Long wait, super long wait, can’t they have someone to handle quick stuff like picking up a modem? Waiting for over an hour because other customers in front of me signing up for cellular services.the store owner really needs to take some business operation courses or have his brain checked thoroughly.

Thera Davis went the extra mile and then some to help me when I really needed help. She worked with me for HOURS on multiple days and found a solution. Comcast doesn’t probably care but they have an incredibly bright, caring person working for them. Steven Chew & Edwin Mora get honorable mention for helping too. Five Stars for the PEOPLE at this store ✨

Pay the $15 to pick up your equipment or waste hours of your life in this store. These are the options you give your customers. Im usually pretty nice with reviews. We went to the store to pick up a new modem. We already established service and instead of paying $15, we figured we would stop at the local shop... This should be a quick interaction. We arent asking you to install, activate.. just hand me the box. An hour later.. and we are still in a queue to pick up a box. Ridiculous. They should just set up a Amazon locker system, enter your code and pick up a box... Versus 2 hours to pick up a box... And however it takes for the employee to record inventory. Would have loved to just slip a suggestion on a customer Service forum or talk to a manager, but Xfinity only makes you deal with a chat bot. Im not sure what the staff are doing, weve watched them take an average of 45 minutes to an hour and half per customer. The poor old lady on oxygen has been waiting here for 2 hours. The least you can do is offer water and snacks for this wait. And a bathroom. Please do better. This process isnt good for your customers or employees. Im sure they dont want to deal with a diabetic passing out waiting for service in your store, or all the cranky customers waiting for you in to call their name.

I recently had a fantastic experience with Xfinity representative Joseph Puccio at the StoneTown location. A few weeks ago, I discovered my internet bill had jumped from a consistent $35/month to a whopping $119/month! I was very anxious and came to the StoneTown office where I originally signed up for service two years prior. Thankfully, I met Joseph! He is a very nice guy, patient, understanding and incredibly knowledgeable about his job. Joseph clarified that our initial promotional internet contract had just ended, hence the jump to the regular price. He offered a new mobile phone and internet package that was even better than our previous one! Thank you Joseph for your excellent service! We highly recommend Joseph to anyone needing assistance with their Xfinity services.

4/4/23: The wait was long. The worker I had was excellent 👌. I signed back up for cable TV 📺, because he was a great informed employee that was very helpful.

Thomas was Stellar! Best telecom rep I ever worked with. He listened to what I wanted and didn’t try to push things I didn’t need. Patiently, respectfully, methodically walked through the set up for new phone & internet service. What a deal! Terrific prices. Thank you, Thomas and the Stonestown Xfinity team! Sam was very professional, approachable and helpful. He wrote everything out for me that it was easy for me to compare plans clearly. Way better than dealing with things online which was way confusing.

We ordered our internet service online and chose to pickup the modem in-store nearby at a mall store to avoid the $15 shipping fee. Thought it would be an easy process, 15 minutes max. What we experienced was one of the worst customer experiences ever...we walked into the store and was greeted by someone already sitting down on the bench talking with another customer. He asked me how he could help and I just said were there to pickup a modem we ordered online and already set up service online for. He asked for my first name, and wrote it on his hand. And said hell put us in the check-in list and be with us later and we can walk around the store or have a seat. There were a bunch of other customers already waiting. So we sat on another bench and waited. We noticed maybe 4 store reps talking with customers. And each customer was talking to them nearly an hour each. When we noticed we were passed by on the queue and they were calling someone who walked into the store after us, we said we were supposed to be next. And asked where we were on the queue. A different store rep then just added us next in the queue after we explained we were already waiting 2 hours and she was about to start helping someone who walked in after us. When we asked if we had been on the queue previously, she said she didnt know, that she has been overworked, and to help her out. When we continued to tell her we were next, she became rude and said they might not help us and we can call the billing department for help instead. At that point we just continued to sit down and wait. Then the person who checked us in came back from their break, they both apologized to us saying it was their mistake. And handed us our pick-up items. All they had to do was hand us the equipment in the first place. But we had to wait behind so many other customers who had long in-store consultations. We only needed to pick up the equipment. Please improve your in-store training and staffing, so customers dont have to be treated like this. We wasted 2 hours

Amazing service! I was trying to switch over from Spectrum which was had the worst customer service I’ve ever gotten from any internet or mobile service provider and I’ve used every major carrier.The guy from Spectrum cut my service off mid conversation but thankfully I was already at Xfinity where Thera helped me for over 2 hours going back and forth with Spectrum just to get them to simply get my service back on to do a simple transfer of service which 3 different representatives at Spectrum could not seem to do properly.Thera was extremely patient the whole time and skillfully dealt with all the issues that came from Spectrums technical and customer service issues.Went from having the worst service provider to the best. So glad I switched over to XfinityThank you Thera!!!
