Came In regarding maintenance and was greeted by Darren and Victor, they gave me immediate support, listened to what I had to say with all ears and prioritized my experience as a customer. Always a great experience when the store team cares about customer service

TECH created a mess at mother’s home. Cut wrong wires that are attached to mothers home. Also TECH cut refrigerator water line located outside home. Made numerous attempts to customer service and no luck. Been dealing with home damage proximity 4 months

This place was nice and clean, but there an employee name Carlos I think he’s was one bad employee . He did not want to help me at all ! horrible employee costumers be aware of him !I don’t know why the mangers would keep this guy around, He’s horrible!I have to ask for another employee to help me to get my services done .( which was getting a simple SIM card)

I walked in there with a couple of questions and to pick up a flex that they didn’t have the last time I was there. Carlos was RUDE, kept cutting me off and basically refused to put any effort into trying to help me. Scanned the flex and that was as far as the effort went. He shouldn’t be allowed to deal with customers.

The Manager, Darien was very professional and polite, greeting everyone that entered the lobby, making sure everyone was tended to, my Rep Victor was awesome, very patient with me and explained everything to me in detail, great interactive experience.

The assistant store manager Takashi was so helpful and knowledgeable. He helped me so much with getting my move situated. PG&E had messed with my account and messed some stuff up, but he was so welcoming and accommodating and I will be recommending XFINITY and send anyone directly to him. FYI if you already have an account through XFINITY, DO NOT LET PG&E service you with anything. They will jack your stuff up . Thank you East Shaw location!

Purchased three phones then they canceled them before we got them for not confirming and we confirmed 3 times. Then we contact customer service few times very unprofessional and we had internet set up upon purchasing they said it would work with phone jack. When we got the internet box and hooking it up called customer service for help they kept telling me the wrong way. The third time calling they finally they told me it has to hook up with koax. Them my mother goes to the office and purchases 3 phones we received them and now they want them back. What kind of joke is this who would want to do buisness with these people. How are going to send one of your employees to my mothers house to get the phones. Very unprofessional absolutely the worst I have seen ony life and Im in construction buisness and I deal with a lot of irrational people

Ive been paying my bill early for about 4 years do you know how many times you guys have given me a a special that you guys might be having that my lower my bill or help me in any way none I spoke to one of your representatives at that Xfinity store and this person lied to me about helping me with that so although I like you guys service but what you guys do what your bill is what I dont care for and how you help your customers out from time to time appreciate that theyve been with you for as long as I have thank you

CARLOS is a liability to this location and company. The kid is rude, has a horrible hair do and very unprofessional. Xfinity had sent us a compatible SIM card which was 1 week late. CARLOS did a brief keynote search and right away came up with “ not compatible you need to buy a new phone” lol WROST SELLING POINT. no wonder he was working on 4th of July trying make a sell. XFINITY clean up your swamp. Thanks.

How ever there was an associate Named Carlos that was not only Rude but treated me as if I was not A paying customer and seemed as if he did not like his job very much by his attitude 🤔 Please Someone help him with this attitude adjustment if not than maybe that isnt the job for him.

The customer service there is terrible. Ive gone with my dad there multiple times, and each time we go they tell us something different. The only person there worth talking to is Stephanie. Ask for her if you ever go, only mon-fri though. Terrible terrible customer service, they need to hire people who understands what theyre doing

The comcast store was quick and efficient. I had scheduled an appointment several days prior due to you know what and social distancing. At the store they had a setup to check people in, update accounts and check in old gear and pickup new. The person that helped me was dialed in. I was happy with the service.

I gave this store a 5 star for service it gave my Son that went in and came out with what he needed.. But Give 1 star because I had to wait outside, couldnt enter with him, not understanding why, but I stayed outside waiting for him?? And as I waited people were coming out 2 people together!!! Yet I was told by I couldnt go in with my Son???

Victor the manager was absolutely arrogant does not know how to speak to customers. The employees talk as if it was your mistake after they mess up. They handed me the wrong router and when I asked them to make it right they were most indignant about it. Xfinity customer care asked me to talk to the general manager, I would say train your managers to talk to people.

The lady at the desk has a hard time getting to the phone so leave a message and she will call you back. Also, they wont let you wait inside even if you are elderly, disabled and have trouble with the heat. They also dont like it when you ask to use the bathroom, so dont do that either. She got visibly upset when my mother inlaw did that. Its a ghetto location so have patience.

As I was updating my service with Xfinity today, Veronica was the representative assigned to me. Even while training a field representative that was being trained as in store customer service employee, Veronica was attentive to details and made sure I knew about what was available to me in my new package along with sharing some promotions Xfinity was offering (at great rates may I add).Whoever is in charge of employee personnel training at the location in Fresno near Shaw Avenue and Fresno Street should receive a raise.Staff members such as Veronica, Stephanie and Victor gave all stood out each time I have gone to this Xfinity Branch. They make you feel special, treat you with respect (not just a number) and demonstrate the type of patience and respect they would want someone to give them if they were customers. Im excited about my upgrades and since Veronica explained to me how to do the set up in my bedroom, I feel confident that she has shared with me the knowledge and skills necessary to get things setup without having to call customer service. Yes, she was that thorough.

Amanda provided excellent customer service on updating my internet plan and putting a mobile plan together. Also my girlfriend brought her own compatible device from AT&T and they were being difficult in letting it be used for Xfinity. Amanda went out of her way and helped us find a solution.

Devlon at the store by Fashion Fair in Fresno CA was so nice. I had to change service to my name because it was in my rommates name and she died.He made it a pleasant experience. Parking is good and Xfinity sign easily seen from Shaw Ave. Did not have to wait.
