Ceramic coating completed! Eric is amazing, professional and down to Earth. Great great work and were more than happy with our Gladiator and the end results of Xclusives services. We had been looking around for a few days and chose Xclusive and dont regret it. We even referred my sister in law and she chose to get the ceramic coating plus the ceramic tints. Definitely recommend it for your detailing needs.

Great service. Super clean shop and they tinted my RAV4 very quick. They are super friendly as well!! Great price and Eric was also a ball of knowledge. Hope to get my truck wrapped there too

Took my new 23 Accord to them. Stay away, they wont stand behind their work. My car was damaged during ceramic coating/clear bra ($2,500) install and the damage was kept from me. Window tint guy did awesome work. Spend your $$$ elsewhere, deal with someone reputable thatll stand behind their work and isnt just there to get paid (ghosts you when something goes wrong). This business is the equivalent of owning an exotic and insuring it @ the cheapest insurance company, I take it back, its more in line w/ being uninsured Lol...

Took my new car purchased to get a ceramic coating - Eric and his team were professional at first; however, things quickly went downhill. 5 star ratings are earned and Eric followed with unprofessionalism and insults to my car that was just purchased two weeks ago as well as red towel residue left on my now torn decal that was produced by Dodge. He claims Dodge messed it up lol. Showed before pictures that clearly show the decal there in its ENTIRETY but I received nothing but side insults about my previous tint job and other areas that had no relevancy to the decal to just avoid what I’m showing him. I assume Eric will take the time to respond to this, and assuming he shall, I won’t hesitate to also post the snarky comments this detailer made to me. Says Spanish is his first language, but he knows exactly what he was doing disrespecting me, my vehicle, and not taking accountability, or even asking to do anything to fix the issue. He went as far to say I just “learned my vehicle 30 minutes ago at his shop”- very unprofessional and disrespectful people pay hard earned money for a vehicle and his false accusations are just comical. He also said other false claims such that I was on a budget when I clearly said I don’t necessarily have a budget. False claim after false claim. Very smart too he offers a lower price just to not completely do the job correct the first time so as to make you pay more to fix unfinished/damaged work on his end so that his prices get closer to the quotes you see on other detailer sites. (like spirit airlines good deal then it has more fees for your luggage, your seat, etc.) One stage correction and there was a scratch on my just two week ago purchased car and he had me pay 200 extra if I want to remove the clear scratch. Don’t take your business here. Look into the san Dimas location and the now owner even says how Eric used to be on the team and how it took a turn for the worse while he was there.

Got my wife’s car tint here a couple of weeks ago and I was impressed with the care Eric and his staff took with the car! Eric is knowledgeable and friendly.

Drove by needed the carbon fiber wing fixed on my supra did it same day really cost effective. Recommend this place to everyone. 🙏🙏🙏🙏

Best shop in the area, I came for a window tint. Eric got me right, he showed me the difference between regular 3M tint and ceramic tint, ended up with ceramic tint. Today I went in to do another window tint on my second vehicle and it was a good service. Very friendly and quality work here at Xclusive. I will be back to bring my future cars, also will be recommending to my friends and family!

Took the 23 Mach E to Xclusive Auto for ceramic coating. Worked with Eric. He talked us through what he could do for the the finish, pointed out the micro scratches already on the finish and told us he could remove those through color correction process.Eric offered up couple of options, we agreed to 5 year coating, dropped car off Friday.On Saturday afternoon, Eric called to let us know that car would be ready by 5:30PM. Also, it would be cash sale as his credit card machine was down. We bank at a credit union that limits the amount we can Zelle, and didnt have the cash sitting around.Eric told us, no cash, no car. We didnt want our car stuck at his shop for the weekend, so we borrowed cash from friends and were able to Zelle some of it, picked up the car the evening.We inspected the car in the sunlight next morning, Eric didnt remove the scratches he told us he could remove. These included really obvious scratches on the hood, back deck, sides and buffer marks as well.We finally got the car back to Eric, he told us he couldnt take those scratches out without compromising the integrity of the clear coat. Sorry he wasnt more specific in his original assessment, hed do a better job setting expectations next time.He did offer to let us drop the car off, and he would play around with the paint to see if he could blend some of the micro scratches in, with no guarantee of results.We wont trust his company, his word or his work.Buyer beware....
