I walked up to talk he started out very rude (made me think if he was racist as I am a person of color). Very disappointing for a paying customer to be treated like charity

The most pathetic customer service ever. The representative lies through his mouth that he cannot see an equipment charge on my account. Then I logged in my phone (after retrieving password) and then showed him they are charging me 4.85$ per month for the equipment and immediately he accepted it and gave me receipt for return. The worst ever!!!Rude staff. They behave as if we (the customers) are serving them. Why do they even hire such ppl? I hate customer service calls - but these guys made that look a lot better.
