Most of the staff was very nice but the guy who sold the phone and set it up was a little rude to his coworkers. He said the my phone would be $25 per month after my trade in was approved with an additional promotion. The phone wasn’t in stock so he had it shipped to the house. When the phone arrived it was the wrong storage size, but I checked and I was charged for the storage that arrived so I wasn’t too bothered by it. The phone ended up being $50 a month, my trade in was accepted for the full amount but it looks like the promotion wasn’t applied. The only way to get a hold of the store is to go there in person and the help over the phone is not too helpful.

It took three trips to the store trying to get mobile service switched to Xfinity and each time we were told we needed an account number and each time we told them that the other carrier said it was the IMEI number they said it wasnt true. We finally called and the person on the phone knew it was the IMEI and got our service switched without a problem. We did get help inserting our SIM card on the last appointment, which is why I gave them a star. We also had to wait a while for someone to help us even though we had an appointment. Not worth it to make an appointment.

I recently found out I needed to return our boxes from our upgrade that day. I went in after work with my water bottle fully expecting to wait over an hour. Kae checked me in, then said she could help me, and it only took minutes! Now thats what service should be!

We have nothing but issues with this place. We have been through two modems (IN A MONTH) one which just completely stopped working. Then told us that we could call the tech out but it was going to cost us $100 to do so. It doesn’t seem they really care about their customers or problems they have with their equipment or services. This place is awful! I dont recommend them.

Tried to get help was on the phone for an hour. The first agent couldnt help me pay my bill so he got another one on the phone and they were both useless!!!!! Needless to say l couldnt pay my bill on line. I now have to go to one of the Xfiniy stores. With how much they charge for your bill each month l am getting rid of my service. Very unhappy 😡

This place is a scam!I was emailed back in July saying I have a $100 credit, I live in low income housing. I was charged $100 service tech fee. They hire people who are not even from America to answer the phones who can’t speak nor do they understand English, i am disputing charges after I was charged way more then what I was supposed to.when I asked about my $100 credit the guy told me it was already deducted because of the tech coming out.$100 for someone who had some come out anyway because of how our building is set up.They won’t let me add my affordable connectivity program discount to start,I’m to the point where I’m just over it, I asked for an itemized bill was told I couldn’t get one. Definitely scammers at this company

I had a great experience, all 3 times. First time they let me know since I walked in (Black Friday) I was looking at atleast 1 hr wait, and let me know to book an appointment for the following day. Second visit exchanged modems, in and out in less than 10. Third vist, to exchange TV box... same (without an appointment). They were always nice, attentive, and shuttered when I mentioned how busy they were on Black Friday... I appreciate them customer service even after a long weekend

Pretty good but was unable to get a Veteran discount in the store which was very interesting and The store is in Vacaville too. Then charge more for auto pay through your credit card then straight from your bank account which now a days is the exact same. It is called Visa debt. I still have been unable to connect as well. Which is very frustrating and will have to make another 90 miles round trip to the store to get it straightened out.

Friendly people, however policy dictates only an account member can come in and replace an item, even if they are the husband of the account holder. If not on the account you cant do anything. So doing a favor for you spouse or roommate is not possible. Store was clean and mask were required or recommended.

Update: worst store in solano county award 🥇After trying to buy a phone last year paying in full being double charged and never receiving it .it literally took this store 6 months to credit my account 1185. + 4 months of different junk charges, My charge for my monthly phone bill was changed to a different price 111. 98., 85. After the purchase My regular bill for the previous year was the same it was 111.And since I’ve ordered this phone everything‘s been changed without my authorization even the Commingling of funds on my personal account.my insurance was dropped on my primary by the store and my plan was changed without my authorization. I was told by Xfinity on the phone that the young girl at the store who charged my credit card at the store was responsible for all of this ! I will never walk into this store that hires children that take liberties with credit cards and took my insurance off my phone without authorization from me . I had to go to my bank several times and cutt them off and cancel my card for taken money un authorized charges . Over half a year to get a credit back . I Wouldn’t recommend the store to anyone they should close it they commingle funds if they get a hold of your credit card not to mention the outstanding hold times on hold times also my 911 services were deactivated by comcast xfinity, I didn’t k ow they could do that bevsuse it’s a state charge .We had a life threatening situation and our phone were denied 911 service I was told this by corporate, my daughter was in a accident and 911 never came For a telecommunications company they have the worst service inside and out .hope fully Verizon can improve them .

Good location, with an very clean, high-tech interior. The store manager greeted me, and we discussed my needs. He told me there were two customers ahead of me. And warned me it could take a few minutes before an agent could help me. After 10 mins he updated me on my status, and another 5 mins and I talked with an agent who moved my cell service from Verizon to Xfinity. It was a great experience.

I was really frustrated with Xfinity making a new email for everyone. I hated it. I came to the store to get a new email that I could understand and read properly. The lady that waited on me was awesome she needs a raise. She was very patient with me and she could tell that I was not happy with the new email that came on Comcast. If you like trips to the DMV then this is the place for you! Long wait with employees taking their sweet time not caring that their store is full of waiting customers. Oh and although masks arent mandatory, they will make you wear one, vaccinated or not. Terrible customer service, cant wait until sonic internet makes its way out here😤

It took me two hours to return a modem and my service was already canceled. There was no attempt by the employees to speed the process or triage the customers. Once I complained the second time I was done with my transaction within 3 minutes. I’m glad to be done with this company.

But i went back to the lady at the door I think her name was Kae, sweetest thing ever, she took time out to assist me and i didnt have to install another app. the guy who originally helped me didnt care if I was there or not, i was a bit stressed, he said I dont have to install this app if I dont want to!! not helpful at all!!! Every time I have to go to this place, there is always a wait. Their seems to be plenty of staff, but they all lack some sense of urgency, so interactions take forever. There is no streamlined system for triaging clients. Most of the time I just need to swap equipment out which takes all of 3 minutes, but wait 45 minutes just to get to that point. Just call and fix your stuff on the phone and take these lazy unmotivated peoples paychecks away.

Had to wait in line to check in with the first employee just to wait in line again even though I told them all I needed to do was drop off a broken wifi router. 20 minutes and 3 employees later, finally get someone to scan the router and print a receipt.If the first guy could have scanned the thing you wouldnt have a room full of angry former customers.

I walked into this store paid for a new I phone in full, everything was suppose to emailed me, receipt, and confirmation number to track it .They never sent me the emails !all month I had different charges from xfinity on my bank statement, so now they are not on auto pay anymore .I never even received the new I phone and I still have not received a email . NEW problem, Xfinity/Comcast just deleted ALL my EPIX Channels, Without my authorization. This is very upsetting to me, because Xfinity/Comcast didnt have the right to just Willie Millie delete Channels Without my authorization.Ive had nothing but problems with Xfinity/Comcast for (9) months, making promises, and then not following through. My husband and I are begging to get very upset with them and were starting to look elsewhere for better customer service and support. Weve been Loyalty Customers since 1994, and my husband is a Retired Naval Veteran, and he doesnt even get credit for his service.First problem is you can never talk with a customer service agent without going through the robot system. Second, we you are able to speak with a live agent, all you get is a runaround. Third, because of problems with Xfinity Comcast a few months ago and being on the phone for two hours we were promised a $100.00 Visa Gift Card in the mail, and because my husband is a US RETIRED NAVY VETERAN we were also promised a $25.00 monthly discount on our Xfinity Comcast bill. That was (4) months ago, we only saw the discount one time. Now when I log into Google search for Xfinity Comcast, it shows a gift for a $109.00 Visa Gift Card, yet now Im told as of last night that its not relevant anymore. So as I finish, Dont trust the Xfinity Comcast agent when they promise you something over the phone, get it in writing. Xfinity Comcast are liars and they dont keep their promises.I was suppose to get a call but I guess as a Xfinity Comcast customer were not important.

This place is like the Comcast store to end all stores! It has all the devices available for you to look at and find out information. The people are quick to help and nice as well. Its not a run down whole in the wall or a dank dark office building, you almost want a reason to go back. If youve ever had trouble with Comcast on the phone this is the antithesis of that experience!

So we went back to ATT with our daughter and she explained to them our situation. I think perhaps the Xfinity/Comcast family may pay their telephone representatives much more than their store representatives. Maybe those they hire to work on the store go through less of a vetting process. I think it might even be the fact that if you work it the store you have to be on your feet. Anyway, dont expect service for the representatives in store. The only reason I would suggest to use the physical store is to return equipment.

They closed the office in my home town and opened this new one and to cover the extra experience of new store they raise the price and took away the channels I watch regularly very disappointed with this service. Getting ready to go to alternative source for tv. Might even switch internet soon as well

Comcast is a joke. They were charging my wife $120 for LOCAL channels and an extra 30 for a foriegn language channel!A technician diconnected my internet because my neighbor wanted Comcast, but the poor lad had no idea which cable went to what house. So, he disconnected mine.knocking out my internet.And off he wentWhen i called tech support, I was directed to tech support in the Philippines. After expressing my displeasure, i clearly heard one of the tech support experts to just hang it up or let me talk then hang up- in Tagalog.Unfortunately for them, I understood the conversation.I asked to be transferred to an American, which they did.When I again expressed my displeasure, the lass told me that there is always a Library ir Starbucks where I can go to surf the web!You lost a customer NBC. Never again COMCAST. I would rather watch a dog take a sh!t before I sign up for any COMCAST/NBC product.
